The location was extremely convenient, as it’s just down the street from a tube station. It was very clean and the check-in process was very easy. Irina was very prompt in her communication. There was a slight smell from the bathroom pipes but it was a mild inconvenience. There was plenty of space for three people and we appreciated the use of the washer/dryer and ironing board/iron. One evening was a little loud due to the sports bar on the bottom floor but it was cool enough in the apartment to close the windows. We were glad to make use of the two rotating fans in the closet to keep the rooms cool.

A very nice stay. Listing is accurate, with multiple cafes and restaurants nearby. Tube station a few steps away makes this an excellent flat to use to get around London. Check in, communication and check out process were a breeze. With not having AC and having to have the windows open, street noise from the pub below could be an issue for younger visitors with early bed times.

Great location, so close to trains, and easy to get everywhere. Flat was spacious, bright and comfortable.

We had a really hard time deciding on a place to stay in London with our 4 kids, so I will give a real honest review to hopefully help others.
PLUS
⁃ It is real. We had one other booking fall through as a fake listing, so the fact that this is real was reassuring and a big part of the reason we selected it in the end.
⁃ Location. Central to everything. We walked to St. Paul’s Cathedral the first night. Farringdon Station was a two minute walk from the house. Kings Cross Station was one stop from Farringdon.
⁃ Washer/dryer in the unit was small, but a life saver.
⁃ Variety of food options close by
⁃ Neighborhood was safe, but a touch gritty
⁃ Communication was good
Cons
⁃ hot water was an issue every night, even with the booster. Lots of cold showers.
⁃ Beds were tiny. Not really enough for 6 people. Enough for 5 very close friends or family members
⁃ Neighborhood was noisy at night; although we turned on some white noise machines at night to help drown it out.

We enjoyed the location of the flat in London. Easy to access from Heathrow and other points in the city. Communication fine and nice size flat for our 3 adults. Recommmend the Spanish restaurant 100 meters away.

We loved the flat (or apartment as we Americans say). The biggest selling point on the spot is its amazingly central location. We were in London for 10 days and had an amazing time. Being located where we were played a huge part in that. There are plenty of pubs, eateries, and shops within a few minutes walk as well.
The flat has one large bedroom and another bedroom that is smaller by US sizes but decent size by London standards. The living room is very comfortable and there is a dining area and kitchen. Having a washer/dryer combo was great to put towels and clothes in and not have to worry about it. It does take a while to finish but overall is great. If I go back to London, I'm definitely going to see if this property is available again. Highly recommend!

Glreat place to stay!
This flat was a great place to stay. The building is, or seems, very new. The flat is very new, very clean, beautiful hardwood floors, everything (including heat) works. It's well laid out. It's about a one-block walk to Farringdon tube station. We got around London so easily! There are nice restaurants nearby (we especially liked Iberica). Starbucks is in the courtyard. We did have questions for the property manager, who always replied very promptly. Check-in was picking up the keys from the person at the desk on the ground floor; check-out was dropping off the keys with the same person (at any hour before the check-out time), and that was the easiest VRBO check-in and check-out we've ever had. This was important to us this time because the last of us to leave had to catch a train at 7:30 AM, so the normal check-out we've had at other VRBO rentals where the property manager meets you at the place at 10:00 AM would not have worked for us.
Five stars for this one, really.

Clean, cozy and near the tube. Email contact allways available when needed.

We truly enjoyed staying in this flat and would stay again. The flat is 1 block from a tube stop, surrounded by dining options, with several grocery stores within a 0.5 mile radius (Waitrose was our favorite store). Some reviews talked about the noise from the sports bar downstairs (which has great food!). If you're sleeping with the windows open in any room, you will hear the crowd from the bar, especially during football games. I'm a light sleeper and found that with the window/drapes closed and the small room fan on, I still slept very well and didn't hear much of the noise. Most nights the noise subsided by 11 pm. You are surrounded by a great burger joint, Starbucks, British pubs, Japanese, Italian food and many more...there's something for everyone! We had 4 adults and a teenager in our party and staying at the flat worked very well, and with the exception of the sports bar noise, it's a very quiet building.

