There is no better way to relax and unwind than being in a lovely home-from-home in the most perfect of locations with the security, convenience and amenities of an upscale gated resort estate. This two storey villa is located in a prime position at February Point resort estates and is one of only a very small number of properties that are right on the beach.

From the villa, you can take a morning dip in the warm ocean or in the fresh water infinity pool at the Rusty Anchor beach club or just relax and enjoy the endlessly changing colors of the ocean and skies from the comfort of the large wrap around veranda or private sandy garden. The crystal clear waters for which Exuma is renown, is just a few feet from the villa, where you can safely swim, snorkel or fish. If you are looking to keep in shape, you can work out at the resort fitness centre or have a gentle game of tennis at one of the two floodlit courts. There is something for everyone at our lovely home.
The villa will accommodate four people comfortably but, in some situations, we may agree to a fifth guest if requested before booking. If we agree, we will provide a comfortable foldaway bed in the guest bedroom.
The resort has a stunning infinity freshwater pool and sandy beach at the Beach Club, which is a 3-minute walk away and is available to guests. The smaller pool which is a few yards away is operational again following maintenance.
Exuma is a safe destination and February Point is a secure gated resort community. We have never had any problem with security, but guests have asked for a hotel safe to keep valuables so we have installed one. The property has a Ring video doorbell which is activated by motion detected over a small area outside of the front door. We also have a Blink device mounted on the outside roof truss pointing at the ocean towards Stocking Island. This is to remind us of the stunning view from the property but is deactivated when guests are in residence. The devices are operated in accordance with VRBO policy.

This property’s location is great- right in the heart of Georgetown. Shopping, food store, restaurants and boat rentals were all minutes away. Loved the ability to snorkel/swim right outside the home but be sure to bring water shoes as the beach is extremely rocky once you descend the stairs towards the water. Wendy, the property manager, was extremely responsive and gave us great beach recommendations. Owners were always quick to respond as well! The pools are very close to the unit, which was great for the kids. We are a very active family so I did miss a kayak or paddle board- it seemed most of the units around us had this feature included with the rental. Overall though this a really comfortable home in a great location and we highly recommend!

What a beautiful home in a beautiful place!! The owners were so communicative, as was the local property manager. The proximity to water was so great, with snorkeling just steps from the house. The house was very spacious for our family of four and we used the kitchen a lot! Would highly recommend this home in February Point!

We had a great trip despite some rain, this neighborhood is a great location central to most activities on the island such as stores, dining, chat n chill ferry and Minns. Also the Rusty anchor on site and pools were great. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price for the area. The location is incredible, Just minutes away from Georgetown groceries etc. they have multiple swimming pools for the kids and a restaurant on the property. The master bedroom has a memory foam mattress that was very comfortable. All in all comfortable place to stay in

My family and I recently stayed at this villa for our second trip to Exuma. The location couldn't be better - close to Georgetown for shopping, yet nestled away for ultimate privacy and just steps from the soft sand and soothing waves.
There are two pools in February point. The smaller is just steps away and perfect to cool off after morning excursions. We hired massage therapists from the spa to come to the property one morning. They setup in the living room where we could hear the waves crashing. The kitchen had a decent supply of tools, pans, and utensils. Linens were ok, when we arrived the cleaning crew was still working so we were not able to get into the unit until almost an hour and a half after our check-in time. I suspect the cleaning crew were in a rush b/c we found a comforter draped over the balcony and neither bed had a comforter on it. There were some nights when we could have used that extra layer, but over all this was not a huge issue.

Wonderful spot in February Point. The home had everything we needed for a fantastic 3 weeks. Right on the water, pool was close-by and the home itself was as advertised. Both the owners and Wendy the property manager were quick to reply with any questions we had which were few. Can’t wait to be back next year.

We have been staying at Seacroft Villa for many, many years and it never disappoints us! Best location on the island, fantastic home on beach with amazing water views. 7 starfish, 3 sea turtles, 1 octopus and a visiting stingray live right outside your door. So fun to see them each year. Just 17 steps from the porch to the crystal clear waters of Elizabeth Harbor- I swam/snorkeled everyday!
Wonderful porches both upstairs and down for sitting out and reading a book or cocktails.
The hard part for my balance-challenged 70 yr old wife were the 17 steps between floors so it was one trip down for the day then one back up for bed.
So , a Great place for the spry, a challenge for the aged.

The house was clean and comfortable, and we had beautiful views of the water. The hosts were quick to respond to any emails and helpful with suggestions on what to do, restaurants, renting a car, etc. We were there for our 25th anniversary, and they had a bottle of wine and a sweet hand written card waiting for us. The house is basically across the water from Chat N Chill. We felt safe and had no issues; the neighborhood is quiet and clean. We watched two turtles bob around in the water in front of the house most every day we where there and saw a star fish. The security personnel at the gate to the neighborhood are very friendly, helpful and always greet you with a smile and kind words.

