Our completely remodeled Condo A11 boasts all new living room, dining room, bedroom furniture & window coverings. Our Mitsubishi A/C in the main living area keeps the entire condo cool for your comfort. Ceiling fans provide air movement as well. This condo is priced for 2 persons - we'll add $42/pp/night for each additional guest over 2, up to 4 guests total. A child under the age of two at the time of arrival will count towards the total number of guests allowed, however the extra fee will not be charged for the child.
Our well-appointed KITCHEN has stainless steel appliances & granite countertops. Preparing meals at home is a great option after long days exploring the island or relaxing on our unbeatable sandy beach. You'll find oils & spices in the cabinets. Stocked with dishwasher tablets, dish soap, hand soap, a new sponge, trash can liners & paper towels to start your stay off right. We suggest bringing laundry pods/dryer sheets from home.
The bathroom features a glass wall, walk-in shower & grab bar. We'll have three rolls of toilet paper & two bars of hand soap to get you started. Your favorite hair & bath products can be purchased on island or brought with you. Hairdryer provided.
You'll have quiet, tranquil nights sleeping on our new KING mattress & quality sheets. Room darkening window coverings ensure you'll be able to sleep in if needed.
Need to unwind? You'll love the ocean view from your private lanai after you've spent the day in the sun.

Our vacation rental was a 1 bed/ 1 bath with a pullout. It was a very cute little place. We did have 4 people in ours, 2 adults and 2, 16 year old girls. It was a little cramped but we made it work fine. The location was perfect! Waking up everyday to have coffee on the beach was just what we needed. The area is safe enough that we felt comfortable letting our teenage daughters go off and explore on their own. The kitchen was fully equipped with what we needed to make our stay feel like we were still at home.

Beautiful location on Sugar beach, walk off your back patio and you are on the beach! Nice amenities, close to town and night life. Great facilities but you cannot get extra towels and will have to wash those provided. Otherwise, great little vacation spot!

Before staying at Kihei Sands we had stayed in the Kaanapali Resort six or seven times. We would never stay anywhere other than Kihei Sands because the facilities are well maintained the service superb and it just feels like your home in the tropics. Kihei Sands is a great value in many respects. It is closer to the airport, shopping and dining that the Kaanapali Resort area. The vibe is so much more relaxed in the Kihei area.

I stayed for 3 days in condo A11. It was clean and had an overall nice setup but there were a ton of gnats and tiny bugs everywhere! If we brought in any food they would get on it! Overall I loved my stay but definitely could've done without the bugs everywhere

We've tried other places, but kept coming back here. We won't be spending our money anywhere else in the future. The beach is quiet, the pool is crystal clear, the grounds are beautiful. If we forget something for the beach, we need only go a few steps back to the condo to get it. The property is the perfect jumping-off spot for exploring the island. The oceanfront grills and patio make it the perfect spot to connect with our extended family, and to make new friends. Staff is always welcoming and informative. We'll be back again and again!

Our stay at Kihei Sands couldn't have been better! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Right on the beach, clean pool, and beautiful well kept grounds. The inside of the condo was perfect. I would be content living there! Oh yes, the lanai was my spot for morning coffee, evening wine and a good book. I can't say enough good for the Kihei Sands Condos. My stay was great, with the exception of the last day. We got caught in the "Kona low" storm that hit Kihei. It was an experience like no other! I will say that Patrick (who works for Kihei Sands) was FANTASTIC. Throughout my stay, if I had any problems or questions, he was available. During the storm, he made sure that all guests were OK, and he stayed through the entire night to help those (like me) whose units flooded during the storm. He deserves a huge amount of praise!

Clean and Comfortable
My husband and I loved our stay at Kihei Sands. This was our first visit to Maui and we were very happy with the decision to stay in Kihei rather than the resorts of West Maui. We were centrally located to all of the things we wanted to do. Great restraunts and shopping near by. The condo itself was clean and comfortable plenty of room for the 2 us about 50 steps to the sand! The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor grilling space was great place to cook out and socialize with other guests. The only thing we missed was a hot tub and in-room laundry. The coin operated laundry was a little expensive and the hours of operation were not convenient for our schedule, with that being we would absolutely stay here again. Overall it's a great place with a quaint relaxed vibe which we like over a big busy resort.

Quiet location
Enjoyed our stay. Unit on small side but adequate for small amount of time we spent in it. Stayed on ground floor which was convenient but disturbed very early by people in upstairs unit . Poor sound barriers between floors !
