Nous avons aimé la situation géographique La déco Chaleureuse

Nous aurions aimé avoir une petite enceinte Bluetooth. La salle de bain est défraîchie. C’est un peu sombre, un peu plus d’éclairage ce serait bien (deux ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas).

Emplacement idéal pour découvrir Lyon

Emplacement idéal à proximité de la passerelle ou du pont menant au Vieux Lyon (5mn à pieds). A 1mn à pieds de la place Bellecour et des rues commerçantes piétonnes ou non, et d'une rue remplie de bons restos. Parfait pour sillonner Lyon. On rejoint la gare Pardieu en métro depuis Bellecour ou bien celle de Peyrache à pieds (10mn). L'apparement a du charme et en effet, les ados ne tiennent pas debout sur la mezzanine mais nous le savions.

Présence d'un sanibroyeur dans la salle de bain qui est bas de plafond. Joints de la douche un peu vétustes. Du bruit en bas de l'immeuble lié à un resto. Ces points demeurent supportables ;-)

Excellent location, roomy, comfortable bed.

Location was fantastic

We are travelling around France and for the same price we have stayed in more beautiful accomodation with more facilities (eg. 24 hr reception, modern bathroom) so I’m not sure it was priced correctly. I’m not saying I’m unhappy with anything, it was just maybe expensive for what it was.

Nice comfortable apartment in good location

Very good location, spacious and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. The Tenant was very helpful and allowed us to stay after check out for a very small reasonable fee. Check in was easy although it was a bit inconvenient to pick up the key from another location which is 10mins walk from the actual apartment since we had luggages.

Only 4 towels were provided for 4 people for 4 nights; although there was a washing machine the towels wouldn't have dried to reuse them. The wooden staircase leading to the shaft bedroom was a bit unstable and not very safe. No lift to the apartment which is on the second floor.

La ubicación y camas cómodas, muchos enchufes y productos para enchufar anti mosquitos.

Detalles de falta de limpieza. Sofá olia mal y ni lo usamos, ducha con moho, grifo lavabo sucio y encimera del fregadero sucio, wáter con restos abajo.... El conjunto bien, pero la limpieza lo es todo.

Très bien our un séjour de quelques jours avec des enfants

Emplacement idéal, à deux pas de toutes les activités, boutiques et restaurant du vieux Lyon. Bel espace et correctement équipé. Bon rapport qualité prix.

El apartamento tiene techos altos por lo que es muy luminoso. Cocina muy práctica. La ubicación es muy buena, está muy céntrico. Tiene parada de metro muy cerca .

Las escaleras de acceso a la planta de arriba, donde hay 2 camas individuales, no tienen una barandilla a uno de los lados, lo cual puede resultar algo peligroso ......

Wonderful relaxing stay with family near the old Town of Lyon. Perfect location to explore the city.

It’s a top location, in the old center surrounded with top restaurants and shops. Ideally located to explore Lyon on foot. The apartment is located in a charming old building. The kitchen and bathroom are a bit outdated but for us it added to the charm. We stayed three nights with our teenagers and we all loved it.

Bel appartement pour passer quelques jours dans le centre de Lyon.

La décoration de l'appartement très sympa, le personnel qui répond rapidement à nos questions par mail. L'emplacement de l'appartement proche de la place Bellecour. Lits confortables

Il manque une 2eme petite serviette. Nous étions 2, nous avons eu 2 grandes serviettes, une petite pour les mains et 1 de tapis de bain. Il serait appréciable d'avoir 1 petite serviette chacune pour se sécher les cheveux par exemple. De plus le seche cheveux ne chauffe presque pas il faudrait songer à le remplacer. Pour améliorer davantage la sdb vous pourriez rajouter une étagère en dessous du lavabo et un verrou sur la porte coulissante. Vous pourriez également rajouter une boîte de mouchoir et un rouleau essui tout. Amélioration plus coûteuse : changer les fenêtres en double vitrage pour une meilleure insonorisation de la rue.

Exceptional

The layout of the property is fantastic. It has a very cool, chic city feel about it. It is an open plan but with sufficient privacy as if you have children, they can sleep in the mezzanine. Super clean and confortable. It is in the heart of the city close to all the resultants and amenities. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Honorê-Suites Amboise!

Carine was very responsive with us about our stay. Our accommodations worked great for our family with plenty of room. The location was amazing and walkable to all our adventures in Lyon. Our only complaint is we should have stayed for at least 3 days.

Great apartment

The location was amazing. The apartment was comfortable and clean.

Our first impressions of Lyon were crazy aggressive drivers. Every carpark was full that we had to park across the bridge 2km away and drag our bags across. We had to pick up keys from property lock box which was a ten minute walk from the apartment - not very convenient. The property management people were very helpful in giving suggestions for car parking and responded quickly to my messages. We’d arrived late Saturday afternoon. Was a bit of mucking around as we had to go back later that night to move the car to Celestins car park which was very close. The apartment was great but entry to floors looked very dodgy and dark. But don’t judge by first impressions. Our son slept in the loft and was bitten by something both nights. So bad, to the point he swapped beds on the second night. We didn’t see any evidence of bugs though. We can only hope it was mosquitos as we had one window ever so slightly ajar for air flow. Although realistically too cold in early January for mosquitoes…. The apartment is very nice, comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom was small but functional. The location is excellent. On listing it claims streaming service but this isn’t the case. Not that it matters, not there to watch TV.

Good location but some maintenance needed

The apartment was spacious and comfortable with large opening windows. The washing machine and drying racks were appreciated.

The location of the lockbox for the keys was some distance (10 minute walk?) from the apartment. The bathroom was very small with restricted head height. The bathroom fan switch was faulty so the fan ran continuously disturbing sleep. The whole apartment needs a good spring clean!

Poor communication and not a clean flat

The location was good!

The management of the property and the apartment was not clean. The lighting is poor and in the summer I would not recommend this place as you will have to collect the keys far from the apartment. The apartment has not AC and it can be very hot to be in there. Got given the instructions on how to get the keys 30 minutes after arrival in 40 degrees heat. Had to walk 1.1km (with my bags) to get the keys. Once I got there I got all the wrong information about the apartment. Opened the box to the keys and there were no keys in the box. The manager, after hour of me trying to get the keys asked me if I wanted to cancel (no apology just the option to cancel). There is no lift and so if you have bags you will have to carry them up multiple flights of stairs. I would not recommend staying here to anyone. Unless you enjoy being frustrated, uncomfortable and getting ill treatment from management.