We love this property! Our second visit here was amazing even though the weather did not cooperate for the whole stay, we enjoyed every minute of it. All the amenities of home with a full kitchen for cooking our meals because there is not a lot of choices to eat out and everything closes early. The marina and beach club are a 3 minute walk away. Keeping our rental boat at the marina was perfect for our fishing and running around Elizabeth Harbor. Excellent location! Our hosts are the best and are very responsive to any issues.

Very nice property in a beautiful gated development. Pictures are exactly as it looks and are not deceiving as many online properties are. It met all of our expectations and needs. Snorkel gear and beach towels were a plus as there is good snorkeling right outside the door. Views are so peaceful,too. Quick response from owners whenever we had a question. We wish we could have stayed longer!

This was our second stay at Denise & Phil’s place and somehow it managed to surpass our first stay. The villa location is wonderful, the view from the huge king sized bed sublime and access to so many wonderful beaches just perfect, for big beach walkers like ourselves.
We can’t imagine staying anywhere else on Exuma, as February Point is so perfectly located, whether for provisions in George Town, visiting beaches such as the wonderful Coco Plum or Tropic of Cancer, or catching the Peace & Plenty water taxi over to Stocking Island.
We will definitely be back in the very near future. Thank you for another wonderful holiday.

Overall we had a good stay. I didn’t give the communication with manager 5 stars because I never actually spoke to her(I didn’t need to though) however the owner deserves 5 stars for his communication and responsiveness. We had bad weather and ended up eating at the house more than expected. This house has everything you could possibly need to cook and we were thankful for that. I’ve stayed in a couple of the smaller 3br very near this unit and this one had so much more room. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable with an amazing view from the master.

Seacroft Villa is a wonderful, spotlessly clean, well appointed home with an outstanding waterfront location and spectacular views. The Villa has anything and everything one would need. It met and exceeded our expectations and we had a fabulous time. Our hosts, Phil and Denise were easily reached and responded almost immediately when we had a question and even sent a much appreciated message to make sure we arrived safely. Great house, great location and excellent hosts; one could ask for no more. When we return to Exuma, which we will, we'll be sure to stay at Seacroft Villa again.

You can not beat the SeaCroft Villa D2 location! It is the perfect villa right on the beach overlooking sailboats, sea planes and sea turtles that cross your path as you sit by the water -- enjoying the view, warm water and snorkeling is a fun treat too. The Villa is the perfect place for R&R -- owners are a pure joy to work with too.

I would like to start with saying the owners are 100% 5 stars! They were excellent! Answered any questions I had and went above and beyond on Christmas to find out what was open and what the menu would be. The location is 5 stars as well! The only downfall this property has is it needs updating. The masterbed is comfy! However the living room furniture felt like lawn furniture. I just feel like this property needs a facelift on the interior and the grill wasn't in the best shape. I was also under the assumption that we were renting the entire home as pictured. That is not the case. Only half this home, as it is a villa and I do completely understand that now. We had a wonderful vacation and again, the owners and manager were a real class act to deal with!! We would definitely come again!

FYI - Nothing to do with home….. to those allergic to noseeums/sand fleas like me ( they don’t touch my husband) I highly recommend taking Allegra before & during your stay ( Phil suggested & it was definitely a game changer) & the absolute best bug repellent in Avon skin-so-soft bug Repellent & I’m so grateful I knew that & brought with me! They do not carry it on the island.

This property is gorgeous! Phil and Denise are super hosts and replied quickly to our needs. The location was the best on the island in our opinion. The Beach Club, Restraunt, and Marina are a 5 min walk from the villa. The Exuma market is a 5 min drive and everyone we met there were so nice and helpful. The staff at February Point made us feel like family. Swimming at our own private beach just out the back door was so awesome! We rented a small boat and ran around Elizabeth Harbor for 3 days, landing on the most beautiful beaches and finding all the local attractions (A must do!!) You get to see so much more from the water. Fishing was great too. Our honeymoon could not have been more perfect! We are definitely coming back next year. The only part we didnt like so much was having to leave.

This is by far the most beautiful place I’ve ever stayed. The views are to die for, and being right on the water was amazing! We saw turtles in the water behind the house every evening. The home is beautiful; updated, with large rooms, very comfortable. There are plenty of beach loungers, towels, and pretty much anything needed. The gated neighborhood was nice and felt very safe. We loved the beach club with the pool overlooking the beach. We usually had the beach club all to ourselves! We cooked most of our food in the house which was a great benefit considering how expensive dining out is in Georgetown. We could not have asked for a better rental. Thanks, Denise and Phil!

