Bedroom carpets could be replaced. Stains on some furniture. No hooks in bathrooms for towels. No soap dish/ledge in showers to hold soap & shampoo. Kitchen & bathrooms were nicely updated and clean. Fans available for warmer weather. Fantastic location close to both Euston Station & Kings Cross Station. Very easy to check in and check out.

You can find all services around you, including restaurants, groceries, and supermarkets.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth.
Upon our arrival, we found the apartment clean, the bed sheets ready and clean. All appliances working well, only the microwave, and they immediately brought us a new microwave.
Everything is provided: towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry soap, umbrella, tissue rolls for the bathrooms and the living room.
The apartment is in a quiet building, and the neighborhood is also quiet.
We really had a great time in London.

This property was just as described, very clean and bright and open feeling. The kitchen was well-equipped thought we did not cook any meals there. We were delighted with the prime location within an easy walk to several transportation options and points of interest. We found it surprisingly quiet, given the proximity to all London has to offer.
