About this house rental

'Salty Escape' is newly purchased and completely remodeled for 2021! Our home is located in the perfect location to everything at 360 Red Cedar Way. Our newly remodeled home includes 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, (1 king bedroom/bathroom, plus 1/2 bath on the main level).

We are located just 1 block from Camp Watercolor and the WC tennis courts, and near the Seaside bike cut through. Our home is beautifully and spaciously laid out with a large open concept living room and kitchen, 10 foot ceilings downstairs, 9 foot ceilings upstairs and plenty of room to spread out. We also provide a complimentary 6 seater street legal golf cart and 4 adult bikes year round!

Our home has been completely furnished with new paint, new countertops, new furniture throughout, new bedding, lighting, decor, and all new patio furniture and a brand new custom bed swing. The house sits off the main road and has a nice grassy park area to play, or throw and kick a ball around. Also included in the park is a gravel spot specifically designed to play bocce ball.

Included in our home, our guests have full access to the newly renovated Watercolor Beach Club, Camp Watercolor, multiple community pools, playgrounds/parks, tennis center, trails, and many restaurants. Watercolor includes quaint streets, bike paths, nature trails, the Watercolor Boathouse with rental paddleboards, kayaks and so much more.

We have all the amenities for a great vacation on 30A and look forward to having your family anytime!

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay in this lovely Watercolor home. Great location, great amenities and very clean. Home is stocked with everything you need and great communication with the property manager.

This is our second time to stay with this host. It works well for us as Grandparents stay in the downstairs bedroom and adjoining bath. Up stairs our daughter, son in law and 30 month old grandson stayed in large Master Bedroom, rented crib and loved the huge tub for bath time. Our 7 year old granddaughter loved the bunk room sleeps 4 and set all her stuff up in there. There her parents had the other bedroom with en-suite bath next to her. The kitchen , dining room table and living area are all beautiful done and so much room with the bonus of a half bath downstairs. Full size washer and dryer. Love the grill on the large back porch backs up to nature preserve. Bonus she has a storage bin full of beach toys ! Also so close to Camp Watercolor. We took the 6 seater golf cart everywhere. So lovely the Watercolor Beach Club has baby pool. Kids pool and adult pool plus good food and drinks. Beach access so easy with parking in garage underneath. Renting our beach chairs via St. Joes so easy as set up everyday with umbrellas. Host has totally updated the home and it’s really nice, light and bright. We hope to rent it every year !

We had a great week in Watercolor, and this house was perfect for our 7 family members. We found the house to be clean and spacious situated in a great part of the development - close to Camp Watercolor, close to the tennis courts. The golf cart was essential and made it easy to get around. Nicole was very easy to get in touch with when needed. The check in process was smooth. 5 stars all around and would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Watercolor.

We are a family of five and have been staying at 30A for 10 years now. We love Watercolor and love this little house. This was our 4th time staying here, and we booked for our 5th. It’s super close to Publix, Seaside shops and Camp Watercolor. The golf cart is a perfect way to pack up and get to the beach, get groceries or a late night ice cream run.

We've stayed in Watercolor many times, and this home would win our Best All Around Award. The home was very nicely equipped and appointed with beautiful, yet family friendly, comfortable furnishings. This was the BEST LOCATION of any home we had stayed in yet! A quick walk to Seaside, Camp Watercolor, and near Publix, yet on a very quiet street with lots of green space and low traffic. Bikes and golf cart were a plus. We also enjoyed all the outdoor living areas - the front porch with comfy swing, the screened porch, and the back deck with unobstructed views of nature. Owners were quick to respond to questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect house, perfect location and a perfect vacation. We had the best time staying at this beautiful home. it was very clean, beautifully decorated and had such comfortable beds. The porches were the perfect place to read a good book and visit. We loved playing ga The golf cart was an added bonus. We enjoyed riding to the beach club, grocery store, and several great places to eat. The walking and bike trails are perfect. Seaside was an easy walk and fun to visit. We will definitely be back!

This house exceeded all of our expectations! Our check in/check out was seamless, and Nicole very communicative. The house is gorgeously furnished and has everything you may need. It is within walking distance to Camp Watercolor, which was great for our kids, and we could easily bike or take the golf cart to the beach club or downtown seaside. We are hoping to stay again next year - could not recommend this house more!

Great location in Watercolor, loved the golf cart. Be aware, the Watercolor public access has been closed for good which made us were very upset. The only way down to the beach was down stairs which made it super challenging if you have your own beach gear. This home was lovely and included a few sweet extras like comfortable beds, blankets for the couches, even dish pods to use. Would stay here again!

We have stayed in WC many times over the years and this home now ranks as one of our favorites. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, location is perfect, extremely clean. Communication with the owner was a 10. We will be back!

Wonderful House! Nicely kept home, perfect location on quiet side street with house backing up to the woods. Host treated us wonderfully. The golf cart included in the rental was having issues, the host called us and helped set up a replacement rental with a local golf cart company. Would absolutely stay here again!

House was just what we needed with kids and older guests as well. Location was great and Nicole was wonderful to work with! Golf cart needs an alignment, was tough to drive, and we didn’t love the plastic mattress covers on all the beds- slept really hot and were noisy.

Overally five stars. Very clean. Great location. Nicole was very wonderful and very attentive to us. We arrived a day late (unexpected success in a little league baseball tournament) and she called to make sure we were ok. I had a simple question about the golfcart and she immediately rssponded. I wish more hosts were like that. We will be back.

We enjoyed the location of watercolor the amenities it provides, and all the local cuisine. I would recommend renting some electric bikes as there are bike trails all around the community and surrounding areas. The watercolor beach club was great and the food trucks and surrounding shops were great! The neighborhood has a dock which aside from being able to rent kayaks, stand up paddle boards, etc. Had activities for the kids in the evenings (kids concert, movie night, etc). We had a great experience with the owner, and would highly recommend staying with them. Super friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great vacation! You will not be disappointed!!

Everything about this home was perfect!! Nicole was a delight to work with. We love the location…right in the middle of everything but off Western Lake so kids could ride bikes right out front. Beds were comfortable, living room was cozy, dinners on patio out back were lovely, but my favorite spot was on the porch swing!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!

We had a great stay at the Salty Escape. The house was well-equipped and very spacious. The location was great for the amenities in Seaside and Watercolor. We were able to walk, bike or golf-cart to everywhere we needed to go. Will definitely rebook here in the future.

We had a wonderful time in Watercolor! The Salty Escape was well equipped, clean, beautifully decorated, and convenient to all the amenities of Watercolor and Seaside. The kitchen and mater bedroom were especially spacious, and we loved having a back porch that faced the woods. The owner/property manager was very friendly and eager to meet our needs. We would definitely return for another vacation.

Family group of 9 stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed the great amenities of Watercolor and a well dressed home in amazing natural surroundings. Highlights: Bikes, golf cart, nature trails, great shopping and dining, home was well positioned for maximum enjoyment of Watercolor, swimming at Camp pools (kids), home is more private than some locations bc the front view is a park and the back view is natural (see pictures/even better in person), it’s clean, fully stocked with cooking and dining essentials, beach toys and accessories for us to use, easy access to Seaside and it’s shopping…. Would have loved to stay longer!

Just got back from our Fall Break vacation. The house was amazing!! The decor and finishes were absolutely beautiful, the beds were very comfortable, and the house had everything a family needs including golf cart, bikes, beach toys, and fantastic front and back porches. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and highly recommend this house. Nicole was so responsive and informative and kind. Great host. Our kids (2) and (7) had a blast and can’t wait to go back!
