About this apartment rental
Covid-19 safety: Our cleaners will wear masks and disinfect all high touch areas and fresh linens will be turned over with each rental. Condo works nicely for families with 2 younger children. Loft has a rather low ceiling.
New Hickory floors, kitchen window, blinds, and fireplace makes our condo brighter and cozier.
Studio Condo with loft bedroom is located on 4 O'clock Road. The Snow Flake lift is 200 steps from the front door, and an exit from the 4 O'Clock ski run is 50 feet from the front door. Condo has a lockable ski box and its own heated garage parking.
This is a studio condo, the main level is 370 square feet and the loft bedroom is 140 square feet.
Queen Murphy bed on main floor, and loft bedroom with two twin beds. Full kitchen with everything needed for cooking. Main Street Breckenridge with a variety of restaurants is 2.5 blocks away. Standard bathroom with shower/tub combo. Common laundry room downstairs with three pay washer and dryers.
New 40' flat screen TV, DVD player, Stereo, small movie collection.
Heated community swimming pool with 3 hot tubs five minute walk from condo. Complete changing facilities with lockers at pool area. Winter / Summer hours open until 9 PM. Pool access is closed from late September until opening ski weekend and from closing ski weekend until Memorial Day.
Notes on Snowflake Lift and 4 O'Clock Run:
Snowflake lift is generally open before Thanksgiving Weekend. Early season snowfall amounts dictate when lower 4 O'Clock Run is open down to the condo. In general the skiing down to the snowflake lift is open in early December and down to the condo by mid December.

We had a little issue when we arrived because the condo was not cleaned from the last tenant however the property owner was super responsive and found someone to come clean the place right away. She was so easy to work with and really made everything right. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect and is walking distance to downtown. I highly recommend this condo.

My wife and I stayed for a month in 4 O'clock. We slept in the upper loft area, which is only really high enough to accommodate a Hobbit, but we found it fun and cozy. The kitchen is very well appointed and we really appreciated the spices and sauces and other food supplies that were left behind. The unit is very well appointed in all respects. Furniture is comfortable and so were the beds in the loft (didn't use the Murhpy bed). Great high speed internet (something that others around town were complaining about) and smart TV provided as well. Wonderful location and it is truly only about 200 odd steps to the Snowflake lift (a bit more going uphill, and fewer coming back at the end of the day (downhill). Card for the local hot tub/pool was used frequently and is a very short walk. Heated garage was really nice especially when you head out early in the morning. Very easy driving to Copper, Vail, Beaver Creek, Keystone and Arapahoe Basin from this location. Steps into town to stroll the main drag. Laundry room on site was well appointed and the app based machines were easy to use and kept clean. Also very quiet - this is an end unit so only one neighbour - we never heard a peep. For a long term stay it was a little hard to find drawers etc to put away our things, but these are first world problems at most. All in all a great place to stay!

My kids and I loved the property especially how close it was to the snowflake lift. It had all the essentials you would need and was really comfortable for our annual ski trip. We would definitely stay again.

I took my adult son for some R&R- visiting the area for the first time. We walked to everything.. which was nice. The rental has some steep steps! Great lil kitchen, needed pillows. I finally found some for the Murphy bed. Pool definitely is hard to find. The comfort level of the bed is average. Overall a great experience! I would return for sure.

Our host was extremely helpful and answered all our questions about where to get groceries and areas of interest in the area. The condo was very cozy and was in a great location. Close to the Main Street where all shops and bars were and if was ski season within walking distance to one of the ski lifts. While the garage was small as stated by the host, it was perfect for our Harley and trailer. The condo was very clean and well stocked with all the dishes and appliances needed. The host provided a great welcome book that gave a lot of great information. The check in and check out process was very easy. We would definitely stay there again and love to visit during the winter months.

Our family had a fabulous time! The loft area was a fun kid zone, the walk into town was quick & the lift was close by! Also a big hit was the access to the pool & hot tubs. Our hosts were quick to answer any questions—we’ll be back!

