Zwembad bar en restaurant gesloten. Zwembad koud en vuil. Algemeen staat hotel niet volwaardig t.o.v. prijs.

Jason at the property was the only helpful person. The manager sucks and is a scammer. This place is a joke no restaurant, no bars as advertised and I over paid. Then, I was told I’d receive a refund for one night for the inconvenience, and I didn’t. The manager, David is a creep! He entered my room where I was staying with my sons girlfriend, who is 20, unannounced and not invited in. He scared both of us!! This will be escalated on the hotel and booking.com
Everything! Except the service we received from jason at the front desk. Read above!

Cool layout fun trendy room
The restaurants weren’t open, one of the tables was sticky and gross feeling and remote control didn’t work. And we arrived at 3 for check in and our room wasn’t ready yet.

The area is a bit sketchy, but I like the security of the hotel. The doors lock after hours and require a keycard to get in. Elevators are also secured, protecting guest floors. This is a hotel you can definitely feel safe in while staying in Downtown St. Louis!
The building is older and definitely shows its age in some areas. However, all guest rooms are fully renovated. The only suggestion I have is to renovate some of the flooring and ceilings.

The staff were wonderful. Helpful and kind. We left the car with the valet parking and they brought the car immediately when we needed it. We recommend this hotel.

The staff at the hotel was amazing, especially with my young daughter. Specifically the man working valet on Saturday morning and the woman working the front desk. We had multiple encounters with them and they were outstanding. The location was perfect for what we needed and the room was great!
The restaurant wasn’t open so room service was unavailable which was disappointing, as well as no breakfast available the following morning.

Deedee and Ashley at the front desk were both very friendly and helpful during my stay at The Last Hotel. Ashley went above and beyond for me to help with a situation that was not connected with my stay with them. I am very grateful.
The room and ensuite bathroom were very big and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I enjoyed the room decor and the coffee from the coffee machine in the room. It was great to stay in a historial building where they have kept the original flooring and ceilings to retain the history of the place. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the Convention Centre and 10-15 minutes from the Metrolink station. Plenty of food options around the area to choose from.
The hotel is on a main road that is well lit, and I had no issues walking around the area. General precautions still advised as it is in downtown St Louis.

Cool old building and the breakfast was decent.
Shocked to find out that this hotel is less than five years old. So much was worn down and needed some TLC. Understaffed, not clean, kind of weird. It’s like a boring Ace Hotel but with no resources.

Only the two young receptionist at the desk
Not a 4 star hotel, awful amenities , dirty and noisy. No manager at the property so if you had any issues you don’t have someone to speak too. Horrible stay there wouldn’t recommend

The Purpose of this stay was for rest and relaxation. Unfortunately due to the more than excessive noice outside we did not get much rest at all. Room was clean and decor was fitting and exceptional but some detail to common areas could use some detail. Dirty front doors had me very skeptical when 1st arriving. Pool had dirt at the bottom. Smell of the lobby was musky as well. An industrial air fresh system needed. Love the theme and preservation of many features of the original shoe factory. I felt good about the security of the keycard needed for elevator access. Staff was nice and accommodating. Front desk clerk was forthcoming , friendly and smiled often. Not a total wash but for the amount of money paid for travel from Atlanta and stay I was bit disappointed. I have been traveling a lot lately and booking more boutique hotels for the exclusive experience. Have also stayed at Hotel St Louis (that was phenomenal) The Last Hotel I would say needs to catch up in this industry for that attention to detail one of a kind experience.

The staff was very friendly and very nice. The texting or calling for anything was a very convenient. I liked that I could easily connect my phone to the WiFi and the tv.
The floors were so. Disgusting. My son would have black feet after walking on the floor for 3 minutes.
The hotel beds are very sunk in..

Nice decor and property
Very dirty: sheets and towels seemingly hadn’t been washed. We found a lot of long hairs in the beds and the back of an earring underneath a pillow. There was a fake eyelash stuck to one of the folded up towels. Generally surprisingly grimy.

The check-in process was easy and quick.
I used to stay at this hotel a lot a few years ago and when it first opened. I’ve been away from St. Louis for about two years now and was excited to return for a friends wedding, and stay here again as it was one of the nicest hotels. Upon arrival so much had changed, not just the area, but the look and feel of the hotel. It wasn’t clean, the staff was just alright and not enthusiastic. My room seemed as though it had been partially cleaned. (Mattress shifted, magazines behind the chair, tears in the curtains) I could tell that not only the downtown area, but the hotel itself had gone down tremendously.
Not to mention, staff gave me the run around all the way up until the last minute regarding early check/in and also had an attitude that I was even asking for early check-in when I was calling earlier in the morning.

The location was great, it was nice to see a restored historical building.
The pool area looked run down. There were missing tiles around the pool filled with water. Our room was not clean. There was a fork on the floor from the previous guest. There was duct tape on one of the sconces, and the light didn’t work. There was hair all over the floor. There were also cobwebs on the ceiling.

The staff was wonderful! They were incredibly helpful in our stay and took the time to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. They also recommended different places for us to try, which was very helpful. We also loved how large the rooms were and the amazing rooftop pool.
There wasn't anything we didn't like.

staying here second time. Very Clean and cozy. Beautiful interior.
Location is kinda weird. At night doesn’t seem safe. Area is dangerous. 3am at night super loud noises from the street wake me up, scary. before parking was 30$, Now is 40$. ITS NOT UPDATED IN BOOKING, they charge 40$ for SAFE PRIVATE PARKING, suggesting to used it by the valet if we dont want something to happen to our cars.

No breakfast was provided. We ordered a pizza at the bar for dinner and it was good. Everything was clean, staff was good, location was perfect at just blocks from the arch, and price of the hotel was good. There is a rooftop area with pool which was very cool!
We had to pay $40 for one night just to have a valet take our car to a secure location. A parking lot for our cars with security would be nice for the hotel to offer and would be a huge savings for their customers!

Centrally located. There is a parking lot across the street from the hotel, it costs $40 a night.
The room could have been nice: the design is pleasing, bed comfortable. However, we were missing towels and toiletries, found an empty shampoo bottle on the floor. The lamps over the beds were not screwed into the wall correctly, were coming out of the plaster.
The staff was, for the most part, not really helpful: when we called from the highway to ask about parking. the woman said that she was new and simply couldnt answer the question.

The rooftop pool has potential.
Parking is a big issue. No private parking except for valet, which is $60 per night.
The mattresses are not comfortable and the bathroom floors flood because the floors are not properly angled to drains. Tiles on roof are loose and dangerous.

I loved my room. Everything in it was clean and fresh. It was well put together. I loved the "lofty" feel of the room as well. My view was AMAZING, I was on the 9th floor and I was so overjoyed at how beautiful my view was. The shower was HUGE and I really liked that. The rooftop pool took the cake, for me. It was so beautiful and unique. Also, although I didn't use the service, but having Valet made the hotel a bit more ritzy and I really liked that as well. I really liked the area it was in. The downtown night life was great. I got to drive around and sight see the area. This hotel is SUPERB. I'm glad I booked this hotel and got the room I had. It was perfect. I would definitely stay here the next time I'm in STL.
There's no microwaves in the rooms.
