Séjour passable pour deux nuits.

L'hôtel est bien situé dans le centre de Lyon. Tout est accessible à pied. La chambre correspond à la description de l'établissement. Pour le prix raisonnable payé on ne peut pas demander plus.

La propreté de la chambre pourrait être améliorée. Le manque de clim dans les chambres.

Chambre à privilégier quand vous êtes toute la journée en visite sinon austère.

La jeune fille à l'accueil était très professionnelle et agréable. La situation géographique est top.

Chambre sombre sans commodité, pas de lampe de chevet. La salle de bain est très petite, ne permet pas de fermer la porte pour être à l'aise. Aucune insonorité et la literie est très mauvaise.

J’étais sur Lyon pour un week end événementiel, les prix étaient exorbitants partout, le prix était donc bien trop élevé

Emplacement en plein centre idéal

La salle de bain et la chambre aurait besoin de rénovation. Carrelage cassé, peu de lumière dans la salle de bain, murs tachés etc

the location is in the center of Lyon, very close to the metro and bus. The street is calm and clean, the neighborhood is very nice.

I prefer to have a tapis in the bathroom, a kettle/water heating.

Location

The cleaning lady wanted to come in but I told her I didn’t need it. She then came in when I was in the shower! A third time she asked if I had dirty towels and rubbish. Maybe they are instructed by management to clean the room come what may but this was a little invasive

Great location. Comfy, clean bed. Everything else is as you’d expect for a one star.

Don’t bother paying the €8 for breakfast. It’s a croissant and orange juice

I wouldn’t go back.

Some of the staff were helpful, the location is good.

The toilet had a really strong urine smell, it was almost impossible to stay inside, the room itself wasn’t good. there was a massive hole on the wall next to the bed. the heating was off so the room was freezing and they offer only one duvet. There wasn’t many options for breakfast.

The personnel was friendly and the location was good.

My room was quite small and wasn't clean. Especially in the shower area, there was hair from the previous guests. Some walls in the bathroom needed reparation (there were holes). The soundproofing was bad, so I could hear the noise from the street and people from other rooms talking. Furthermore, the amenities could be much better (there was only one towel in the room, for example) Apart from that, the hotel has no lift, and the spiral staircase is quite dangerous, especially if you have a lot of luggage.

Great value for price

The location was great; you had bars, cafes, museums and all sorts of transportation at hand. WiFi was really strong. The room had a nice view and it was clean and not as small as you usually get in France. Staff was pretty nice too.

The bed was not really comfortable; it wasn't too bad, you could sleep alright, but it wasn't a great bed in any way.

Nice owner of the hotel. The bathroom is a bit narrow but okay. Please make hooks in the bathroom to hang the towels etc.

location - in the city centre but without noises from the street. unfortunately I can here everything from my neighbours (the walls are so tony that I had felling that someone wants to open my door). staff was very friendly

very small shower (and I am slim), it would be useful to refresh the rooms (holes in the walls), towels or hair dryer could be in the room (there are available but you must ask in the reception). I knew this things because I have read all the comments.

Room is zero comfortable. Receptionist is zero friendly. Even they shout the client. It didn't worth even for free to sleep there.
