The dinner and breakfast provided by the Hotel were very good. It is a comfortable eating environment.
The twin sharing room was small but adequate.
Prefer to have a bathtub in hotel rooms.

Great Hotel and perfect location to see attractions and restaurants and bars. Room was large and fitted out well. Carpark nearby and cheap.
Nothing.

closeness to the centre of town
not a 4 star hotel. quite expensive for what it was. the room with the view onto the cathedral was from a very narrow balcony in which we couldn’t even put a chair. a bit of a joke really.

The town and restaurants along the canal. Proximity to Villers Bretonneux
With so many Australians there for Anzac Day, i think a bus to Villers- B to and from the hotel would be a great enhancement. People very willing to pay for the convenience.

Clean and spacious rooms. There is a cheap public parking garage just a 3mins walk away with plenty of parking. Great location and minutes away from the city center and the bar district

Perfect location for visiting Amiens. Very close to all the amenities, cathedral, river and losts of bars and restaurants!

Great location, excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
Bit noisy at night. Woken up a few times. Restaurant booking via front desk not entirely reliable. Advance requests before arrival were not executed along with a booking that was requested on arrival. Also one recommendation was good (Le Quai), one not (Le Dent Creuse).

good location, lovely view from our room, helpful staff
Bath plug didn’t work, reported but not fixed. safe didn’t work, ditto. no hooks for towels. disappointing given the cost of our room. Towels insubstantial

Really lovely hotel, very friendly staff, did their best to accommodate any needs, although sometimes the language barrier was a little challenging. We will definitely stay there again, & look forward to their warm welcome again

Location great

The only good thing about it is the location.
The toilet was too small and without ventilation. You can imagine the smell in the room… Also, the sink was leaking The bins were without lids and the bags in them were too small. The staff wasn’t very kind.
Definitely not a 4 star hotel.

I liked ots of things: it is clear that a lot of thought went into designing spaces that are comfortable and fun to spend time in
The generous breakfast - there is lots and lots of choice of good things to eat.
The lighting in the bedroom - there are lots of different sources and kinds of light, a real treat.
The reading spot light made reading in bed especially comfortably. The bathroom lighting is excellent
The fridge - there is enough room to keep various treats in good condition.
The room heating was perfect - very easy to modify. I LOVED the large, fully opening window.
It was good to find that hot water didn't seem to run out at peak times in the morning or the evening.
The staff - friendly, helpful and natural, but never in your face/ or over the top.
There are lots of enjoyable and good humoured decorative touches through out the hotel to look at and enjoy.
Everything worked1
It was so good to have a bath, and it was a really comfortable size for me, but it was a bit tricky to get into.
The mattress wasn't ideal for me - but I loved the bed line, and duvet - so light and warm.

Comfortable and clean rooms. Central location. Nearby car park with car charging facility.
Breakfast was very good, it is worth to eat at the hotel and not to think of any food until dinner.
1,5 hours by train from Paris, we loved our stay in this hotel.

Good choice for breakfast. Needed it early morning on departure and everything was available. Pleasant room. Just a little difficult to aerate at night when traffic could be noisy. Good shower. Efficient lifts.
Didn’t have any problems.
