Was informed it was a 24/7 receptionist, landed around midnight went to check in however no staff. Rang and rang on repeat, around 1.5 hours later someone turned up from a bizarre corner to allow us in. Eventually 4am in the morning, I received a phone call from the person I was attempting to ring when landed who was blunt and abrupt over the phone.
The room next to me was separated by a poor sliding door, could hear everything from the room next door causing a disturbance in my sleep. Toilet and shower facilities were not as adverstised, extremely unclean.
Ask for new beddings several times and towels as they was dirty (not by me) however they stated I could only request 4 days after!
Looked a lot bigger on picture, not spacious at all
Would not recommend

The location in front of a park which was perfect for the kids and within walking distance from restaurants in the city center.
The location is not at the beach but in the city of Faro. Which was fine for us
The room that fitted parents and small kids.
The rooftop which was closed but accessible for late night rest.
The cleaning could have been more thorough and we only had new towels every other days while we were going to the beach almost everyday.
The rule to use the downstairs fridge… the fridge was packed and not clean. The hotel should find a day in the week where they will clean and through out all groceries not used.

Great location, super clean rooms
Easy check-in. Nice to have a kitchen downstairs as an option with cold water etc for refilling bottles

Absolutely stunning hostel - more like a boutique hotel! The interior design is beautiful, the renovation of the old building is an architects dream! Location is great, in a lovely area of Faro, walking distance to local restaurants and bars. Super clean. Bathroom facilities were great, really good water pressure in shower. Would highly recommend.
The only downside to the bedroom was that there was minimal floor space between the end of the bed and the wall, bit of a squeeze. But this was only a minor flaw.

Extremely overpriced (10m2 for 160€), bed right next to door = hearing hallway, ignorant and unsupportive reception staff… and never seen before: charging 5€ PER BAG for keeping luggage for an hour after check out. Don’t go here, spend you money on a normal hotel.

nice property, great value for money.
room wasn’t being cleaned during visit. only one towel throughout the stay per person. shower drain was clogged. manager at next door restaurant was rude, nice staff otherwise.

Would have liked possibility of breakfast at guest house Think was told you could order breakfast

Nice and comfortable rooms. Great views from rooftop dining area. Staff were friendly. Good value, would definitely stay there again. Very short walk to the Alameda gardens which were very nice. A bit outside of the main touristy area but easily walkable to wherever you want to go.
Check in was a bit challenging as they were short staffed the day we arrived. No one at the desk and no instructions on how to get help. After 15 minutes a staff member showed up to help us.

Convenient location, free overnight parking nearby, friendly staff
The room was very small and smelled a bit when we first arrived - but that was fixed after we opened the window for a bit.

The property was well maintained throughout. Staff interaction was minimal but they were friendly when needed. There is a very friendly cat that will say hello if you go up to the roof! The location is excellent, with the centre a few minutes' walk away and with supermarkets and cafes even nearer.
No oven in the shared kitchen meaning some food was wasted. The restaurant downstairs sometimes had some loud music but it wasn't too bad from our first floor room. The rooms are cleaned quite late in the day, at about 4pm, and we had sometimes returned from our day out by this point.

Very nice place! Stayed only one night, but rooms are clean, kitchen well equipped, bed very comfy and location is perfect. Definitely recommend!

it was quaint and beautiful. The checkin was easy. Room was sparkling clean. The beds were comfortable. We had everything we needed! it was a great experience close to sidewalk eateries and a charming city park. Couldn’t have asked for more.

very close to the center. nice spacious room. with nice style bathroom. we used late checkin because of 24 h reception
need to pay extra for breakfast. the view from the room was not nice, as it was back garden of other home and very narrow alley. the sink in the bathroom was not fixed properly

bathroom floor was flooded, shower heads were loose

Bed is not comfortable at all. They put some strange plastic linen on it so you sleep on it.
Very noisy. so we slept very bad and I got back pain. Not recommended.
