About this apartment rental

Ocean front 2 bedroom 2 bath condo at King and Prince Resort on Saint Simons Island. Includes resort amenities. Full kitchen with new appliances. Living area and master bed room both open on to balcony overlooking beach. Master bedroom with a king size bed, dressing area and full bath. The second bedroom has a bunk with a full bottom and twin top with an additional twin in the room. There is a second full bath. Living/dining area has a fireplace. This 4th floor condo (yes there is an elevator) offers mesmerizing views of ocean and beach. Resort amenities include Golf, spa, tennis, pool complex, restaurants and even room service if desired. The condo complex has its own pool that is usually quieter and more private. It includes pool, hot tub and grill. You are welcome to enjoy the resort pools and beachside deck as well. This unit comes with it's own covered parking space. The resort is surrounded by countless recreational activities, historic sites, shopping, and attractions that offer something for everyone in your group. Enjoy the day at the beach, on the water, or visiting the historic St. Simons Island Lighthouse, Christ Church, and Fort Frederica. After taking advantage of the abundance of outdoor activities, explore the Island’s numerous unique shops and art galleries.

What We are Doing to Keep Our Guests Safe
While providing a clean vacation rental home has always been extremely important to us Blue Heron Guest Homes wants you to be aware of the additional measures we are taking to protect our guests

Amenities provided
As usual we will provide each home/condo with soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent and dish washing liquid. As well as laundry detergent. Paper towels and bathroom tissue will also be provided. If your stay is longer than a week the above items will be on hand to get you started until you can pick up your own preferred products.

The kitchen and bathrooms are always a high cleaning priority. After each is cleaned there will be an additional wiping down of hard surfaces with a bleach solution.

Linens are laundered using the highest water temperature possible. Bed coverings will be regularly cleaned and thicker/heavier bedding will be replaced with items that are easier to launder.
Remote controls and electronics
electronic equipment will also be cleaned. Remote controls will be wrapped in plastic wrap after each cleaning.
Housekeeping
Our cleaner/housekeeper will not be charging more but will require additional time during the turnovers. This makes it imperative that our guests check out on time and wait until 3pm before checking in. As always if a home is ready earlier than 3pm we will let you know.

We enjoyed are stay. We had a few issues in the condo, but Ms. Janice was very attentive to getting them corrected in a timely manner and making it right if their was a hiccup. I look forward to booking with her in the future.

Great condo, stayed with my husband and 2 kids (3 years old and 10 months old). Perfect to be so close to beach and also the King and Prince pools, which is where we mostly spent our time.

We had an amazing stay here! We loved being right on the beach and having direct access to the water. The unit is clean and friendly looking. Check in was very easy. Lots of places to go eat, and several places were within walking distance. It was a great location to celebrate our mother’s 80th Birthday! Will come back again!!

The most convenient unit, with the best view, in the best building on the island. Impossible to beat for a family looking to be convenient to the beach and resort pool. Jan was fantastic as well.

Condo fit us perfectly It needs new glass in some of the windows because the seal between the 2 layers has failed Property is under a large scale renovation, we had several days we could not us the deck because they were power sanding and then painting. It was also disturbingly noisy when they were at it. Maybe a different time would be better but not having been informed is inexcusable. We could have changed our dates.

Great LDW family trip to the King and Prince! This condo and resort is great for families. My family enjoyed the three pools, The Cottage (ice cream), long walks on the beach and the condo view. Would recommend to others.

Great space, great resort, great location. This was a perfect fit for our girls trip! We loved the space, so roomy & open and the location was ideal. Just needs a fresh coat of paint but it looks like that might be in process. Communication with the property manager was also appreciated.

This condo is fantastic. It has the views and the convenience of the beach or the pools or hot tub. The place was clean and very comfortable. We had the best time just staying on the property or driving into the Pier area for some shopping or viewing history! We just loved this place.

The condo is really nice. Perfectly decorated and welcoming. Perfect location, great views. Beach is gorgeous. Easy, quick access to the beach. Major perk is having access to the resort amenities and restaurant. Food and drinks were amazing and we never had to leave the property. Fantastic communication. It was perfect for a girls beach weekend get away.

Needs ceiling fans in room. Regardless of how low air is it’s still hot. Master bed needs new mattress terribly. We both kept awful back/neck issues all week, to the point we both needed adjustments upon leaving. Stains on wall behind couch. Furniture messed up on patio, and towel rack barely hanging in wall.

We loved the condo at King and Prince resort. We had our two grandsons our daughter and son-in-law with us and we all had a super fun vacation!! The owner of the condo is so so nice and very helpful with everything. Thank you and we will be back hopefully sooner than later!!!l
