People are nice.
the hotel was very cold and the neighborhood is not nice at all. We stayed for a single night but if I had to be back to Bogotá I would choose somewhere else. Beds are hard and pillows are big and hard too.
7.0
Good location, walking distance to the Candelaria area.
Spacious room with seating area.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The beds were hard and the pillows large and uncomfortable. Tepid shower.
Noisy as voices carried from the cafe/breakfast area up the stairwell.
7.0
Good location, nice room.
There was no running water for several hours and the staff and owner of the hotel refused to offer any compensation for the lack of service provided, and were generally not helpful during the discussion.

The hotel is within a ten to fifteen-minute walk to key monuments and places of interest (Museo de Oro, Museo Botero, Plaza Bolívar, La Candelaria). Our room (and bathroom) was very spacious and in excellent condition, apparently recently refurbished, and with lots of original artwork on the walls. There was also a little kitchen area where you could cook if you wanted to, all for a very reasonable price. Staff were friendly and helpful - they looked after our bags for a few hours after we checked out and booked a secure taxi for our trips from and to the airport, both of which went without a hitch. Breakfast was served in a nice café attached to the hotel and offered decent options.
The wifi was patchy in our room, but was good in the reception/ breakfast areas. We arrived late in the evening and the street outside the hotel felt unsafe. It's a bit rough, though fine by day. We avoided arriving back on foot late in the evening and didn't venture out after dark. The pillows were the hardest I've ever experienced - I resorted to folding a blanket to use instead.

The location was good and the room was the biggest we had during our whole journey in Columbia!!
it was quite cold and the pillows are very uncomfortable

location
Staff can not speak English and rooms are cold. I think the problem is everywhere in Bogota. No heating system

Great attentive staff and fantastic rooms

Surprisingly we had really comfortable room, big bed, light nice room, cute pictures. Location is perfect. Nothing to complain. Except some troubles in the bathroom with hot water, but not critical. We managed it somehow.
Advice:
1) bring warm clothes/socks, pretty cold inside (and slippers for bathroom)
2) (maybe) bring your hairdryer
3) stuff is polite and nice, but don’t speak English
- WiFi was not stable, very slow
- No menu in English in cafe
- Humidity is high, towel’s don’t dry in the bathroom

I loved the art and culture exhibited!
I loved the friendliness and availability of the employees.
The bath water was not very hot, it was lukewarm.
The room should have heating for the cold nights.

staff at the reception; great service at the breakfast (many choices and friendly waitress)
no hot water at 6:00am before our long flight.

the hotel is beautiful and clean
some employees weren’t kind and the Café closed at 4:00 pm even though they ARE A CAFÉ

Breakfast poor. Coffee tasted unpleasant and fruit meagre. Eggs okay.
It was cold in the hotel.
My room was next to the kitchen/reastaurant so I heard lots of noise from 6 int he morning.

Museo San Moritz locates in the central so it is easy to go to around the town and easy to access to good restaurants. Staff are very friendly, even there is a language barrier, but they are super friendly and supportive.
There are two things i did not like: i) the internet connection to my room was not good and ii) hot water in the bathroom is not enough for me.
6.0
historical central nearby
very dodgy street where the hotel is
very cold in the evening - when I asked for a heater they didn’t offer one
they stop the hot water in the evenings so there is hot water only in the morning

I like the art, Colombian books and style, they allow early check in, Jared was very helpful.
The shower siphon was bad and clogged from room 501 I had to introduce a metallic objet to take all the hair and gross thing inside to be able to shower so the water didn't spill everywhere,
I made a booking and I am genius 2, they promise free breakfast and I didn't have one. I got a good deal on booking for 2 ppl but o made a mistake and put only one (it was the same price ) for two or one in the app, bit they didn't forgive that. I had to pay extra for that person. $70.000 and they didn't include breakfast. I bought a breakfast for $12.000 the arepas weren't that good, too small.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The hotel is in a great location for exploring the museums and galleries. Staff were very friendly.
The room is quite chilly which I imagine is usual for Bogotá, as there is no heating. Clothes and shoes that got wet in the rain didn't dry overnight in the room. Unfortunately there were also issues with the WiFi all week due to a problem in the local area which made it difficult to work.

Location is fabulous. Decor is vintage and tastefull. Room was spacious and tsstefully decorated. Plenty of art books and pictures everywhere.
Breakfast simple and locsl but excellent.
Reception staff only speaks spanish. In the bathroom only the bare minimum, no amenities and shower water was under lukewarm.
Isolation of the whole building is bery poot.
Our bed was quite hard and not very comfortable.

the rooms were large and well designed. the bed was comfortable. the staff friendly. great location. breakfast was great.
pillows. the pillows were too thick and firm got me. they were good quality, just uncomfortable for me.

Our room for very big, so was the bed! The breakfast was tasty, with fruit and fresh local hot dishes. The location is perfect for the museums, tours and walking up Monserrate.
The only problem was some of the power sockets were broken so the bedside lamps didn't work.
