The moment we entered the front door of the property we were in awe of the magnificent view. It was beyond any expectation that we had. We spent many hours on the 3 decks. The house was beautiful as well. No issues with parking. The property manager was very pleasant . Only small issue was with the tv in the master bedroom which the property manager tried to repair. The location is very convenient as well.

This was our second time at the property. Everything was just as wonderful as the first. The freezer kept on leaking but spoke with the property manager to keep him in the loop. Location is great and house lovely as always!

This is an outstanding oceanfront property! The home is laid out in the best possible way to afford wonderful unobstructed ocean views from everywhere! The large open kitchen is a cook's dream with every convenience at your fingertips - a wonderful gas stove, microwave, drip and k-cup coffeepots, utensils, and serviceware. The dining room comfortably seated the five of us. The living area is spacious and beautifully appointed. Each bedroom has its own deck facing the sea and the master bedroom also has a jacuzzi and fireplace. This is a "pet friendly" property, but there was no indication that animals had ever been in the place - a real plus! Suffice it to say, we were delighted with every aspect of this wonderful place. Rick was a terrific host, providing complimentary water and soft drinks and responding very quickly to my communications. You can walk to town and the beach, and other activities (Cliff Walk, The Wiggly Bridge, golf, Ogunquit) are only a short drive away. What a perfect vacation.

This house at the end of a small quiet lane was a perfect setting for our family to unwind. The Boardwalk is a pretty 10-15 minute walk from the house. The best part were the decks with gorgeous 270 degree views and the sounds of waves breaking on the rocks. House is well-stocked and very comfortable.

Place was appointed beautifully as was the other one of Rick’s properties previously rented. The property manager is great! The check in process was a little tricky since we didn’t know which unit belonged to us. Also, no full sized dinner plates were tough to navigate a lobster. Small details but overall a lovely stay!

We had a slight confusion in the very beginning on which house # was ours but called Bruce, the property manager who picked up right away and was very friendly and helpful! The house was great. We loved the kitchen :-) The views on the top deck were wonderful. Short walk to the beach which was great with two little kids. We already booked again for next year! Thank you Rick and Bruce :-)

Pictures simply do not do this property justice. We have stayed in many house rentals on vacations with our family, and this one truly felt like home. We had the BEST week and such a relaxing stay here. The house was immaculate and well-appointed. The kitchen was as well-stocked as our own- knives were sharp, pans were in great condition, and anything we needed was there! Bathrooms were like brand new and even included spa-like toiletries! The towels were soft and gleaming white. The linens on the beds were comfortable, and the mattresses were also. We slept great! The rental included beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, and even a small bag of beach toys. There were even complimentary sodas and Pellegrino in the fridge waiting for us. This house is in the perfect location to discover York. You can walk to the lighthouse for views, dinner, and ice cream, or walk into town and the beaches. My only wish is that there were deck boxes to store outdoor cushions because it rained a few times and we missed out on morning coffee on the deck after that. On days when the cushions were dry, we could sit out there for hours. Thank you for taking such pride in your rental, and expect to see us again!

The house was very clean, outfitted with everything needed for a comfortable stay, with top quality furnishings, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen. This was the second summer we spent a week on the ocean in York. We didn’t think we could do better than the place we took lat year, but this year at OceanWatch was just the ideal place for our family of four humans and 2 dogs. Rick’s place is placed perfectly on the cliffs overlooking the Atlantic. The deck off the family room was just the place to practice upward dog, while the sun was doing its own rising. Every inch of the house was pristine, from the drawers in the kitchen to every square inch of the bathrooms. It’s a short walk one way to the beach and town or in the other direction to the Nubble Light House or Ice Cream after dinner. I only pray we can return next summer. Thank you Rick!

We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our August week. The house set up perfectly for my husband and me and our 19 and 25 year old sons. The setting is exceptional with three ocean front balconies. The house has perfect beachfront decor, a very well stocked kitchen, comfy mattresses, linens including beach towels, stocked bathrooms including soaps and lotions like you find in fine hotels, and excellent a/c though we rarely needed it with the ocean breezes. One son worked most of the week, made easier with excellent wifi and the killer view. We spent time at Short Sands Beach almost every day, walked to Dunne’s for ice cream, and it’s an easy drive to Ogunquit Beach, plenty of paid parking if you get there early. Rick was quick to answer questions while booking and once there Bruce the manager gave us outstanding attention. Bringing our dog was an added plus. We’d stay again in a heartbeat.

Fabulous home with incredible views. Quiet and comfortable. Great location. This was our 2nd stay and we were not disappointed. Easy check in and check out process. Immediate response from caretaker if needed. Clean with high end appliances. My only suggestion is to replace some items that are getting worn from years of usage such as outdoor cushions and kitchen items such as pots, pans and baking items. Great vacation. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about this beautiful property. It is stunning. We love to cook and loved the big kitchen and all the modern touches. The decks were amazing and even though the weather wasn't super warm the whole week - we had lots of outside lounging on the decks. Bruce the property manager was so responsive and answered all our questions. We will be back! loved it!

This home is simply stunning! Beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well-appointed with breathtaking ocean views! Convenient 5 minute walk to Short Sands Beach and a 5 minute drive to Nubble lighthouse which is gorgeous especially at sunset. Great for dogs and kids too. Rick was easy to work with and very accommodating—will definitely return!

The house was a perfect get-away to escape the Covid 2020 stressful times. The house was super clean and comfortable. Close to Kennebunkport. Portsmouth, and Perkins Cove for site seeing and there is a lighthouse in walking distance. It was worth waking up early every day to watch the sun rise. Rick and Bruce were quick to respond to questions and great to work with. We would love to come again. Perfect setting for family to enjoy time together and relax.
