This was a wonderful week. The Thunder Beach activities were annoying, but it is what it is.
We contacted management about an AC issue and in no time at all someone was there to fix it. I forget his name, but he was fantastic!
The last day I got injured going to the beach. A tenant sought out help for me. Unfortunately the young man wasn't able to get anyone to answer his calls. No security or ems was able to be contacted.
This won't deter me from booking again, just a heads-up.

My husband and I rented this condo for our anniversary trip. The condo was well appointed as per the description and has a great view of the water with quick beach access. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Family Vacation
The condo itself looked exactly as it did online, it was very clean and well-kept. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The pools were very nice, and we loved the convenience of the little market in the lobby. We had a couple of very minor issues: there were no extra sheets left for the sleeper sofa, which we didn’t realize until bedtime and had to go out to purchase a set ourselves. Also, the mattress on the sleeper sofa was in terrible shape, very worn out and uncomfortable. The air mattress in the unit was missing a pump and didn’t have any way to hold in the air as the cap was missing on the part where it would hook up to a pump. After letting management know, they sent us a set of sheets and an air mattress to use the rest of our stay. They were very helpful and made sure we were taken care of. Excellent customer service! We liked having a washer and dryer in our unit-the dryer is super loud and squeaks, but gets the job done. The building is by a public beach entrance so the beach gets pretty crowded, which is the only reason we probably wouldn’t choose to return to Majestic Beach, we like a more private/quiet area, but the kids had a blast and overall it was a great trip!

Loved my stay at this Condo. It's just as pictured. Great views from balcony. Located across from elevator. Could definitely fit a family with more than 2 small children with the King sz master, pull out sofa and room for a twin air mattress or pallet on the floor.

10 year anniversary trip
We stayed in PCB on our honeymoon 10 years ago. That place has changed and was ridiculously priced but we still wanted to be nostalgic and head back just the 2 of us. Found this condo online sort of last minute and the price effectiveness really caught our eye (especially since we just were going for the weekend.) I do feel like the photos eluded to being able to see the beach from the bedroom and that is not the case but otherwise accurately depicted. Cleanliness was more than acceptable living room was nice and back porch is typical. We had no issues our entire stay and we’re very pleased. We will look for this same listing in the future. Of course the resort it’s at (Majestic) is amazing as well.

Perfect for a getaway!
This place was perfect for my boyfriend and I. Everything was clean and in place, the owners were helpful and super accommodating because we drove 14 hours and couldn’t check in the night we got there. The balcony has an incredible view and the resorts has plenty of amenities. Also within great distance to many fun activities! Only issue we had was with the dryer, it did not dry anything well and it left our clothes and towels damp. We ended up just setting them out to dry so no biggie. We will definitely be back!

Average experience
Generally well located on 16th floor. Fairly close to elevators and therefore some people traffic noise. 65 inch TV with Roku. Netflix and Disney+ was great. Sofas fairly uncomfortable after sitting in them for a while. Property itself is fairly aged with some updates. We noticed cabinet doors with serious wear (outer layers coming off) and ripped fabric on chairs. There was also a lot of dust on air vents and ceiling fans. The unit has old appliances. The dryer took forever to dry a load of laundry.
Extremely poor lighting in livingroom, above the stove, over the kitchen island. Kitchen poorly stocked compared to other condos we've rented in the past. Lacking cooking pots (only one available). No dish detergent, no salt/pepper, only 2 rolls toilet tissue, only one dish towel and dishrag (we were doing laundry about every day) . Our stay was okay but we will not rent this condo again.

August 2020 Stay
It was ok in all. I am not a fan of the long walk to the room. With the garage across front beach it's a good 5 minutes to the room, and a good 4-5 minutes to the beach. I could've stayed across the street somewhere got to my room faster, and to the beach just as quick. Not a fan of security or staff here, staff just ignores you, literally, it's annoying. Security shined their flashlight in my eyes, all I was doing was shining mine down on to the beach, not at anyone, not at rooms, nothing just playing with the light. had I been holding my 6 month old I would've come unglued. That's just rude and lazy walk up here and knock, ask politely, remember your main responsibilities and be polite.

We had a wonderful time on this beach vacation! I can assure you it was because we’ve booked through VRBO/book that condo. But that condo was incredibly helpful with sending me information pre-arrival and post departure. They were also there the day of check-in to replace lightbulbs and ensure that we had everything we needed. The condo itself was beautiful and just as advertised. I say this because my sister also booked at the Majestic, however she booked at the hotel itself. Her experience was less than satisfactory. Her room was old, the bed frame was broken, With a series of issues from booking it, to check out. I will absolutely be using VRBO/book that condo again in the future!! As far as the property, the water hose to rinse off after coming up from the beach rarely worked in the afternoons. There were three different stations and we had trouble each day finding one that actually worked to rinse the sand off our feet. As far as the majestic property staff, they were not helpful at all. The day of check-in we arrived at 3:30pm. While I had not gotten notification of our room being ready yet, I inquired at the front desk if we would be able to access the beach since we were staying there. With COVID-19, they were stating that room openings may be delayed due to you needing extended time to clean. The front desk staff were incredibly rude, stating that due to us booking the room through book that condo, that was our fault. They were not helpful at all. Also, when trying to locate the luggage cart, no one ever mentioned that you have to provide your drivers license or that you have to actually walk across the bridge to the third-floor and check one out with the security guard at the parking deck across the street. So many things that the front desk staff could have helped with, especially being a single mom with two kids trying to facilitate check in and check out process.
