Awesome location on a beautiful marina with an awesome view of the river. Very affordable and perfect size for a couple! Very clean and well kept! Russ was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed.
Wish we had our own patio with table and chairs. We were in the “bunk house”. Also it would be nice to have a fire pit in the middle of the cottages w Adirondack chairs around it so all could use.

Laid back cottage setting on St Lawrence River.( 4) units, ours was clean and comfortable. Small boat yard 30 yards from our porch was interesting .Nice view of River.
Short 4- 5 minute drive to downtown Clayton( 15-20 minute walk).

The location was excellent. We enjoyed the view of the St. Lawrence and the marina right in front of us with the many different water fowl that gathered there. Clayton is a lovely village to visit and we could easily walk or bike to the quaint downtown from our rental cottage.
The owners were kind and helpful to us. The cottage was very clean and was just as the website photos showed it to be. We found everything we needed in the kitchen for preparing meals. There are a selection of kayaks on the property that can be rented. The owners were generous with us because the weather made it hard to kayak the way we had hoped.
The furniture was basic, but adequate. We would have liked the bed to be firmer. It’s showing it’s age. If you’re expecting luxury, this is probably not the place for you. But it met our needs and the river activity watched from our private porch was fascinating.

Location!
At first there was no hot water. Smoking area was by a fire pit that seems to have never been cleaned out. Information cards all over the room.
No discount on renting boats. Sofa was very uncomfortable to sir on. For the size of the room the TV was very small. Couldn't really watch it even with my glasses.

One bed was comfortable
We were not happy with our stay. The pictures we were shown at first when I booked this holiday home are not what we got. We were told it was being remodeled. They gave us the bunk house. It was a large metal shed, half was converted into our "room". The other half was used as their garage for a golf cart, tools etc. The floor of the room was a painted cement floor with a very large crack that split into 3. There was a fan running in the room due to the floor being almost wet. Our feet felt wet when walking on it. It had a musty smell. There were alot of bugs and spiders due to the dampness. There were area rugs in the unit and were duct taped down. It said we had a deck which we did not have. We were told there was wifi but it did not work the entire 4 days were were there. I think because of the building being a metal shed. The bed was comfortable but the sleeper couch had a very thin mattress and we were not able to sleep on it. We went to Walmart which was 30 min away and bought an air mattress and pump to sleep on. There was no access to the unit by car, it was a long walk for our 82 yr old mother and for us to unload our belongings. They did offer us to park behind the shed where they parked the golf cart. Also, we were told check out was at 9am, on booking.com it says 6 am to 10am. We were very unhappy with this place.

Everything. The views were beautiful. It's well decorated. Very comfortable. The accessories provided were very useful for our stay. Excellent hospitality. Quiet location, but with many amenities within a 5 minute drive. Owners gave excellent recommendations on places to visit. We will definitely stay here again.
Only thing I didn't like was not being able to smoke outside the cottage. That's a me problem however, and I completely understand why! I'm just a tad lazy sometimes lol. But I could use the walk to the designated area if I'm already harming my body.

Location was close to everything including the water
It was hot wish I could have had a pool

The location is great! Right on the water. If we had a boat we could've docked it right outside our doors and enjoyed the river. It's a nice size room for the price, just like a studio apartment. We would definitely recommend this place to others.
We couldn't lock our door because it has patio doors and only one side would lock but not unlock from outside. Also it was kinda pricey for a boat rental.
