Well situated and very good price

Great location, nice layout. Very convenient for the slopes and/or downtown trips.
10.0 / 10.0
Easy access to ski lift and city bus.
10.0 / 10.0
The condo is small and basic but who goes to Breckenridge to stay inside? Very close to so many running/hiking/biking trails. Close to downtown. Easy access with the underground parking garage.
There were some signs the condo wasn’t thoroughly cleaned, though. Candy wrappers under the bed, dead flies or bees in the carpet, the pillows didn’t have big enough cases and they were grungy. But overall it was fine for a short stay.

Great location for summer fun
10.0 / 10.0
We have been staying at Riverbend for about 20 years for one week during March. We love the studios as there is plenty of room, excellent galley kitchen, and easy access to Snowflake Lift. This unit has all the amenities for the kitchen with a great convection oven and cookware. The bed was comfy. We liked the location close to the spa. It was great.

Clean. Close to lift and quiet. Perfect stay
2.0 / 10.0
This place has mold in several places in the bathroom. They sent me a text & asked about cleanliness, I sent them all the info. No response. I called the number, very long wait times & no help.
I replied to VRBO messages & no one has replied whatsoever. Dissatisfied.
8.0 / 10.0
Ideally located to ski lifts and ski rental and walking distance to village where you can grab a bite to eat and shop.
The condo itself says it’s for 4 persons but really it fits a couple comfortably, 4 would be tight.
4.0 / 10.0
We didn’t love much. It was a convenient location but the room left a lot to be desired. The window was broken. The tv by the bed did not work. The satellite tv didn’t work either. The beds were terrible. The toilet not being by the shower is just weird.
5.0 / 10.0
We liked how quiet the building was, with a family with two very young children it’s important. The fridge was small but we didn’t use the stove or anything else. The bed was comfortable and creek was nice to listen to. The plumbing was extremely loud from neighboring units. And it was easy to find out unit and easy to get into the building.
5.0 / 10.0
It was a very nice compact condo with everything we needed. We would definitely stay again. Plus heated garage and very close to trails and town.
4.0 / 10.0
I love the proximity to both town and hiking/walking trails. It was super quiet and the decor in the rooms very cozy and comfortable. When I had questions, I texted the vacasa staff and they were very responsive.
3.0 / 10.0
The room was fine but when booking, it was listed at an incredible rate. Then, when checking out, a huge cleaning fee was added on to compensate for the low rate. This seems to be a tactic of many of the room share sites these days and I find it quite misleading.

Great Place, Awful Communication
The communication was absolutely lacking. The host company was completely unreachable both before and during the entire stay.
It also seems a bit silly that place that sleeps 4 only offers one parking pass.

Breckenridge Visit March 22
Company are easy to deal with, helpful when I had questions. Informed me prior to my visit that there was a problem with the heating which was promptly fixed within a day of arriving. However we did not need the heating. Happy to use this company again

Only had one issue
The smart TV in the living room did not have a remote to work with it correctly

Great spot!
Perfect location right next to the Snowflake lift! Great accommodations, close to town, and everything you could want for a stay in Breck! Will be back for sure.

Location is great but that’s its
I’m not one to give bad reviews or complain but this had to be shared.
This property is owned by a corporation who clearly doesn’t care about the QUALITY of this condo/room. The location was the best part as well as the heated garage but that’s about it. The room is dark and dreary and everything is extremely outdated. The rugs are pretty nasty in the hallway and bathrooms. I’m surprised that there are not many reviews about the beds, though. I’m not sure how 4 people would stay there with one queen bed that’s hard as a rock with sand paper sheets and twin size comforter. Same for the pull out couch- you sleep with the bar in the middle of your back b/c the bed is so thin and the sheets and “comforter” are itchy and don’t keep you warm.
The bathroom(s) are just okay- the lighting is not that great and the shower head is awful. The water pressure is so strong that it feels like little needles poking you and it sprays all over where you can’t even wash your face.
Lastly, the kitchen was pretty cramped, no space for groceries but it was convenient for what we needed with our short stay.

Twin sheet/blanket on the double bed
Lack of pillows/lumpy pillows
No extra blankets in the closet.
Same access code for everything. Surely the complex has multiple entry codes, right? I wonder if this unit just reused the building complex entry codes (same code for the doors, garage, indoor hot tub, gym) or if the complex really has 30+ different entry codes assigned for every unit. The odds of a system like that staying up to date seem less likely than the entire complex having the access code to this unit...
Layout is strange with a half bath, and then a tub/sink only. The unit is basically an elongated studio apartment. 4 people would be...snug
No AC and one exterior window, beige walls, dim lights, feels dark and gloomy. The unit warmed up to the low 70s with heat off, which was about the same as outside high temperature. I think it could get hard to sleep in warmer summer weather (a box fan was in the closet so maybe that's enough). It is not a relaxing place to return to. Though the creek hidden in the bushes outside the window does sound nice.
Two humidifiers in the closet, they were much appreciated in the dry mountain air.
Walls are thin. You'll hear the water pipes every time a nearby unit flushes the toilet or runs the shower.
Construction is ongoing right outside this unit. Noise until 7pm some nights. Banging (hammer?) until 9pm another. Plan to step around ladders and extension cords until they finish (looks like a month+ project)
The $150/night was okay, though we have since found nicer options for the same price around town. Not a chance I'd be happy paying 'in season' rates of $700+/night
Outdoor hot tub is closed due to above mentioned construction.
The garage parking was nice. I can see why another review mentioned issues with the parking permit - it's a generic vacasa hang tag with the unit# but not specific to vehicle or dates - we didn't have any issues though.
Access to the snowflake lift can't be beat. The walking trails alongside it are also a nice perk. The free bus system has a stop right outside the complex. 10 minute walk downhill to main St. The location is definitely the main selling point of this unit.
Other reviews have mentioned lack of cleanliness but everything appeared clean to us and we had no issues other than no dishwasher detergent.

