Location was good. Clean. Nice fridge. Good AC and heat
I guess I’m spoiled from staying at another much nicer Home2 Suite in OKC. Very plain room. I thought it would have a more complete kitchen, like a toaster or some burners. Nope. Clunky microwave with a bad door. I couldn’t get the internet to work even with help from the front desk. I thought it’d have a tub. I thought I saw a room with one on the internet. King bed with 3 pillows. There were more in the cupboard but they didn’t have pillowcases. EW! Non smoking but someone was smoking on our floor. We could smell it. Plus the price was high for the property. It might have been the weekend and the Cards playing in town. A very small pool. We will shop more carefully next time.

Great location, in a really cute section of town. Great size room with everything you need

The staff was super friendly. The lady at the front desk helped us find a really awesome ice cream location for our family. She also let us know what areas to avoid. The room was clean. The breakfast was nice.
It just needs an update. The room is getting a little dated but it’s clean. My only real complaint was the toilet flash was on top of the tank. My germaphobic brain had a hard time with that.
4.5
The room was spacious, full kitchenette, free shuttle was great! A nice, saltwater pools, that unfortunately, we didn't have time to check out.
The only downside was breakfast. It was good, but a line at the waffle maker, and no biscuits and gravy on the weekend! Only weekdays, major disappointment.
4.5
Good Location, close to several attractions with few restaurants close by. The hotel had decent breakfast food and excellent customer service. Rooms are big and comfy with a full kitchen amenity.
Towels are not so clean, some are old and dingy. Pillows are terrible and go flat. Some of the pillows smell like sweat. Pillow cases look old with yellowish color. The water pressure in the shower was low.

Having a small kitchen.
I prepaid, but the hotel tried to run my card again.

The room was very spacious and had extra amenities! We had a king bed and it was very comfortable!
There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like!

The hotel had a friendly staff. The room was perfect for our travel needs (three grandchildren joined us on this trip). And the breakfast was excellent.
No complaints. Everything was great.

The breakfast was amazing. It was also one of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed in.

I liked that there was plenty of room for five of us in one room
The pool had no filtration system so they had salty water to cover that up. The room said that it was supposed to have a cook top and an oven which it didn't.

Convenient location, secure-ish parking, friendly staff, newer facility
Glass shower doors were off their track (fixed on our own in just a few minutes but hard to imagine they didn’t notice this cleaning); towel had mildew stains, corner of mattress stained, no ‘do not disturb’ sign and then cleaning staff kept knocking in the morning.

Staff were kind and considerate
The 'room divider' curtain was not there. We asked about it and were told that they are updating rooms, they could not put the divider in the room. This was the main reason I booked at this facility. The body wash was empty in the shower.

The location was good.
As soon as we arrived, we noticed the toilet was clogged. It took forever for someone to show up, and even then, my husband had to unclog it. There was no bedding for the pull out. Went to the front desk to ask, and she went to get it to return 7 mins later with nothing. Then said what did you need again??? The breakfast was horrible.

Nothing.
Arrived at 3pm for check in an our room was not ready front desk said to come back in an hour so we left came back and our room still wasn't ready but someone who just showed up had the same room an they got checked in no problem. Also, ten people who showed up around the same time we did were still waiting to check in. The front desk has no clue what they were doing. Then we got overcharged, and last but not least, there was dog poop all over the floor on the 1st floor. For almost $200 a night, we shouldn't have had to deal with anything like that.

The staff were great. The hotel was fully booked and they were working hard but still very polite and attentive.
The bed was very uncomfortable and the pillows were horrible. Neither my wife or I slept well.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Our first three nights were awful. We were in a first floor room that was very worn and beat up. The noise level starting at 6:00 am was exhausting. We could not sleep with the street noise and the work being done (banging) above our room.
The staff finally moved us to the fourth floor to a newly renovated room. However, the room was not the same suite that I paid more money for.

The shower head was clogged, so the water flow from the remaining hole was too strong and painful. The channels on the TV remote control were inoperable.

People were great. Shuttle was awesome
Premade hot breakfast items very poor.
