On the first level is a large space with living room and kitchen separated by a bar. The living room is all comfort and tastefully decorated with two large sofas, a flat screen HDTV and a vintage dining room for six guests.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob and microwave, coffee maker, toaster.
A bedroom with dressing room, separate toilet and a spacious bathroom with bath.
A contemporary staircase guides you to the second level where you will find a second very large bedroom with a new relaxation area (cozy living room) and a third adjoining bedroom with sloping ceilings and a large dressing room.
From the landing, you have access to a private laundry room with washing machine and drying racks.
The 3 bedrooms of the apartment are equipped with 2 bedding 140 and another equipped with 2 single beds for the third bedroom.
We can also provide you with 1 baby cot at no extra cost. The capacity of the apartment is 6 people + a baby.
The building has kept its authenticity with its parquet floors, high ceilings, alcove cupboards.
The apartment has high ceilings, vitrified flooring, marble fireplaces and full of original features.
