This is OBVIOUSLY the best hotel in Nacadoches, and I mean Obviously with a CAPITAL O!!!!

it was like we had the whole hotel to ourselves!!!! We felt like we were waited hand and foot.

The kindness from the receptionist and the manager!!!!

i discovered a very unique hotel. That I found interesting

I liked the inside outside pool. I really enjoyed how quiet and peacefull through our stay. The staff was also great. Patricio is very courteous, respectful, eager to help, The kids will now-on consider him a friend. Summerly is also Kind and helpful. The housekeeping staff is also respectful.

I was disapointed to see how much potential the hotel has that is unutilized. And The manager was very RUDE. The only staff member with that attitude.

Though our stay was short due to work, we definitely enjoyed it and made the best of the town.

The staff at check in was so helpful and friendly. Also, I extended our stay and that staff member was also so helpful and made it so easy. I have stayed here last year as well. I plan to stay here again in the future. Thank you!!!

Make sure you go to the right OYO building

The inside was very pretty.

The outside freaked my husband out. couldn’t really tell it was a hotel till driving into the property. I understand it’s understand it’s under construction but the same name across the street makes it very confusing. Also the room was half remodeled. clearly see some work still needs to be done. but the coffee was horrible. and the machine was gross I had to clean it before making coffee still didn’t taste good.

I doubt seriously if I'll ever stay there again. Might be acceptable in India, but not in the US.

Sparce room accommodations, not up to par for the room rate. TERRIBLE MATTRESS THAT SUNK IN THE MIDDLE! Very small soap bars. Poor breakfast options - only two cups of orange juice and one of those was leaking! Not a good value!

Location to other hotels and access to the highway made it convenient for other family close by.

The mattress was very comfortable. The location was good.

Upon arrival, the staff was not very friendly. There was no coffee available in the room. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom could have been better. There was a frayed cord to one of the lamps and could not be plugged into the wall socket. The smoke alarm was not closed properly and the arm chair appeared unclean. Sofa was not comfortable to sit on. Had to have new keys made for the second night.

In rough shape...

Grateful we had a room to stay in. The size of the room was awesome! My hope is that they are going to fix up all the rooms...if they do, it is going to be really nice!!

The carpet, sofa and chairs all had so many stains! We had to ask for a sheet so we could cover the sofa to make it safe to sit on or to even put our stuff on. The sheets themselves looked like they had burn marks and nail polish in spots. Due to all the road construction, the traffic is bad in front of hotel.

One of my worst experiences in a hotel ever.

Nothing was good about this location.

The beds where old and saggy. The room smelled like they put a bottle of lysol on it and didnt mop it up. It cause my son and wife to have headaches all night and not be able to sleep.

very little selection at breakfast. coffee not available.

first it took too long to check in. the staff didn't explain except: it's slow. Then, they gave us the wrong room. we walked the whole hotel had to walk up the stairs no elevator. put key in door and walked in to an occupied room. they made it right but in all the days I've traveled, I've never walked into the wrong room. then, the toilet ran all night. there wasn't even a telephone in the room so if you needed staff, you had to walk down again. with all the available hotels...don't choose this one.

Was clearly once a handsome property, but it has gone to pot and new owners are letting it go.

No breakfast. Dirty, Wi-Fi didn’t work in either room we tried, carpet stained, no washcloths, soap. shampoo or any amenities. Lampshades patched with scotch tape. Clerk tried to find us a better room twice, but there wasn’t one. The place is a nightmare, and you should be ashamed of rating it as “good.”

nothing at all worst place I’ve ever seen! we left and stayed in car bc rooms were booked out. no shower curtain ac didn’t work or tv!

Excellent! We'd stay here again.

Everything was great! The women at the front desk on check-in and check-out were phenomenal! We arrived late on Sat night and the woman at the desk got us checked in without any issues. She was great! When we checked out Sunday morning, the woman at the desk was also really great and super friendly! She was exceptional! She was sooooo friendly and has a beautiful presence! You have great women at the front desk! Kudos to you! If we're ever that way again, we'd definitely stay here.

I prepaid thru bookings.inc but OYO didn't have a record of the bookings.inc paying them. Too late to find another motel so I had to pay again. That room cost me twice as much as it should have. OYO with bookings.inc are thiefs, will never use again.

Very, Very, Very Bad

Nothing I will not stay at his oyo again.

1st Rm AC too loud, no could sleep, moved to RM155, TV no remote, no desk chair, asked twice no response, very bad mattress bedsprings needed replacement, rerigerator control broken all items froze.

overall great for one night wasn’t awful for the value.

the bed was comfortable and clean. shower was hot. the staff was very pleasant and helpful!

one of the doors on the side of the building was damaged and rigged open. bathroom door seemed as if someone beat on it.
