About this house rental
Come enjoy a luxury vacation away in the mountains. The unit was recently renovated and has all the comforts of home. First a little about our most current update: Our unit has been completely remodeled. We have wooden floors on the main floor and a large gas fireplace that is finished with stone. We have large sectional that seats seven. We have 65" new Sony - 65" Smart - 4K UHD TV with HDR. We have heated tile floors in the kitchen and bathrooms. Also, we have replaced all the cabinets in the kitchen and baths with knotty alder which are complimented with quartz counter tops. The two baths/showers have new travertine tiled walls. New stainless steel appliances are found throughout the kitchen. You will find the unit very upscale with everything to make your trip comfortable and memorable. Please come and relax in our beautiful, two bedroom, two and a half bath townhouse in Breckenridge. You will love all the special touches which will make your trip more enjoyable. This is a ski-in unit on Four O'clock Road, that is only one short block, less than 5 minute walk, to the Snowflake lift and only two blocks to Main Street in Breckenridge.
Because it is a town home, you have a private, heated garage, which is directly connected to the unit by a door; and you will have no noisy neighbors either above or below you. One can easily ski in to the town home for lunch, down Four O'clock run, and then head right back out to the Snowflake lift to ski the rest of the day.
The Non-Smoking town home is large, almost 1300 square feet. Bring your netflix and or hulu plus passwords and have easy access on the SMART TVs while on vacation. We also have open HDMI cord already plugged into TVs so that you can plug in your devices in either of the 2 SMART TVs. The unit has beautiful 6 panel pine doors! It really gives it a woodsy feel.
The town home has a king bed and private bath in one room. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk bed (full mattress on bottom and twin mattress on the top) with a private bathroom. We also have a surprisingly comfortable Air mattress which is located in the main floor closet in the main living area with access to a half bath. All mattresses are Simmons mattresses, which are extremely comfortable. You may not want to leave ;-)
The unit has many great features. Sit back and enjoy the heat and look of our gas log fireplace. My favorite feature is the quietness of the unit, without having to listen to your neighbor's feet banging on the ceiling or the conversation next door. This unit has great sleeping arrangements that will have everyone sleeping in late.
You can cook a gourmet meal with a completely stocked kitchen with everything you need to feed an army in this large kitchen and eating area. You will absolutely love this place and want to come back to our Winterpoint town home with your loved ones year after year. All returning visitors will receive a 10% discount!

This was our third ski trip to Breck and best home away from home yet!
We traveled with our 10 and 7 year old and found both the home and location to be ideal.
The rental is very central, with the Snoflake lift just one block uphill and Beaver Run a 5-10 min walk in ski boots or 2 min dropoff in the car. We rented ski gear from a Charter Sports right below the Snowflake lift, mere hundreds of feet from the rental. So convenient, and ski valet was an option thought we didn’t need it.
Downtown and Main St are just down the hill - a 5 min walk over the pedestrian bridge. We didn’t need to drive anywhere downtown and enjoyed exploring on foot.
As for the condo, it’s actually 4 mini levels, which breaks up activity nicely. You have the garage and ski storage, then the main family room, then the kitchen and dining area, then upstairs bedrooms. There are 2.5 baths.
Our favorite things about the home were the cozy gas fireplace that produced a nice amount of heat, perfect for the whole fam cozying with books, and the bunk beds for the kids. They had a blast.
The condo was very quiet, just the right temp, and nicely appointed. We found the laundry very convenient and went home with clean clothes.
Stephanie was very responsive when we had a couple of questions, so we felt well taken care of.
We can’t wait to return to Four O’Clock for the summer season.

My son, brother in law and I throughly enjoyed staying here for our annual ski trip. A short walk to the Snowflake lift or a short bus ride to the gondola or Beaver Run lift from the bus stop a short walk from the townhome. A short walk to downtown and most restaurants. The unit is updated and very clean and Stephanie the property manager was absolutely wonderful and helpful. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

We had an amazing time in Breckenridge (June 2023) and loved our stay at this condo. It was very clean and fit our family of four comfortably. We had plenty of space to spread out. The condo was well equipped for our stay. It is walkable distance to shops, restaurants, and several trailheads. There is a free ride bus stop right outside the property also. The check in and check out process was a breeze. Communication with the management was prompt and friendly. We would highly recommend booking this unit!

This rental was fully stocked with kitchen supplies etc. (rare for rentals). 100yd hike uphill to Snowflake lift and can ski down to within 75yds of condo. Short walk to hotubs and pool which were all functional. Property manager was great. Check in and out was a breeze.

The townhouse was very clean and tidy, and well appointed with anything a family would need for a weeks stay. The location is great, with almost all of the main street shops and restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend this property to anyone. A+

We loved this location and all of the amenities! They thought of everything. All 3 kids had plenty of space and their own bathroom. Master bedroom and bathroom worked perfectly for us.
The only downside was the master bedroom lock didn’t work and we had hoped to have an ice maker/water in the fridge from the pictures, but they were not hooked up so we had to make ice cubes.
Appreciated the wide variety of kitchen items, laundry and shower supplies. Location was perfect with short walk to town and pool.
Will plan to stay here again next year!

The unit was extremely well equipped. The new appliances were wonderful. The condo was clean and very inviting. A big plus was the shelf in the garage that we could store our coolers and extra things that we did not need for everyday use. So handy. We would love to rent this condo again!

For the level of rental this is there is no excuse for cold showers, especially in winter. If the owners installed a gas tanked water heater or a gas tankless water heater, this property would be amazing.

This was a retirement trip for me. I had never seen the The Rockies or snow like this. Because this was a celebration, I wanted a super nice place for my husband, son and daughter-in-law and me. In my search, I kept coming back to this unit. It is beautifully decorated and fits the Colorado theme! The kitchen has so much to offer! All of the appliances are top-notch and there was NOTHING lacking for cooking! It is nicely stocked with all kinds of spices! The TV room is so comfortable-the sectional is EXTREMELY comfortable and easily accommodates so many people. It's nice to have a half-bath on the level with the kitchen so you don't have to go all the way upstairs. The bedrooms are both so comfortable and the beds felt like home! We are TV people so we were thankful for such nice updated TVs. Having a garage was was extremely helpful too. My husband ALWAYS looks for a washer/dryer in any place we stay and this had a very nice set! Stephanie, the property manager, was quick with any response when we had a question during our stay. Shannette, the property owner, was so helpful and friendly with my questions prior to our trip. This property is located close to town. I recommend this unit whole-heartedly-it is beautiful, comfortable and full of luxury! Thanks for adding to our total experience with such a beautiful home away from home!!!
