5 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathroom Tuscan Inspired Villa. Spacious open floor plan. Master on main with luxurious King size bed and sumptuous bedding. The master bath features a vintage style claw foot tub to spoil you, separate shower, plus double sinks with granite countertop. Large gourmet kitchen with Kitchen Aid commercial style appliances, separate island with breakfast bar, refrigerator with ice maker, separate wine/beverage fridge, plus Butler's pantry. Kitchen is open to the dining area and adjoining Great Room which features solid wood beams on ceiling. Great room is perfect place to relax in front of the wood burning fireplace or premium 55' flat screen TV. The quaint day bedroom just off the family room on the main floor sleeps two. Additional features include a covered veranda with tongue and groove ceiling, large courtyard and gas fireplace and a screened in veranda on the terrace level. Additionally, there are two bedrooms with King size beds with ensuite bathrooms, a third bedroom with Queen size bed (which shares the bathroom and access with a king ensuite, or can access via screened in patio), and a large laundry room with two sets of washers and dryers. Private, wooded lot yet walking distance to vineyard and only half mile from Le Vigne Restaurant and Winery.

The property is beautiful and just as pictured. The location to Montaluce Winery is hard to beat, and the house has everything you need for a home away from home—stocked kitchen, coffee pods, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating and hang out areas that allow large groups like ours to spread out or hang out all together. We also enjoyed the refreshing pool on the Montaluce property. The host was very communicative and made the check-in and check-out very easy and straight forward and also answered any questions we had during our stay. Can’t recommend Villa Olivetti enough!

Monteluce is an absolutely stunning property for a wedding, and we loved our weekend in the mountains. Villa Oliveti is a lovely home, very comfortable. Very relaxing location. The only surprise we had were the bedrooms... One of the bedrooms is really a room off the family room with a day bed. Another of the bedroom's only access was to pass through a separate bedroom. Probably better for a children's room. We made it work and enjoyed the weekend!

Our family stayed at Tonya's villa for the weekend of our daughters wedding at Montaluce Winery. It was a perfect location, very private, and had plenty of space and enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own bed. The beds were comfortable, and we loved the porches and outdoor area. We did not have time to build a fire in the outdoor fireplace, but would have loved to sit out there and enjoy the space if we had more time! It is also not too far of a drive from the town square of Dahlonega. It is a beautiful house!! We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Tonya for letting us stay in your gorgeous villa!

We stayed at this property for our wedding at Monteluce Winery. The property is amazing and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and I'd highly recommend anyone having a wedding at Monteluce to use this property, it's super convenient.

My niece was married on the property of Monteluce Winery in Dahlonega,Georgia recently and we had the wonderful experience of staying right on property at a most beautiful villa called Olivetti. The owners/hosts were fantastic. They have created an exceptional home for anyone wishing to have a more intimate experience of beauty and comfort while visiting Monteluce or Dahlonega. One truly feels as if they are in Italy instead of Georgia.

Accommodations were even better the fabulous pictures that were represented by the owners. Never have I and especially my spouse (!) been so impressed with all the details to stocking the house (beautiful!) from towels to serving utensils. Plenty to do around the winery for the weekend and a great patio for all to relax! 5-Stars +

My family celebrated the Christmas holidays including my mom’s 80th birthday at Mitch & Tonya’s beautiful villa. Not only is the setting unique and breathtaking, but the home is absolutely gorgeous with attention given to the smallest of details. The hosts have anticipated your every need with every item you could possibly want within the beautifully equipped gourmet kitchen and throughout the home. There was ample room for our party of six and space for family gatherings as well as alone time. The beds are amazingly comfortable which made it easy to oversleep some days. There was a generous supply of firewood to keep us warm on the chilly nights. We even partook of the outdoor fireplace for some smores. This is more than a rental property; it is truly a home. Mitch and Tonya have put their heart and soul into creating a beautiful, warm, and inviting space for individuals and families to spend time together. We had a difficult time leaving the property as we fell in love with every aspect of it. We hope to return one day and experience its magnificence once again. And communication with our hosts was absolutely top notch. The best of the best. If Dahlonega is on your list of places to visit, you must stay at Villa Oliveti – and you too will fall in love with it as we did.

This was a beautiful home with plenty of room. Very clean and had all you need to use in kitchen. Only thing noticed was the front main bedroom heat didn’t come out all of vents. Room was a little cooler.

Seven family members stayed here for two nights for our son's wedding which was held at Montaluce. Location was perfect. Villa was spacious and very comfortable for the group. Tonya provided great info about local restaurants and was responsive to any requests.
