Location and convenience made for a wonderful stay. This town home had it all. From Kroger, to Cafes and everything in between all within walking distance. All we had to do is park when we arrived and pulled out when we checked out. The town home itself was cozy and very spacious all at the same time. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was at our fingertips. Great stay!

We had a fantastic week. The location was perfect, within walking distance of key attractions, restaurants, and shops. The historic home was beautifully preserved, clean, and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen and living area. The air conditioning was great for the summer heat, and the host. The neighborhood was lively yet safe, blending historic charm with modern amenities. Overall, it was an exceptional experience that I highly recommend.
We will be back!

This is a great place to stay! The convenience is perfect. It’s very close to Forsyth park which is a beautiful place to walk around. You can also walk to a nearby grocery store. Clary’s Cafe is nearby for a great breakfast. The kitchen is well equipped. The home is beautiful and spacious. Two upstairs bedrooms and one bathroom worked out fine. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This property is well maintained. Nice amenities. Nice location. Parking was easy. Check-in and out was easy. We were missing soap for the bathroom and the patio was not set up to eat a meal but that didn't stop us from enjoying coffee outside in the mornings. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. We walked everywhere. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything to make our stay comfortable was available. We did have an issue getting in the door the first night, but the host was available with tips to get us inside. The location is nice and easily accessible to all of downtown.

This home was gorgeous and conveniently located to shopping, dining, sightseeing. Kitchen was well-appointed, and there were some staples in the pantry. Extra shampoo, etc. in the bathroom cabinet. Beautiful art and decor--love that it wasn't full of accessories so we had room for our things. Comfortable beds. Cute backyard area. Easy on-street parking right out front. Would definitely recommend and come again.

This is a beautifully restored townhome, which I believe dates to the 1860's. There is a plaque outside the building. It is clean, well-located, quiet and nicely decorated. My only negative comment, which a few others have also mentioned, is that the modernist furniture is not very comfortable. It was not a big deal to us as we were out sightseeing by day and in bed at night. The beds are comfortable. We had a nice stay and I would stay here again. The manager was responsive and quick when we needed anything.

Absolutely LOVED everything about our stay. The proximity to Forsyth Park, restaurants, historic venues etc, etc, etc.
Wonderful trip, can't wait to visit again. Walking everywhere (we got turned around a couple of times as my internal GPS was not up to usual par, but NO complaints about anything.
The house was perfect, we loved sitting out on the patio with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee.

My longtime friend and I met up in Savannah for a long weekend and stayed here. The house has it all: comfy beds, a great private courtyard area, convenient location, and tons of room to spread out. The gourmet kitchen is lovely and seemed to have everything and more, though we didn’t really cook. The property was exactly as described and exactly what we were looking for.

We had a very nice stay at this property. Minor quibbles about cleanliness of the bed/sheets, but overall very spacious and charming historic home walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see

My family and I love md this little home away from home. It was close enough to several restaurants and even the Riverfront for us to walk and in the evenings we enjoyed the courtyard with quality time together.

This was the perfect place for my husband, daughter and I to stay. We loved the location, layout, outdoor space, kitchen and decor - very minimalist with great art. Would definitely stay here again!

Shower was not securely fastened to the wall for the hand held. Both toilet paper holders came loose from the wall. Couches in the kitchen sitting area were not comfortable. Kitchen floor was dirty and hanging lights in kitchen were dirty. TV should be in the front sitting area or add a TV there.

the house is very nice and everything went well. the owner was quite accomodating by letting us check in early. that helped us out quite a bit with the logistics of our trip. the neighborhood is nice and conveniently located and we enjoyed strolling around looking at the parks and big old houses.
5.0
Well appointed two bedroom row home. Great kitchen with all you need if eating any meals in. Easy 20-25 minute walk to riverfront, straight up Lincoln Street. Beautiful old flooring throughout, with modern artwork on all the walls. Two bedrooms upstairs but one full bathroom with shower so be prepared to share with your party. Stairs are long and steep - no problem unless you have mobility issues or very heavy luggage. Enclosed outside courtyard behind kitchen is fun for breakfast or other meals on a warm day. Kroger’s for groceries just a seven minute walk straight south from house on Lincoln Street. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thanks.
(sink in bathroom very slow to drain but I am sure hosts with fix that).

Beautifully done home at a great location to walk to everything! There were 4 of us and we had plenty of space and comfort. The outdoor patio was very enjoyable too. The beds are super comfortable. Gorgeous wood cabinetry in kitchen which is well stocked. A true gem in an incredible historic city.

Great location! 2 blocks from Oglethorpe Park! Updated older home with everything you need! A little far to walk to River Street but Ubers galore in DT Savannah! Would definitely rent here again!

Everything we wanted and more. Excellent location and safe neighborhood. We walked everywhere about within 20min walk depending on where you want to go but everything was within walking distance. Plenty of street parking. Communication with owner was excellent, responded immediately and very accommodating to our early check in request. House was clean, very beautiful and lots of space. The patio was nice for early morning coffee or to read. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again when we’re back visiting! Thank you!