We absolutely loved the location of this super villa on a small beach at February Point overlooking Elizabeth Harbour and Stocking Island.
Denise and Phil are wonderful hosts and we were so lucky to have found their villa in amongst all the other places to stay in Exuma. We found them to be incredibly responsive to all queries, and they even left us a little something to celebrate our special wedding anniversary - so thoughtful.
February Point is a 5 minute drive from George Town and the local shops / restaurants / ferries to other islands / beaches, with onsite access to 2 swimming pools and a great restaurant - the Rusty Anchor.
The villa itself is perfect for a couple or family of 4. We just loved the master bedroom, with its new king sized bed, huge wrap around balcony and most amazing views of the clear turquoise ocean.
We explored many beaches - some we had visited on previous trips to Exuma, but we also found a few new ones on this trip. We were even lucky enough to spot turtles (several times) at the February Point dock.
We can absolutely recommend staying here, and are already looking at dates to return.

What an amazing trip! The beach & water is even more beautiful than the pictures - if thats possible! The house was perfect - very, very clean & comfortable. Beach club was great too. Love having the pool option. Check in / out was super easy. Owners simply delightful to communicate with. They gave us recommendations and helped us change our dates no problem at all. Outdoor furniture & fridge could be updated but thats just a spoiled American talking :). Really one of our families favorite trips!

Enchanting Getaway
What a wonderful time we had at this exceptional property! First of all, Denise and Phil are great hosts (as is Wendy, the property manager). They quickly responded to any questions and were very accommodating, even allowing us to make up a day that we missed because of a flight mishap. The property is accurately advertised, but also has an enchanting quality when there in person. This pretty yellow Bahamian style house feels super spacious and comfortable and the incredible views enjoyed from the master bedroom and veranda make it feel luxurious. It is situated perfectly on a protected stretch of water with some islands in the distance and has ever changing dreamy views of the water throughout. The pool and restaurant within walking distance are convenient. The best part is being just steps away from the water and literally being able to snorkel or kayak right out the back door. Compared to staying in one of the crowded resorts, here it was peaceful and quiet and we often felt like we had the “backyard” water to ourselves. My son and I loved snorkeling around the neighboring docks and coral wall and we had one magical afternoon of spotting three sea turtles that we swam with. It was also fun just floating around in one of the provided floats. Great memories!

Excellent vacation spot
This villa is has a gorgeous back area with the ocean, and full access to it. Close to restaurants, grocery stores and has a beautiful view. The owner, Phil and Denise, are very kind and accommodating. When we need help, they always give their prompt response. We will definitely come back in the future. Hope we can see a king size bed in the master bedroom and two Kayaks in the backyard :).

Amazing property for an overdue get away!
Seacroft Villa was even better than we were expecting. The Villa is absolutely beautiful, bigger than we thought it was going to be and the February Point gated community amenities and staff are incredible.
The communication with Phil and Denise from the time we booked through our stay was fantastic. They were very thoughtful and accommodating, and they provided a great list of things to do, places to go and very helpful tips that helped us plan our trip.
This was our first visit to Great Exuma and renting a car to get out and explore the island in our opinion is a must. We had a great time from one end of the island at Exuma Point beach resort bar and grill to the other end at Santanna’s bar and grill, and some amazing beaches in between.
Couple things we learned during our trip. There are a few grocery stores on the island, we had the best luck finding everything we were looking for at Exuma Market in George Town. Check out the local restaurants, the food is amazing, but check their hours of operation. We missed a couple spots we wanted to try because they closed early, or they weren’t open at all that day.
It is a truly amazing island and Seacroft Villa was the perfect place to stay for our visit.

We just returned from our second 2 week stay in this beautiful vacation home. This Villa offers everything from a gorgeous view, lovely decor and fully equipped kitchen. We love February Point because it is not only a beautiful, safe neighborhood but it is minutes from restaurants, grocery stores and Liquor stores. We feel like this is our home away from home and are so thankful we found it! Phil and Denise are always quick with their responses to any questions we had and checking in is very simple. Do yourself a favor and book this property if you’re lucky enough to find an available date.

Absolutely perfect!
We had the most amazing stay in the seacroft villa. Everything was exactly as advertised and we are already planning our return. Our only regret was not staying longer. My young daughters loved playing on the beach which is directly in front of the villa. The water is crystal clear and shallow- perfect for all ages. In the afternoons, we would hit the pool and the rusty anchor for cocktails and ice cream for the kids. Waking up the the view from the primary bedroom is something we already miss. The location is breathtaking and the house was clean and well appointed. If you were considering booking this villa, do not hesitate for a moment. You won’t regret it.
