A self contained apartment, 1 Shaws Corner is perfect for four people, with two double bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with 2 large singles. Boasting a large sun trap balcony with views over the estuary from where the sea can be heard, and its own private garden, it is also well appointed with a well-equipped kitchen, bathrooms, and off-road parking for one car.

1 Shaws Corner is tastefully decorated and has full-height French windows opening onto the balcony from the living room.

There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer and space for wet outside gear in the porch

The apartment is reached from the private parking area by steps and a path through the garden, and the property is not overlooked.

Short stay to explore Salcombe. Found the 164 bus very useful to avoid a tough walk back up the hill.

Difficult steps from car to property. No welcombing pack, had to buy toilet rolls TV so so complicated, only basic channels cold in bedrooms Great views long step walk to town and beach

A quiet and comfortable place to stay on the edge of Salcombe. 15-20 minute walk into town. Good bed and nice view from the spacious living room. Steps down to flat were fine for us, but might be tricky for some. Parking was a bit tight.

Spacious and well presented flat on the outskirts of town with its own parking spot. Apartment was clean and well equipped with a lovely large balcony area. Quite a walk to the town centre but closer to North and South Sands beaches. A great few days away with our family.

We had a lovely experience staying at 1 Shaws Corner. It is very modern and clean and a great location for walking both into town and North/South sands.

Our 3rd stay at Shaw’s Corner and each time has been better than the last. The flat is perfectly located close to Salcombe shops and restaurants but also walking distance from North Sands beach. The flat is perfect for a family of 4 with young kids - the bbq in the courtyard and balcony came into their own this trip. Will hopefully be back again!