As described. Enjoyed our stay
Very clean, safe and secure, lots of amenities nearby. Farringdon station very close but we used Uber. Comfortable beds and everything worked well. Was very hot in the flat however. The temperature in the flat was often hotter than outside even with the windows open. In the evenings it was noisy from restaurants and bars below so having the windows open at night was not an option. But location was great so a bit of a trade off. Host was quick to respond. All in all we were happy with our stay

Comfortable and great access to London tube
We enjoyed our stay in Central London at this 2 bedroom apartment very close to the Farringdon tube and train station. Comfortable with nice amenities of dishwasher, full size refrigerator and freezer, washing machine/dryer combo machine, large screen TV, locked lobby with concierge on ground floor. Irina was very quick to respond to our questions.

Great location, clean and well-equipped
The flat is very close to Farringdon tube station which is very convenient to explore London. Checking in was easy. The flat is clean, spacious and well-maintained and was perfect for our family. The host was very helpful and responsive. I would recommend this flat to other travellers.

London
The flat was very good and clean the only issues were the hot water that ran out after two of us showered so the other had to wait over two hours for hot water. There weren’t enough covers or pillow sheets. The location is great but theses were the minor details. Would definitely stay here again .

Clean, central and a safe neighborhood.
Close to Farringdon station and easy access to the flat. Check-in was seamless. A very spacious apartment that was a great value for the money. We would stay here again and would tell our friends to as well.
4.7
This apartment was spacious, well equipped, in a great location and very safe. The bars on the ground floor of the building could get quite rowdy at night but quieted down by 11 pm. The beds were very comfy. We would definitely stay there again.

One week in London
Flat was in a great location close to all the tourist sites. Direct train to Gatwick from the station was great. Tube was super close. Lots of restaurants and pubs in the area. Two small grocery stores close by had all we needed. The flat its self was great, clean and well lit. Irina provided the necessary info for finding the building and gaining entry. We would stay here again.

Exactly what we needed! Location and space!
Flat was modern, spacious, clean and well situated, worked great for two couples. Kitchen was well equipped, although we ate out for all meals. Restaurants and bars nearby for all your needs. As mentioned, really close to Farringdon tube station. Also many sights within walking distance (a mile or so), St, Paul's, Tower of London, etc. Owner is on top of things, quick to reply. Directions easy to follow. There was some noise from the bar below as we had the windows open, but they shut down by 10:00 PM so no issue there. Would definitely stay here again!
(NOTE: We hired a driver from the airport, but on a Monday morning in rush hour, took two hours to get to the flat due to traffic, so the trains and tube would be the better option, as the owner had advised. No problem getting back to the airport with a driver, though, on a super early Thursday morning.)

Amazing apartment - super clean and well equipped
Amazing apartment only 2 minute walk from Farringdon overground and tube stations. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within a 1-2 minute walk. Apartment was super clean and really well equipped. Would not hesitate in booking again next time we are in London!! The host was extremely helpful and emailed us on the day to check we had found everything okay. Seemed genuinely concerned we had everything we needed.
4.7
Convenient location and spacious!
Great location right across from Farringdon tube station, most areas you want to visit are within about a 20 minute tube ride. Lots of restaurants, coffee shops nearby, but be aware they close early on Sundays. Spacious apartment. Overall clean, but some minor fixes needed. There are double doors between the bedrooms and living rooms which is great for families so you don’t disturb others when sleeping. Only minor comment was that we didn’t seem to have dishwasher detergent, but managed. And laundry instructions for drying for anyone from North America would be helpful!
4.7
Clean, easy, comfortable stay!
We enjoyed staying at this apartment! There was plenty of space for our group of 4 adults, 1 child, and a baby. Everything was quite clean. It was easy to check in and was comfortable modern accommodations. Thanks Irina!

