I love the cleanliness and layout of the apartment as well as the location.
I would have liked a Tv in the bedroom.

Well it was perfect in many cases with all thr amenities.
They don't restock coffee and creamer, doesn’t matter you stay there for a day or weeks. They wont restock tour coffee. You do your own cleaning not trash pickup no room cleaning.

The apartment is very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay - cozy beds, good water pressure in the shower, heated towel racks, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine. We were attending a wedding at the Chase Plaza and this location was perfect.
We were a group of four staying in a two bedroom apartment but there was only one keycard to access the building, which was inconvenient to share. The wifi was also a bit spotty at times.

The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for a two week combined work while visiting with family stay for two weeks. Large king bed, washer and dryer and responsive people actually attend the virtual front desk.
It could use another lamp or two!

We LOVE The Kasa Orian, we've stay there several times. It will always be our first choice!
A second tv in the bedroom on the days we want to take our time getting up, or for watching a late night movie.

Location! Location! Location! Free parking. Great wi-fi connection. Secure building. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. Refrigerator was modern, yet the light only periodically worked.
Appears that the area rug in living room had not been vacuumed nor shaken out nor cleaned underneath. I moved the rug to learn a dance routine and found grit that I swept up. Have photo. A painting had fallen off the wall and leaned against a bedroom wall. Modem was hanging by its cables from a wall in a bedroom closet. Scuff marks and dings on the walls and baseboard were throughout the condo. Some
kitchen cupboards did not have the upper shelf installed yet the pieces were stacked on the bottom shelf. The hardware throughout was installed in a sloppy manner.

The location was perfect. Close Forest Park and having a full kitchen, located above Whole Foods is a plus. Being able to park on the property made life easy as well. The apartment is quiet, clean and it has all the necessities you would need to enjoy your stay. The staff in the building are very nice as well.
Some minor items needed attention. For example, two of the dining chairs were missing a screw and the smoke alarm battery needed replacing. This was reported but it was never taken care of. It was reported online but maybe there was a maintenance number to call and I missed it.

Very spacious apartment. Nice, full-service building. Great neighborhood, with a WholeFoods downstairs. Easy parking in the building.
Suggest having the windows cleaned. The apartment itself was very clean, but the dirty windows blocked light.

I like most of it, but check in was confusing, and how and where to park, the biggest thing was one tv, I was up there with family and we don’t all agree on the same shows. After being out all day together, you want to come home a relax, trying to do that with one tv and a loveseat for a couch was not ideal😔
One tv and a loveseat as a couch! We had to pull sofa bed out so we all could sit down.

The location in the Central West End of St. Louis was ideal for our purposes. We were in St. Louis to tour apartment complexes for our daughter who is planning to attend Wash U Law School in August. We were unaware the Kasa Saint Louis is actually a unit that is part of The Orion Luxury Apartment Complex. We had full use of all of the amenities although we had no time to use them! The 2BR unit we rented was spacious, although could have been more comfortably furnished. All communication was via text and App. When we couldn't locate the trash chute we were directed via text to use the App! Given that we are still in the midst of a pandemic (although we are vaccinated) being located above a Whole Foods was ideal. We picked up groceries and ate in our unit for the four days we were there. The bathrooms and closets are huge. Parking our rental car was easy. I would say the location and size of the unit make it ideal for a working stay or family visiting St. Louis. There is a fully equipped gym, and inside and outside common areas including a game room with a billiards table. Everyone wore masks everywhere we went. There was attention to leaving liquid soap at all of the sinks.
The unit was sparsely furnished. There were two chairs that could have come from Target and one comfortable sofa in the living area. There were four plates, four glasses....for a family of three. We used the dishwasher after every meal and did fine. I also had to buy Kleenex, paper towels and soap for one of the showers - NBD since we were grocery shopping daily anyway. People who live in the units were friendly and helpful.

Nice location and building and near by shops. Very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms.
Living room needs much more comfortable sitting, one small sofa is not enough. Needs tray for draining the dishes after washing in the sink. Kitchen faucet is poor. Sink in smaller bathroom was clogged. Needs more toilet paper, trash bags and dishwasher tablets.
8.0
Love the style, bed, pillows, kitchen appliances, comfy living room, easy parking, convenience of Whole Foods downstairs for food and drink needs.
One roll of toilet paper only, flickering lights in the kitchen, difficult to regulate heating and cooling, poor kitchen sink pressure, dishwasher was slightly broken and did not wash dishes well.
