Entertainers paradise in this lovely waterfront home remodeled in 2006/2007.
60' of waterfront lake living. Enjoy 900 sf Fiberon deck for barbecues. Half of the deck is covered for those chilly nights with outdoor furniture and fire pit for your enjoyment until 10pm.
Backyard looks out to the water, is completely fenced, has a Sports Court with tile surface for pickelball and heavy duty basketball hoop. Sport court hours end at 9pm.
Trex floating dock.
Artificial grass in both front and backyards.
Covered Hot Tub looks out to the water and sports court. Hot tub hours end at 10pm.
All stainless steel appliances and granite slab counters in the fully functional kitchen.
Washer and Dryer in the spacious laundry room.
We have video survelliance at the home to protect our home and neighborhood. We have a video doorbell, a camera on the outside deck near the barbeque and a camera by the covered deck area to make sure our guests observe quite hours. There are no cameras indoors.
We need to make sure the 9pm sport hours and 10pm outside firepit, hot tub, yard game and overall outside hours end at 10pm to respect the noise level for our neighbors. If this cannot be obverved, please don't request to book. Thank you for your understanding.

This is the perfect friends and family getaway on the water. The outdoor spaces are all amazing and furnished with super comfy and relaxing furniture inside and out. The spaces are big and spread out so that you don't feel all jammed together. The beds were super comfortable and the bunk room could sleep up to 8 is excellent for all the kids. Plenty of water toys to keep everyone busy not to mention all the yard games, pickleball, basketball, and ping-pong in the oversized yard. We will definitely rent it again and hope to make this a regular summer stay.

We hosted a celebration for a milestone Anniversary and it was a great place for us to all enjoy each other. We enjoyed some of the extra amenities such as the piano, so we had a chance to do something we enjoy - sing songs! We would definitely book this spot again with or without a celebration in mind! This home was a perfect fit for our family. We had plenty of space both upstairs and downstairs, which was really nice, as being there around Xmas, it was to cold to enjoy the outside activities. We did enjoy being out on the deck and snuggling on the patio furniture around the table top gas fire and enjoyed the lake view. They even had a Xmas tree for us! We also took the kids into Olympia to the ice skating rink which was a hit! Wonderful family memories! Sarah the property manager was also great!! Thankyou!

This is a great property that offers a lot of fun things to do for all ages. There's a pretty early curfew for outdoor activities, which is entirely reasonable given the close in neighbors and lake environment sound travel. One neighbor shined a light on my wedding rehearsal at 8:30, which was not loud but again, given the lake environment, was understandable. This is a beautiful property and we highly recommend it for activities with quiet evenings.

Perfect Family Retreat
This was our second Easter to spend here and it did not disappoint. There was plenty of space inside and out, for all our family. We loved watching the wildlife out on the lake, to include the family of bald eagles. Such a great experience!

We all really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again. It was comfortable and spacious giving us all enough room. The only reason for giving a 4 rating was because of little things that could be refreshed or attended too. A few new pots and pans more be welcomed.

Low Key Bachelorette Getaway
This was r he perfect location for all of the attendees, it was close enough for out of town guests and the place was absolutely beautiful. Everyone was comfortable and enjoyed a very relaxing weekend with so much laughter as we celebrated our bride to be. The sleeping amenities were perfect for all of us ladies to enjoy an early lights out and the covered deck was perfect for our coffee in the mornings. Many of the ladies went to the VRBO to see availability for the summer and were sad to see there was already no availability! So many would love to come back and enjoy the warm months at this location. Josh and Jamie thank you for opening your beautiful home! I hope to come back again!

Beautiful Lake Retreat
We spent New Years here with 4 couples and 5 children. The bunk room was perfect for all of the kids and each couple had their own, very comfortable room. Living spaces were roomy and we got a lot of play time in the snow. Our hosts were very responsive and available to our needs. Would definitely love to come back.

Great Value and beautiful place
We really enjoyed ourselves here. The lake is very warm and absolutely beautiful. We had a large group and it was perfect for all ages. They have a bunch of different games that will keep the kids busy and a hot tub that will keep the adults busy. The central air is a nice touch in the warm summer months. We will definitely be back.

This is a great house for a group. The covered deck is spacious with a lot of seating, there is plenty of space outside for games and the lake is wonderful. It was rainy when we were there so there wasn't much activity on the lake however we enjoyed kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and jet skiing.

Great covered deck with comfortable chairs and propane fireplace to sit around. Terrific kitchen and comfortable beds. Only 4 college friends but this place is huge with one bdrm that could sleep could sleep 8, 2 kayaks for paddling the lake besides many other toys.

We spent several days at this beautiful home and enjoyed the view of the lake so much. Sitting out on the porch to have our morning coffee and watch the wildlife on the lake was a highlight. The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We would definitely rent again.

Fun for all ages
This is a fantastic house for a group/family gathering. It was very spacious and comfortable inside and out, even with a large group of 14. There was plenty for everyone to do. The teenagers loved the sports court and the ping pong table and it was great to be able to get onto the water straight from the private dock. For those of us who wanted to relax there were plenty of seating both in the sun and under the shade where we could just hang and enjoy the lake view. The owners were very responsive to our emails both before and during our trip. We would love to go back and stay at the house again!

Summer getaway
We had a great time and look forward to returning. The hot tub had broken just before we arrived and the owner worked hard to get it fixed as soon as possible. The house is great and the lake is beautiful! The paddleboards and kayaks were a big hit. Already looking forward to staying here again.

We loved our stay at this beautifully located property on the lake. Our family of 15 people fit comfortably. Josh was always available for any questions or help. He even came over on Christmas Eve to replace a the old washer with a new one. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come again.

Great place for a get together with family or friends. Loved all of the outdoor and indoor living spaces - plenty of room to gather! We all enjoyed sitting outside with coffee in the morning or wine in the evenings and looking out at the lake - beautiful and relaxing!!

Great home on a gorgeous lake
We stayed here for a couple nights with our college golf team, and absolutely loved it. The house is roomy, beds are comfortable, and it had everything we needed. That being said, our favorite things were the outside spaces, being on the lake, and taking out the kayaks and paddle boards. It was a great weekend, and our women’s team even won the tournament! Thanks again.

Great lake house that feels homey. Works well for large groups (especially when you have kids) but doesn't feel overwhelming. Two floors that each have a large living space. Beautiful view of the water. My favorite was the outside deck on the top floor with outside couches.

Great for groups!
I stayed here for a weekend with a large group of people. Our group loved the multiple decks/outdoor area and the fact that it was so peaceful. We definitely made good use of the water sport items, the BBQ, the outdoor fire pit (gas), and the wide open spaces. Would definitely recommend!
