The condo was perfect for the four of us, and would have been comfortable for two couples with children.
Joanne was very responsive and accommodating.
We were traveling with our adult children and had a lovely time. The views are stunning, hikes were great, and local restaurants were plentiful.

Everything was just as advertised so the good times began just as soon as we entered the condo! I was grateful to see the clean and well maintained condo in person that matched the photos and descriptions from online. We arrived in the evening so waking up in the morning to enjoy watching the sun’s light descend from the summit of Mt Washington down to the valleys below was more gratifying than any photo could adequately capture!
Conveniently located to multiple ski resorts, short enough drive to Crawford Notch or Pinkham Notch, and short commute to all that North Conway has to offer.
Also, plenty of snow fell during our stay and the neighborhood roads and parking were plowed and maintained more than adequately.

Enjoyed a beautiful autumn weekend here with our twenty something kids and felt right at home. It’s a treat to wake up to views of the mountains.
Joanne was extremely hospitable and helpful with hiking and restaurant suggestions. Although we were out except for breakfast and after dinner, the kitchen was well stocked with spices and other little items one might need. We were very pleased with our stay.

Best Rental in N. Conway
For anyone looking to rent in the North Conway area this is for you. I have rented in North Conway for over 20 years now and in that time have tried many areas none of which come close to staying on Christmas mountain at this particular condo. Every morning I spent my quiet time looking at the peaks of Mount Washington & the Mount Washington weather station along with the additional vistas of Attitash mountain. Not many rentals can you view the trails of one mountain on one side & the peaks of the highest mountains on the East Coast on the other. It is located absolutely perfect between everything we like from restaurants and shops to assorted mountain access. The condo was cozy and spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. I spoke with the owner before I left and before departing home to which she has one of those nicest and most generous property owners I’ve ever dealt with. This is a must stay to maximize your vacation experience!

This condo is in a perfect location for visiting Santa’s village and Storyland. It is comfortable for the family, very clean and well equipped.

Beautiful Views - Convenient to Skiing
It’s great to be able to stare at Mt Washington after a hard day of skiing. There is a clubhouse with an indoor pool as well. Plenty of sleeping options for the family. It is a good place to ski at either Attitash or Wildcat.

Relaxing getaway
We really enjoyed our stay, beds so comfortable, the pool and outdoor hot tub were clean and we were impressed with the Covid procedures at the clubhouse. Will be back for sure. The owner Joanne was so wonderful to talk with and accommodating. Great experience.

Perfect location, amazing views right from the living room
Joanne was so accommodating!!!! She let us check in early and check out late. The place was in great shape. Lots of room but yet cozy. Instructions to check in and out very easy. Close to so many different things. The view of the mountains right from the living room were stunning. We were also able to book private hot tub sessions at the club house down the road. We went for our anniversary and could not be happier. Would recommend to anyone looking for a lovely mountain getaway.

Owner Cancelled on us
So less than 24hrs before we were to depart to go to this destination, the owner canceled on us. Stating she overbooked by accident. She then stated that she would help us try to find another place by checking with neighbors with similar units. She texted us that no one had anything available but would look online for us, let us know what she finds and would issue us a full refund and 2 nights free at this same location. After this text, she went silent. Absolutely no further follow-up and no refund. 4 days later we inquired about our refund and she complied that day. Needless to say, we lost money because, after our booking confirmation, we scheduled the trip, the house sitter and pet sitter. NOTE: Most VRBO places won't allow you to book something else when you are trying to find something in less than 24hrs. We had to change our plans entirely! This was a horrible experience and caused lost funds, as well as a LOT of stress and anxiety. I DO NOT recommend this owner at all. We don't want the 2 free nights she offered for fear that if she can't keep her rental calendar straight and keep it updated on VRBO, then how can we trust it won't happen again.

Great winter vacation
We were a group of 6. Two children and 4 adults. Plenty of room for all. We also have a family of five across from us in another condo which was so fun. The view is incredible - doesn’t get old. Fun was had by all!

Great long weekend stay
Great location and beautiful views, the colors were amazing! Nice condo which had everything we needed for our stay. We were a party of 6 adults and the condo has lots of room and only negative is that it's a bit outdated. We didn't spend a whole lot of time in condo since the weather was perfect and we were out exploring.

Great location with even better view
Incredible views with a perfect location. Just up the road from Storyland and a few minutes from North Conway. We had 4 adults and two small children and there was plenty of room to spare. Comfortable beds and everything needed for a east and enjoyable stay. Hope to be able to use the club house if we get to visit again!

Perfect Winter Stay
We enjoyed a 3-night stay at Joanne's beautiful property with my wife and 4 teenagers. Plenty of space to sprawl. Very large open living room looking right out to Mt Washington. Huge comfortable sectional ideal for post-skiing nap or morning coffee and an book. 2 downstairs bedroom with plenty of space. The loft had tons of extra space and additional beds. Nice kitchen space with all the requirements. Joanne was very responsive when we had basic questions about the area. The kids loved the rec center and pool.

