About this house rental
We have a 3 bedrooms home that sleeps 8 comfortably but depending on the group could accommodate 10 (6 adults, 4 kids). We built our home with space for everyone in mind. Although you are on vacation together, sometimes you need to be able to have space. We put a TV in each bedroom and both family rooms. Wifi and AC add additional comforts. The main floor is an open living area with the kitchen, living room and dining room all together. Between the kitchen and the gas grill on the deck, you will be well equipped to make the best of meals. A 65 in TV and gas fireplace make this a great room for everyone to be in. Don't want the TV on? Send them to the lower level!
The first floor master bedroom has a king size bed and master bath with a custom shower that feels like you are standing in the river. The lower level includes two bedrooms, a family room and laundry room. The second bedroom has a queen size bed while the third bedroom is a bunk room for the kids. The bunk room has two twin over full bunk beds. The kids will love making a secret hideout in the large walk-in closet. All of the mattresses are memory foam and very comfortable. The lower level family room has two couches, one is a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. A 60 in TV, DVD player, small movie library and games. We also have a pack and play crib and queen Aerobed available.

I can't say enough how much my grand children, their parents, my husband & I enjoyed this beautiful spacious home. It is a very clean, well equipped, comfortable home providing everything you need to enjoy a time to gather for meals, board games, space to relax & all the while enjoying their gorgeous views of the White Mtns. along with the added bonus of being located very close to Storyland, Attitash, & North Conway attractions & shopping.

This house is as pictured - it is well kept and cared for. There was actually more space than we were expecting. It was close to many conveniences/attractions but far enough away to also feel quiet and tranquil.

Great location - minutes to Storyland, situated great to many other tourist attractions, worked perfect for 4 kids 3-6 & 4 adults. Plenty of room to spread out, love the downstairs extra family room for kids to play. We usually cook and kitchen is well equipped.

The house was great. The location is so close to Storyland but you would never know as it was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The view was beautiful and plenty of space for 8 of us. The kids loved the bunk room. We highly recommend to friends and family.

What an amazing property! Very clean when you walk in and close to so much! We drove 12 hours north and we’re so thrilled when we walked in. Immediately comfortable and we ended up spending most of our next day just relaxing. My in-laws joined my husband, four kids, and I. They kept gushing about how nice and wonderful everything was. We definitely hope to return for more amazing memories!

Great stay
We had a great experience staying at this property. It was easy to accommodate 4 adults and 6 kids. The open plan on the main floor makes the house feel very spacious and comfortable. It’s great as a hang out area. The deck outside offers a very nice view of the surrounding mountains, and at the same time it feels very private.
The only thing thing that could of been better is the heating and cooling system. There’s only 1 zone for both upper and lower level which makes it hard to control the temperature independently of each other.

Beautiful modern rustic feel
Absolutely beautiful house. Extremely clean and well kept. It had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and the giant beanbag style chair in the living room. Less than a 5 minute drive to Storyland and Livingshores was an added bonus.

Relaxing getaway
The house is top notch: clean, comfortable, and homey. The kitchen/dining/living room is spacious and well-appointed. The gas fireplace provided lots of warmth and atmosphere. The location is convenient to many Mt Washington Valley attractions and easy to get to. We loved our stay here!

We just completed a week at Alison‘s property in Glen New Hampshire. What a beautiful well built home with beautiful finishes! Excellent location, woodsy feeling with conveniences and trail access at your fingertips. Clean, uncluttered and ample space for privacy. A well-stocked kitchen to boot! If you’re thinking about reserving this property don’t hesitate. We were so grateful to have this time with friends and family and to enjoy all of the beauty the surrounding areas have to offer. Beautiful getaway
This house was beautiful inside and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you might need, including spices! We loved the shower with the river stone floor, even the kids took showers in there. There was plenty of room for everyone and the teenagers loved having the lower level to themselves. The only drawback was there is only one zone for the AC and it was about 10 degrees cooler downstairs than it was upstairs. We just turned the AC off at night and opened the windows for the fresh air. I would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

Perfect rental property!
This was our second stay at this rental house and both times have been wonderful. Location is close to Storyland and other great NH spots. It is impeccably clean with a well stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and ample space for the whole family! The host is easily reachable if needed, we actually left something behind and she was more than accommodating in helping us get it back! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a vacation spot that has a great location, is clean, well stocked and is hosted by someone who cares about its renters.

Lovely, spacious, updated escape to NH
A absolutely gorgeous, updated house with plenty of space. The main floor common area is the perfect open concept with the kitchen, large living area and dining table, complimented by lots of natural light with windows and glass doors leading out to the deck looking at the mountains. There is a nice, big downstairs living area too. Everything about this house is great! The location is just a very short drive to the downtown area of North Conway making it extremely accessible to all activities the town has to offer. Can't recommend enough. Thank you!

A perfect family getaway!

Excellent property
This property was the most clean, inviting and spacious home I have ever stayed in. The reality was higher than my expectation and we couldn't have enjoyed our stay more. So quiet and peaceful, yet so close to many restaurants and activities. I would highly recommend this property and I will definitely be booking again. Such an accommodating host.

Beautiful property, very close to Story Land, highly recommend!
My family of four stayed here with another family of four, with children aged 4-6 and we had an incredible time. The children loved the wide sets of bunk beds, and there were plenty of games and puzzles to stay occupied with. The location is very convenient to Story Land and the surrounding hikes and attractions. We only had to get take out a couple times, but places within a 10 minute drive, but we took advantage of the full kitchen with groceries we purchased from Grant's only 7 min down the road. We couldn't have asked for a better stay overall in terms of amenities, comfort, and convenience. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation
We had a great stay at Allison's property. The house was very nice - just as pictured and super clean. It is in a great location, close to Storyland, downtown North Conway, Saco River and Echo Lake. It was perfect for our family of 7. We would definitely stay at this home again and look forward to next year!

AMAZING!
I have rented numerous properties over the years, all over the East Coast, and this one by far ranks in the top 3. First part I appreciated was the cleanliness of the house. The kitchen was truly stocked like my own kitchen at home. Everything you need to cook all your meals, big or small. I usually pack everything of my own, down to a cutting board, but this place truly had everything you need. The open floor plan and the views were perfect. The linens and kitchen towels provided were nice so as to not have to lug our own. The weather during our stay wasn't the greatest but we didn't care. We were able to just enjoy the lovely gas fireplace and drink wine no matter the weather outside. It was a perfect escape for us for a long weekend.. It was so hard to leave but we cannot wait to return in the fall. Thank you for sharing your home :)

Home was beautiful and very well equipped to make our stay very comfortable. Allison responded very quickly to our last minute request to rent for the week. Weekend getaway
Our experience working with Allison was great. The house was new and everything was clean. There was plenty of room for our family to relax and the kids to play. It was cozy yet comfortable and absolutely beautiful! We had a nice fire on the outside deck to enjoy the night (with a warm wool blanket!) after we made dinner utilizing the kitchen (with fully stocked plates, utensils etc for cooking). She allowed us tv with streaming services and WiFi. The house was in close proximity to many amazing views on the kancamangus highway and it was a pleasant ride to Santa’s village for our girls! She was a pleasure to work with and we would absolutely rent again!

My family had a lovely, relaxing weekend getaway at this beautiful home. It was the perfect home for 6 adults, an infant and 2 year old. The house was clean and spacious and in a great location.
