**NEWLY REMODELED FOR 2025 with over 200 square feet of additional interior living space, including a new third-story 9 by 16-foot cupola and exterior third-story deck, with panoramic views of Watercolor, and an all new first-floor office suite. The remodel includes a new outdoor shower and a doubling of the rear deck size!
-Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: 128 Silver Laurel Way is an adorable home ideally located within the Park District of WaterColor that feels secluded and quiet while also being convenient to WaterColor's many amenities and just a short walk to the beach. Decorated by a published, award-winning designer and boasting 1,000 SF of outdoor living space, including screened porches, this home is well-suited for families or couples. On the first floor is the living area, with furnishings and finishes that create a relaxing gathering space. Cook a meal in the home's well-stocked kitchen and enjoy eating with your family and friends in the dining area. Read a book or sip your morning cup of coffee in the additional sitting area, right off the kitchen. The second floor features the home's three bedrooms, including a primary bedroom retreat, each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Weddings are not allowed at this home. If this policy is violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments and be subject to HOA, community, and 360 Blue fines.
Please note: Per HOA Policy, all golf cart rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Homes are permitted one golf cart per home. Homes with owner provided golf carts are not permitted to rent an additional golf cart.
