The hospitality of the family. They made feel like an invited one. They gave me some gifts and also sent me information about some interesting places to visit and restaurants to eat or order food. They are so friendly and nice family. The room was so clean and the breakfast was homemade, delicious and very vast. When I return back to Tbilisi, for sure, I will stay in this hotel again. It really worth staying in this hotel.

The room was clean and cozy, room was cleaned and towels were changed everyday. Very tasty and filling breakfasts were included. Good location, you can reach city center on foot in 20 min, there is parking next to hotel. And of course very friendly and hospitable staff who were ready to help every minute and made our stay in this hotel such a comfortable.

If you are wondering what is Georgian hospitality, then you should stay here

The Triston Family Hotel does go by its name. Kind, generous and friendly hosts. Keti operates most of the things and she is an excellent host. She makes sure that you have all the information before you arrive at the hotel. She was so helpful that she walked down the street to show me the bus stop & road to the metro station instead of just showing the map. Her mom takes care of all hospitality stuff making sure breakfast is served (The breakfast was amazing, delicious and high quality) and also rooms are maintained clean. The rooms are excellent with all the necessary stuff in there. Will surely stay at this place, if I get a chance next time. P.S. From the hotel to the old town It takes 15-20 minutes by walk, but by metro It takes 5 minute. If you want to see the city of Tbilisi well, you have to walk, because unusual views of old Tbilisi open up along the way.

Family Hotel Triston’s services are top-notch! I was scheduled to arrive at Tbilisi airport around 1am after a long flight, I needed a pickup and private room for a good sleep that will not break my wallet and this hotel exceeded my expectations. Breakfast is a feast, so yummy! They even give me a bottle of wine and churchkhela as gift. Keti is very helpful and speak good English. Only 2 metro stations away to the Liberty Square.

I like everything, especially very hospitable family. Our room was very clean and there were everything for our stay (slippers, bathrobes, tooth brushes…). After traveling all around Georgia it was the best place to stay

The hotel was super perfect. It is just 5 minutes from metro station very close to bus stations. The room was very clean and comfortable rooms, cozy atmosphere, super kind and helpful staff, delicious breakfast with so many options. It was the best hotel I have experienced in Tbilisi so far. It absolutely deserves the money I payed. I recommend everyone to book it.

The nicest people I've ever lived with

A family hotel with incredibly friendly and obliging owners. They will help you with everything: take you to a restaurant, arrange transport, prepare an early breakfast. I felt welcome and taken care of the best in the world. Thank you and I recommend this unique place in Tbilisi!

A hotel run by a super nice and accommodating family - they accommodated my late arrival near midnight and received me with refreshments, fruits, food, and a glass of homemade wine. Gave a free upgrade, delicious breakfast prepared (in time slots / covid), with some variation every day. There is free parking in front / next to the hotel and it's located in a quiet residential area close to the city center (with a busy street full of shops / ATMs / etc.) just around the corner. Highlight of the hotel is the family that runs it and their genuine effort to provide you with a pleasant stay - felt like a home away from home.

Only room for improvement was the wi-fi, which was stable for normal use, but struggled with video calls.

The breakfast was amazing. Room was super comfortable and spacious. Katie, the host, was absolutely amazing and SO incredibly helpful. She took me to go and get a sim card and to the bank. Will definitely go there again!

I like the hospitality. The food is amazing. They are so friendly and nice. The hotel is very close to the metro. They even lend us the metro card so that we will no longer buy. It has a play ground at the back which my son enjoys so much. There are grocery and restaurants within the area. Very close to the airport. They took care of us when we stayed there and for sure you will never get hungry. Thank you Hotel Triston for the amazing stay. We shall be back. 🤗

The heart of Tbilisi

We took the airport transfer, and Mr. Triston himself picked us up. We had a fun ride even though he doesnt speak english and I dont speak russian/georgian. He welcomed us with a bottle of georgian wine, late he brought us some fresh local fruits. The breakfast was handmade every day, they already made some special breakfast to go because we had to leave very early. Mr Triston drove us to the metro station when we left. I can say Mr. Triston and his Hotel are the best experience you can get in Tbilisi. The rooms are big enough, clean and silent. But Mr. Triston is the real heart and soul of the Hotel. It was a real pleasure to meet him and stay at his hotel.
