Renovated 3 bed/3 bath contemporary condo, with incredible views from every window. Unit-wide terrace overlooking peaceful and private Cowpet Bay, St. John and Great St. James.

Take in the spectacular views from your 1400 square foot three bedroom, three bath, non-smoking condo overlooking beautiful Cowpet Bay. The condo has everything you need for a relaxing, fun getaway. The living area has an extra large sectional sofa, a 40-inch TV, and a DVD player/stereo with iPod player and complimentary wireless internet service. It has an extra large covered terrace with outdoor dining/lounging space that comfortable seats six. Inside, you have three oversized king bedrooms with hotel linens, each with their own private full bath and towels. All have AC, individual ceiling fans, large TVs with DVD players and closets with hanging space. Two suites have open ocean views and access to the outdoor terrace. The kitchen features all expected appliances (refrigerator, oven/cooktop, dishwasher, microwave), plus utensils, and additional dining space for six.

It only takes 30 seconds to walk to the beautiful palm tree lined beach where there are complimentary beach and lounge chairs. Here you can bask in the sun or lay in the shade of a palm or seagrape tree. The beach has a large protected swimming area and an area where you can snorkel. Next to the beach is a large beautifully landscaped pool with hot tub. There is also a great bar and restaurant, Caribbean Fish Market, serving dinner and drinks.

In the buzzing nearby town of Red Hook, you can take a ferry to St. John and the British Virgin Islands (passport required). The town has a great mix of restaurants, bars, coffee shops, a fully stocked grocery/liquor/wine store, gift and specialty boutiques, plus a large marina for all your fishing/charter needs. All of this within a mile of the condo.

Clean and perfect for one night however even with the AC running, it was still warm in the 2nd master near the front door. Water pressure in the same suite was poor and never got hot. We

The condo, the property, the views, everything was amazing. The rental car was a must have, and was very clean and rode smooth. I highly recommend staying here!

We seen multiple kinds of bugs here. We did not stay the 1st night of our stay because we were getting bit just from checking out the property and have asked for a refund of at least one night with no response. Day 2 they claimed they sprayed and we stayed but still seen bugs. Pictures of the place look great but it’s very outdated. We were disappointed and won’t return.

This property was great! We had 6 adults and slept very comfortably in this 3 bed, 3 bath condo. The view from the balcony is stellar, it was lovely to wake up and make coffee and sit on the balcony as the sun came up. The area directly around the condo is nice. A walk down a couple flights (okay, like 6 flights) of stairs gets you to the beach, pool, and 2 restaurants. The beach is not the nicest beach on St. Thomas but there are chairs and umbrellas to make the stay nice. The pool is very nice. It's shared with a resort so it can get slightly crowded but we never had an issue getting 3-4 chairs to sit out. The two restaurants around the pool are a very nice seafood place (only open for dinner) and a bar that does breakfast through dinner. The food and drinks are good and not outrageously priced. The condo is close to Red Hook which has several restaurants, bars, shops, and the ferry to St. John. It's not walking distance but is only a 5 minute drive. It's convenient having so many options close by, and catching the ferry is easy for a quick trip over to St. John. The unit itself was very clean, the AC and all the appliances worked well. The on-site property manager Tanji is very friendly and responsive. The property owner offers the ability to rent their vehicle which I *recommend very very highly*. The price is competitive or cheaper than the car rental shops on the island. Overall I can't recommend this highly enough, we had an excellent stay here!

This was our first trip to St Thomas, so we had no idea where to stay and what to expect. We found that the condo was in a great location. We snorkel so we had to check out various beaches. The condo was centrally located. It was very nice and lots of room for the grandchildren. We enjoyed our breakfast in the morning overlooking the beautiful bay. It is close to Red Hook a small town and we found a different restaurant each night for dinner. Overall, it was a great trip, and we would certainly go back.

Misrepresentation of where the property was located and proximity to beach and pool. Dirty not ready when promised by mgr she was rude and ended up helping us at the end. Spoke witg other owners at cowpet they say owner misrepresents property often the beach is not down a few stairs its across parking lot and down more stairs unlike add beach front.