Wouldn’t stay here again.
Two days before our departure, I had still not received any arrival instructions and they were never present via the homeaway app, so I had to message the owner, which then prompted her to send me the informational via email. The checkout time did not correspond with the time listed for the property in the app, which was a little annoying but no big deal. We were told we could leave our baggage upon arrival and departure with the porter before and after checkin/checkout, however the porter on arrival was extremely rude and unfriendly. London was experiencing mid 80 temperatures during our stay and there is no air conditioning and the windows do not open wide enough to enjoy a breeze so the flat reached 30.5 degrees. There was a fan in the main bedroom but none in the second bedroom and there was a tower fan that worked for all of ten minutes in the living room where we had one person sleeping. We messaged the owner and she responded that her husband would bring out a replacement fan the next morning but since it was so hot and we were short a fan to begin with, we found a store and purchased two small fans. I messaged the owner this information after she told me her husband was dropping off a fan and explained that his extra fan would help cool the Livingroom since it was a larger room and that I had purchased the two extra fans which we would leave in to flat after departure. That was on day two of our 4 days in the flat and her husband never dropped off the extra fan. No word from the owner at this point. Upon checking out, I messaged the owner that her husband never dropped off the fan so she knew not to expect an extra fan in the flat, and she immediately replies that he did but saw we had the little fans we purchased so he didn’t leave the fan. I found this to be EXTREMELY rude as we put out our own money and effort of waking across town with fans in hand which we gladly planned to leave in the flat. It was not a very hospitable thing for them to do. We indicated in our reservation that there would be 5 adults but when we arrived there were not enough towels for 5 adults and we had to request more which were dropped off by the rude porter. It was extremely noisy with the bar below which was not that big a deal since it quieted down by 1030 but with it being as hot as it was, it was hard to decide to sleep in the heat with the windows closed and quiet or with the windows open and loud and a barely a breeze. I would not recommend this.

Great Location - Comfortable apartment
We had a great stay at this location. Easy access to stores, transportation, food, etc. We really enjoyed our stay here.
4.7
As advertised
The location is perfect. It is steps from the tube and close to many great pubs and restaurants. The bar below can get a little noisy in the evening but was really no big deal. The entrance is safe and secure and we had no worries. There is a cool archway just around the corner from the apartment that is from the 1500's and we just stumbled upon it. Irina was great to deal with and was timely and helpful at every step.
4.7
Good location, functional two bedroom flat
Having just stayed for two weeks in the flat, it is functional two bedroom unit. Furniture is cheap and needs to be replaced, the blinds are in disrepair, there is significant street noise that continues to nearly midnight each night. No cleaning service is included on longer rentals and for the cost of the flat, the owner had many other additional charges that might apply for services that should be included (some extra towels for example). Hot water is limited and if additional hot water is needed you need to adjust the mechanicals. The flat can get quite warm and is hard to cool off later in the day. Overall, the flat was over priced for quality. It needs updating and more owner flexibility would be a plus. I would not rent this flat again.
4.7
The apartment was great - modern, clean, comfortable, convenient.
There were only three problems - one was the noise from the bar and restaurant five floors below; it was very noisy until quite late, which didn’t make sleep conducive. The upside was there were lots of options of places to eat, but they were extremely crowded on Thursday night; not so much on Friday and very quiet on Saturday and Sunday. We were fortunate to have warm weather, but there was no A/C and the windows only opened minimally; it was especially uncomfortable at night when it was exceptionally hot and humid. Third problem was the very complicated washing machine, which had a myriad of programs and dials which were impossible to decipher, even with the handbook. Other than those minor problems it was excellent.
4.7
Great convenient flat next to tube station
Very nice 2 bedroom 2 bath flat in the heart of London. 24 hour security and an elevator. The Farrindon tube is only a minute walk and there are many cool pubs and restaurants within 100 yards.