Great spot in the White Mountains!
We stayed here for Christmas with the family and loved the location and view of Mt. Washington. The vaulted ceilings gave the property a nice spacious/airy feel and the owners have put a really fantastic guide for all of the great spots to check out in the area. Additionally, the home is very kid-friendly and there are lots of things to keep the little ones busy. The only (very minor) drawback is that the kitchen is a bit tiny and has outdated things like cutlery / utensils.

A great summer weekend stay: large, comfortable, and great clubhouse access
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back again next time we are in the area. Love the very large living area with vaulted ceiling in the great room and built-in dining area. AC up in the very large loft area kept that cool, and open windows in the evening on the main level cooled it down at night and closed windows kept it cool enough through the next day. TV/Cable system is a bit quirky but large HDTV was great to watch the Pats game on, and WiFi was excellent. Access to the clubhouse indoor/outdoor pool, ping pong, game room, and boccie court is a great perk (free access for 6 guests). Unit was clean and well furnished. We didn't cook much but the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc and full size dryer was handy for swimming gear and towels.. Great location close to great dining, hiking, swimming, etc.

Excellent location
Nice quiet location close to area attractions and restaurants. Condo is spacious with lots of room. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is the front windows didn’t have any screens. It was an extremely hot weekend. We didn’t want the Unit full with bugs so we didn’t open them. Otherwise everything was fine.

Beautiful View
Our family has stayed at several properties on Christmas Mountain over the years. This particular condo is a second floor unit with a beautiful view. It was tastefully decorated with plenty of room. During our stay we encountered a few quirky issues that Joanne was quick to reply to. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect family get a way in the White Mountains
Condo was large and comfortable. Plenty of space for three generations of family - 3 kids and 3 adults. Well equipped with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and view and location wonderful. The kids enjoyed the pools and game room and I liked being able to watch them from the comfort of the glassed in area above the pool. The resort and condo are a little dated and there were a few minor cosmetic issues (for example, the screen door was off the tracks), but nothing that detracted from our stay. Owners were helpful and communication was fine. We highly recommend renting from them.

Very dated. Not very clean. Linens supplied but the master bedroom sheets were threadbare
Some things actually appeared dangerous. The microwave door was broken and taped together with duct tape. The light switches in the bathroom were at least a 1/2 inch away from the wall.

Beautiful mountain view!
Everything was clean and exactly as described. It was so relaxing to sit on the deck and enjoy the mountains. We were close to everything the White Mountains area had to offer. The kids are already asking to go back.

Great Condo - Awesome views
3rd year staying here and never disappointed. The views from the deck are just incredible and worth the trip alone. Plenty of room for my family of 5 - kids loved the loft area, leaving us the master bedroom and another to spare for those that need space. Proximity to all area amenities is a giant plus - Wildcat, Attitash, Cranmore, multiple trails, waterfalls, rivers , Echo lake, Saco - not to mention all the restaurants and North Conway center. I've said it all before and will again - recommend this place without hesitation.

My family of four and my parents rented this property for our Thanksgiving weekend. We had a great time. The chalet was very spacious and had plenty of room for all of us. The view of Mount Washington was amazing, defiantly one of my favorite things about this place. It has a very cozy feel with the gas burning fire place, it's just like being a friends house. Overall everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything you needed which was great for cooking Thanksgiving dinner. I had also chose here because of the pool access, however it didn't open til noon time and morning seemed to be our only time to go. We were a little disappointed that we didn't make it over there. The location is just two min from StoryLand and about 10 min from downtown N.Conway, so location was perfect. We would rent again for sure!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo which is ideally situated for a number of key attractions in the area and which possesses an unmatched view of the surrounding valley and glorious foliage.
Our family of four adults and one toddler enjoyed the spacious, clean and well equipped condo (the dining nook was very popular) and which was only five minutes from Storyland and many restaurants. The owners thoughtfully provided a range of information for the area in the condo and sent a detailed package prior to the trip which was extremely helpful.
We would definitely highly recommend this condo and superb owner Joanne, and very much to hope to stay there again in the near future.

Our family along with another family and our 2 toddlers spent the weekend at this Chalet while visiting Storyland. It was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed. Super convenient to Storyland! The owner was extremely responsive and even offered suggestions of things to do/places to see with toddlers. The house was very clean and had all necessary amenities provided. Would definitely rent this property again!

Our family (including our 3 children) stayed here for a week. The condo was extremely comfortable, spacious, very clean and fully-equipped. The views of Mt. Washington are absolutely amazing! The location can't be beat - next door to Storyland and convenient to North Conway, hiking and more. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. Although we've vacationed in North Conway before, Joanne provided us with some really helpful information about area activities (and her such suggestions were right on the mark every time!) and she is easy to reach should you have a question. We will absolutely be staying here again!

Rented condo with my husband and two adult children...The owner, Joanne sends a whole packet of information which answered any question you might have regarding the property and was easily reachable if anything had occurred....we really enjoyed our stay....house was very comfortable and warm...it was one of the cleanest properties we have rented. We stayed in the condo during the week...only people in our section...place was extremely quiet and the views of mountain were breath taking. The bedrooms were spacious...plenty of room for three couples ot a few families. I would highly recommend this property and can't say enough about how friendly and helpful Joanne was!
