Perfect for a short stay

A short walk from the train station, a quiet location but still close to everything you need

L'appartement est bien situé et on sent que le propriétaire a fait des efforts pour qu'il soit bien décoré.

Mais il y a beaucoup de choses qui nécessiteraient d'être corrigées : peinture qui s'écaille un peu partout, fils électriques à nu et prises qui pendouillent dans tous les sens, Velux qui ne ferment pas ou mal, cafetière qui ne fonctionne pas et odeurs particulièrement désagréable dans la salle de douche...

Séjour entre copains à Amiens pour le marché de Noel !

C'est la deuxième fois que je séjourne dans ce logement. Le logement est correcte et suffisamment grand pour 4 personnes + 2 enfants. Il est plutôt bien équipé et est vraiment situé proche de tous les commerces et points de visite à Amiens. Nous sommes venus pour le marché de Noël et avons pu y accéder en 5min à pied à peine. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

L'isolation est assez limite et on entend tout ce qui se passe dans l'immeuble ou depuis les appartements voisins. Cela ne nous a pas dérangé pour dormir cependant. L'appartement mériterait aussi quelques travaux afin qu'il reste en bon état (porte de salle de bain par exemple) ou fenêtres à changer à l'étage.

A éviter, vieil immeuble mal entretenu

L'emplacement est parfait dommage, que l'immeuble ne soit pas entretenu.

Le logement est dans un état de vétusté ! On dirait qu'on va passer au travers du sol, il y a aussi des accros dans le lino de la cuisine (limite dangereux quand on rentre ou quand on sort de la salle de bain...). En ce qui concerne l'état de la salle de bain : coins carrelage pas nettoyés, poussière, le meuble est mal assemblé : les façades de tiroir menacent de tomber ! Salle de bain trop petite pour accueillir les WC ! Difficile de comprendre comment fonctionne le micro-onde. Pas de Grille-Pain. Matelas du canapé inconfortable et ce sont des ados qui ont dormi dedans !

Great location. Accomodation disappointing.

The location is excellent. Close to Notre dame cathedral and the town Center . It was warm.

Spacious in the description is inaccurate. Tiny bathroom. Had to dress in the lounge area. Bedroom cramped. A lot of painting and maintenance required. The photos advertising the flat do not represent the flat we were in. First time for us with booking.com. Perhaps there is another flat better maintained?

Amazing location, great value

Location was very central and lovely shower, helpful people, good facilities

Getting in was a bit complicated but once we found Sylvie she explained everything fine. Parking was difficult until we found the underground car park for 9 Euroes a night around the corner. Room small for a family of 4.

Superb location for a short stay in Amiens.

Comfy beds, fantastic location, lovely hosts, nice facilities - exactly what we needed for a short stay in Amiens.

The stairs to the bedrooms are very steep and the stairs hand rail had not been cleaned for some time so was sticky. This one slight oversight did not detract from our stay - we were very pleased with the apartment.

Fantastic location

Comfortable central location. Fully equipped kitchen. Sylvie was lovely and helpful...very pleased she suggested the chroma light show that night.walkable distance to the railway. Thanks for hosting us.

Not a problem for us but as previously mentioned in other reviews steps to upstairs bedrooms would not be recommended for really young children or those with mobility problems.

Location was excellent, walking distance to cathedral and eateries.

It was really hot, although the housekeeper tried by providing us with a fan. Toilet door needs fixing as it doesn't shut.

So close to being great but let down by lack of attention to detail and no staff readily available.

The decor is modern and tries hard to be cool and the location for the town centre is excellent. The bed was very comfortable, and the whole place was nice and clean.

This is an interesting property as it has so much going for it but doesn’t quite live up to its photographs on Booking.com. The decor is nice but not well finished, for example the floor in our room was worn and the heated towel rail and coat hooks were coming off the wall in the bathroom. The curtain poles were badly installed, The whole apartment could have been decorated to a much higher standard and it looked like everything had been done in a rush and not very well. The price reflects this I think and so just take that into account when you book. When we arrived there was another couple trying to get access to their room also. The “gardienne” has a flat in the building but wasn’t on site and was only contactable by telephone. There was little phone reception when we attempted to call and only got through after several tries.

Very good

Location was great and the apartment had everything we needed for a short break.

Stairs were quite steep to bedrooms, we were aware of this and didn't cause us any issues with a 6 and 12 year old however it may be an issue for people who struggle with their mobility or younger children.

Fair stay in Amiens

location is ok, building is quite old and typical of the region’s architecture

bathroom / shower retrofitting leaves a lot to desire, doesn’t look clean, everything seemed as if it will be tearing off just by looking at it , toilet seat is not fixed with a huge water heater above it, doesn’t inspire confidence sitting under it.

The stairs up to the bedrooms are very steep so you have to be careful. Our dogs couldn’t get up there!

Great location and experience for the price

Location was amazing and easy parking on the street if you towards the end of the afternoon.