Location was perfect to access the lift and ski back practically to the house at the end of the day. The condo had everything you would need to enjoy the ski week. Perfect location. Nice having heated garage and parking.
Only cons were the pool and hot tub were a 8-10 minute walk away and no fitness center to work out. Also no dryer or washer machine in the actual unit but there is a centralized laundry room for the entire complex very close by that requires quarters

This unit is perfect for skiers. If skiing and location are your priorities, this unit is equipped for your vacation. We were a family with rwo parents and two teens and we had a great stay!
Fully equipped kitchen, one bath, central living space with enough room for yoga. So close to snowflake lift and easy 3 blocks downhill to main street, shopping, restaurants and fun.
Highly recommend this unit, we will be back!
Note: the only reason we gave 4 instead of 5 is the upstairs mattresses were too old(worn out) and the fireplace was not functioning (issue with pilot lite)

The stay overall was great. A clean overall experience and great location for skiing and getting to town. The walk to the Snowflake Lift is short, comparable to walking to a ski resort from the parking lot. To get back to the place, it's practically ski-in, being able to get off the 4 O'Clock Trail literally across the street. You can either walk to town (around .5 miles) or take the free Breckenridge Free Ride bus from the Sundowner bus stop close by.

The location was perfect and the condo itself was a very cute/cozy place! One block from the ski lift/rental shop and a few minutes walk to downtown. The rental place gave us a 30% discount since we stayed on the Retreat. We walked to the lift and snowboarded back all the way! Heated garage was convenient for storing our snowboards. We didn’t use our car at all since everything was so close.
Everything met our expectations and beyond. This is definitely on our future re-renting place for sure. The owner was responsive and thanks for the wine, loved it!
One small complaint, the silverware holder in the drawers were dusty and had to rewash. Overall, loved our stay and it’s a perfect place!

Great location for skiing, walkable distance to the main street! The only suggestion is to provide more details for pool/hot tub location. It was a quest to find the pool. A map pin would help a lot.

There are some pluses and minuses.
POS: heated garage, very short uphill walk to Snowflake chair lift, 10 min walk to Main Street, great shopping and food. NEG: fireplace was not working and that was one of the highlights I was looking forward to, 24 hours to heat to 70 degrees (the heater was either roasting or cold), 2 flights of stairs to enter condo.
Overall I would recommend the condo. It is clean, functional and great location.

This spot hit all the checklist boxes. Kitchen, laundry room less than 100 feet (quarter machine would be awesome…still liked and appreciated). Downtown is less than a mile to the right, and gondolas same distance to the left. We experienced zero hiccups with this rental and will definitely return sometime soon.

The property was excellent and the owner provided very useful information regarding local restaurants and the grocery store. I have stayed on 4 O'Clock Road many times. The condo unit is directly off the 4 O'Clock Road. It is roughly 50 yards to the snowflake lift. Having the heated garage was a nice plus. If you want close access to the snowflake lift and ski in access then this is a nice place for you. The garage has a closet for your ski equipment. The condo has a key to the hot tub and pool for that area. The two hot tubs are very nice and well maintained. If you want very close access to skiing this condo is for you.
They do need to replace the TV in the living room with a smart TV. We were not able to stream anything on the TV in the evening when we wanted to relax. We were only able to watch what Xfinity had available.

The snowflake lift can be a bit of a cluster around 9-10am as there is limited space for lines but if you get there for opening at 8:30 it is fine and then you don't have to use it again until after a late lunch when it is empty.
My boys are both over 6ft and one side of the sleeping loft is pretty low but they manage just fine.
We bring or buy most of our food and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans etc and there is a cupboard with some condiments and oils etc that are probably added to by previous renters.

One of two beds has barely two feet of clearance. No ventilation in loft. Very hot. Stairs to loft difficult for adult to navigate with overhead beams to smash your head into. TV had four remotes but no instructions whatsoever. Murphy bed very small and when down difficult to move about. Entire place very tiny. Garage very narrow. Had to retract mirrors to get car in but still very very tight. Kitchen and bath tiny. Would definitely not recommend this place. Terrible.

The host was very nice, responded quickly, and cared about our stay.
The unit was clean, well stocked, and attractive. Having the heated garage and ski storage was nice. We went down to the garage, closed the door, changed boots in the warm air, then started the short walk to the Snowflake lift. The first day the hike was a challenge due to thinner air. After that we had adjusted enough to feel like the walk was short. 200 steps in ski boots seems accurate.
We never met the owner - just texted. But she was so nice! We would rent the place again in a heartbeat!
The loft upstairs does indeed have a low ceiling. We used the twin beds as a place to lay out our clothes. Kids might like sleeping up there but it seems great for two, perhaps cramped for more.
The fireplace is gas. There was both a Keurig and a Mr Coffee. More pots and pans than we expected for the size of the place.
We recommend this unit!
