The hotel is in a perfect location. We walked all over the North End. We walked to Quincy Market and walked to TD Garden to catch a game. We never once needed an Uber. The hotel itself was very nice. We spent time at the bar too, which was fun. The room was perfect, no major issues. They have the nespresso coffee makers with pods, and the bathroom had a shower and a separate soaking tub. Our only complaint was that the shower heads seemed old and should probably be replaced.

I’ve never been to a hotel where there are guest rooms on the first floor. I walked in to the hotel around 12:15 and saw no one at the front desk. Very interesting and not to secure to be quite honest. Anyone can just walk right in the doors. There are better places in Boston to stay for the price. You also have to check in at the main building and head over to your assigned building. That’s great especially when it’s windy and freezing.

This was a great place to stay for my trip to Boston. It was conveniently located close to all of the Freedom Trail sites. The room was huge and everything about it was great.

Nice location and spacious room, particularly the bathroom, but showing it's age. Some fixtures and wall paper falling apart. Good location to access the North End and staff was helpful but for the price I'd expect a 5 star facility and service.

We were very pleasantly surprised. Location is super. It’s a nice, safe part of the city. I walked all around the area with my young child in tow. Felt very safe. Hotel staff was exceptionally pleasant. Valets were super helpful. Beds were comfortable. Didn’t try the restaurant, as there were walkable options nearby.

Decent hotel in a great location. Valet and parking staff were great. Front desk staff was a bit less so. Seems like some simple requests were hard to fulfill. Cancelled last night to stay elsewhere. The hotel and spa are separate entities so not quite sure why there are resort fees but they do offer spa discounts. Based on the website, felt like those two entities were in the same building/accessible and not separate experiences. FYI parking is 55/night. Room was ok but dark. Not a lot of light and felt a bit dated. Other than the great location, wouldn’t stay there again.