PERFECT LOCATION
This spot is the perfect place to come for a quick trip. It was 4 guys so it was a little tight on space but it worked perfect for a last minute trip. Had it been just 2 people I could’ve stayed for a week. Literally 20 steps away and you’re at the snowflake lift and the Breckenridge ski pass and ski and board rental office. Couldn’t beat the price or location.

Great location
This is a great location for skiing. It’s literally just a few feet from the lift in the morning. The underground parking was a huge plus. The place was small, but had everything we needed. It was clean and organized.

Unit #119 - Needs new cleaning crew
What we loved - close to the lift, close to the laundry, ice maker, and hot tubs. Rented our ski gear from Charter Sports at the base of Snowflake lift and they aloud us to leave our skis there at each night. No hauling your skis around. We did have a maintenance issue that Vacasa resolved. Check in/out was a breeze. Short walk to down town so close to the shops.
What we didn't like - This place was filthy! We had to wash any cooking utensil, dish, etc before we used it. The kitchen table had something sticky on it. I took a Clorx wipe to it and the cloth was soiled terribly. All of the tile floors needed to be moped and the rugs looked like they had never been washed.
Since close to the outdoor hot tub, it can get loud as it is right outside your door but closes at 10 so no all night noise. We feel like Vacasa needs to hire a new cleaning crew for this property. We think the only thing they touched from the previous guests was changing the sheets and replacing the towels. Also, if you drive a bigger vehicle (suburban/truck) the parking garage is not made for you. There was only one spot that we could park in order to get our truck of the garage due to the tight turns and small parking spaces.

Not an enjoyable experience
We loved the heated garage and the close proximity to the lift, but that was about all that was enjoyable about this place. Our room was not clean at the 4pm check in time but they were there 5 min prior to our checkout, ready to clean the room. Our access code as well as multiple other families, did not work when we went in for lunch the day after we arrived, and took about an hour and a half to resolve after having to play phone tag with multiple agencies. The dishwasher was broken, as well as one of the window cranks. Each individual problem is not the end of the world; however, multiple insults in a 5 day period is unacceptable.

Fine location!
I wish VRBO would show which listings are from 3rd party renters and which are from actual people. Our rental was through a company called Vacasa, who did a fine job. Had we known we weren’t booking with a person, however, we may have chosen differently. We attempted to extend our stay but couldn’t because of “company policy”. Anytime we needed assistance we had to hold and be connected with someone, as opposed to reaching out directly to a host. The room was great though. Hot tub, steam room and sauna steps away from our door. Secured entry into the garage and complex, within walking distance to downtown Breck. Just right for a couples getaway.

Brief stay
I'm not one to complain and pondered some time before writing this review. The room was quite small for the price, the AC very inconsistent and the room layout not very user friendly. I did enjoy the location an amenities, great parking.

Breck two day trip
Condo was all I needed and location is excellent. 50 foot walk to lift. However a couple of shortcomings. The handle on the shower was broken and comes off so it was difficult to get the temp where you wanted it(this was mentioned in a previous review and was acknowledged that it would be fixed), and the parking pass was not left out so I had to call mgt co and they were very helpfully in helping me locate them in a cabinet above the stove. Overall worked out very well for me.

Beautiful condo steps to the chair.
My buddies and I stayed here for a couple of nights and absolutely loved it. Just a stone's throw up the street from town, and a few steps out the front door and you're at the lift. I was worried that the condo was going to be a little small for 4 guys, but it was perfect! Very cozy and I love the gas fireplace. Would 100% recommend staying here to anyone looking for a great ski in ski out place at a very VERY good price. Will definitely be returning for my next trip to Breck. Thank you for everything!!

Great Place!
It was in walking distance to the SnowFlake Lift (unfortunately we didn't check to make sure the lift was open yet) but atleast the bus run from their to the gondola. The heated garage was awesome feature and the place is well isolated so held the heat in extremely well. We actually opened the windows bc we got hot in the middle of the night and it was in the 30s. :) The mattress in the sofa bed is super wore out and shower knob was extremely loose which made it difficult to get the water to the right temp, but other than that the place was so nice and clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be coming back.
