This exceptional 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront villa is located in building 3, on the 4th floor at the SeaCrest Resort. A fully equipped upgraded kitchen, dining room, and living area provide an open concept area great for entertaining and cooking family meals. The kitchen opens to the lovely dining area and seats four, along with four barstools at the kitchen counter. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a large closet, and a full bathroom. The guest bedroom features two queen beds, a walk-in closet, and a full bath. Enjoy the ocean breeze from your two private balconies overlooking the pool and the ocean. Take advantage of the prime location and explore everything the Island offers when staying in this villa!
In addition to your bed and bath linen set up, The Vacation Company provides beach towels for your stay. One less thing you need to pack!
SeaCrest is in the heart of the Coligny beach area. Nearby Coligny Beach Park is minutes away and provides water fountains children can play in, restrooms, and oceanside swings. Guests can visit Coligny Plaza directly across the street, a must-see destination with over 60 shops, restaurants, a movie theater, and seasonal family entertainment. Enjoy visiting Lowcountry Celebration Park a 3-minute bike ride away which provides active and passive recreational activities, playgrounds ship, amenities, and scenic views.
*** Construction Update***
• Major and extensive exterior project begins October 7th, 2024 through May 1st, 2025. The project will negatively impact quiet enjoyment, views, parking, and balcony access. Please call our office for project updates if you are considering a rental during the project timeline.
• Lagoon repairs are in progress for the foreseeable future. They have been drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced, then filled. At this time work is scheduled to begin 1/15/2025 and will take six to eight weeks to complete weather permitting.
