Super view of the bridge from the window and very little noise from the street on 5th floor. Room was well designed and spacious. Nice to have comfy seating in lounge area and TV could be watched in lounge or bed. Plenty of sockets for using electric items. All staff on reception were excellent - always friendly and very helpful. We used the station to go to Fenway Park and Salem during our stay and this was only a very short walk away.
My receipt stated that breakfast was included in the room rate, however since I had booked the room some weeks ago, I had forgotten this. We therefore didn’t have breakfast during our 3 night stay. Perhaps we could have been told our room included breakfast on check in?

Esta muy bien ubicado, el lugar es muy limpio y acogedor. Volveria de nuevo.
No ofrecen desayuno en los planes, esto es un valor aparte.

Front concierge went above and beyond to accommodate us and my issues with elevators (severe claustrophobia) . Escorted me on the stairs to my room while my family used the elevator. Moved our room to a lower room without asking, super appreciated. Room service was excellent, valet parking a park and the location was superb!
Everything was great.

I did not hit the highest rating on this survey just to do it, they are legitimate high scores and reviews. I was fully satisfied with my stay. Looking forward to coming back with Courtyard’s exceptionally fitting price ranges.

Location was across the street from TD Garden, where we were going to for an event. Check in was easy, staff were friendly, and the valet parking was very convenient. Entire place was clean.
WiFi wasn’t the best.

Can't beat the location. We drove to Boston, left our vehicle with the valet and walked to TD Garden, Quincy Market, the New England Aquarium and Museum of Science. When we were checking out, the valet was prompt and very helpful.
The price is high, but you're paying for the convenience of being near everything! Though the hotel is updated and was very clean, the tub in our room was damaged. It functioned, but was staining where there were cracks and breaks in a few places. The shower pressure was fantastic, and the damage didn't impede with our ability to use it.

This property is clean, comfortable and close to the TD Garden. Valet parking is also great.
Television in the room stated that there is in-room dining but when we called for breakfast, we were told they do not provide that service.

Perfect location for anything going on at The Garden! Extremely clean and well kept.
There wasn’t anything I didn’t like about the property.

The location opposite North Station was very convenient. We arrived on the train from NH and just crossed the road to the hotel. We were able to leave our bags when we checked out in the morning and pick them up just before we got on the train. Large bathroom, spacious bedroom and comfortable bed.

Location
No room service, no housekeeping and when we had some on the fourth day they made the beds with our dirty sheets and never vacuumed. No full service restaurant, (1piece of toast, 1egg and a tablespoon of avocado cost us $14. Obscene)skyline view as promised instead view of a dirty roof. Room smelled like cigarettes and at night smelled like sewer,
Advertised luxury, we got motel 6 for $600 per might. We had no ability to leave. The room was surprisingly small. We had to make the sofa bed ourselves and we had to ask for bedding. Room was old, musty, worn and dirty carpet. Tv had very little due to fighting over cost with provider. Ran out if toilet paper. No amenities. Bare bones Motel $600. We were in from Calif. No ability to move to another hotel. Too hard for 75 year olds. A nice hotel is a huge part of vacation enjoyment since we stay in more than younger people might. Advertisements were convincing. Skyline view, upscale, 24 hr room service etc. Had I been told the truthI never would have booked there.

Staff was great. Subway/amtrak was across the street. Walkable to main sights. Near little Italy. Free subway from airport. We also took train to Salem for Halloween.
Everything was great. Really enjoyed the great shower and hot cider in lobby. We didn’t have a view but that’s ok.

Posizione vicino alla North Station ed al TD Garden, numerosi locali nei dintorni e comunque solo a 15 min a piedi dal centro
Temperatura aria condizionata troppo bassa

Looking for walkability to the North End and Quincy Market. This could not have been more perfect for both. Five minutes to North End and 11 minutes to Quincy Market. Perfect!
Nothing. Would choose this hotel again.

We had a wonderful stay! From start to finish, the staff at this hotel really made this place shine. Our room was lovely, comfortable and quiet but it was the friendly valet parking attendants who greeted us & the outstanding Tony who checked us in at the front desk that made us the most happy. Breakfast in the lobby was delicious, fast and served with many smiles. Such a pleasant surprise!

Checking in was ok. I had two rooms booked and had to check in separately. The front desk person was not friendly and seemed annoyed by us.
