The Alexander Beach House is a third-row, two-story home located in the desirable North Forest Beach area. This beautiful, coastal home features gorgeous landscaping, a private deck, and upgraded bathrooms and kitchen!

As you walk through the front door, you'll see a staircase leading to the main level. The bottom level houses a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, a laundry room for your swimsuits, and a living area with full size bunk beds for additional sleeping. The living area also has access to the ground level patio for sunny summer days.

Upstairs, you'll find the main living space, which is open to a sitting area and dining room. The living room features a large flat screen TV, free WiFi, comfortable seating, and access to the top deck, where you can grill with friends and loved ones after a day at the beach. The newly remodeled kitchen features custom cabinetry, new appliances, and granite countertops.

Lovely home located very close to the beach in a beautiful neighborhood. Good size bedrooms with comfortable beds, updated and well equipped kitchen, updated baths, great shower in the main bath. Large deck with nice outdoor loungers, chairs, and tables. Comfortable couch and large great room for relaxing with your group. Games, puzzles, and plenty of TV's available. Easy walk and/or bike to Coligny from this location. We loved our stay at this house!

Good value for the rental rate. Great quiet location steps to bike path and beach. House is dated but that’s part of its retro vibe. Would be nice to have better quality towels/bedding and sound bar for great room tv. I would definitely rent again.

Great house for family of 6-7. Double bead bunks, queen and 2 kings. Great family room and kitchen had everything necessary,-pots, pans, kcup, coffee maker, crockpot, blender. Easy access to beach. Clean.

Home is so comfortable and nicely decorated/landscaped. Very clean and in a great location: close to Coligny Plaza and all it's shops and activities AND only 150 yards (v. short walk) away from the beach. Well stocked kitchen with good amenities. Has the best sitting porch to watch the world go by with a private sundeck in the back of the house. Great time had by all!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this house. It was extremely clean, everything worked properly, the kitchen was well stocked, the dining room table was nice and big, and there was plenty of seating for everyone in the main room. The kids loved the bunk beds. Proximity to the beach was great, we love this neighborhood. It was clear lots of things in the house had been recently updated. Thanks for having puzzles and games, they kept us busy in the evenings!

Loved the location—a stones throw from Coligny with the advantages of less crowded beach and quieter neighborhood. Great community space and great set up for our family of 7 adults and an infant. Close walk to beach and easy bike ride into shopping and restaurants. Definitely would rent again!!

This house is only about 200 yards from the beach! A very easy walk straight down the road with all of your beach accessories. The house overall functions perfectly for a family of 5 to 6 people. It is a little dated on the interior, but you can see how the current owners are making improvements. The HVAC system is new and works very good. The bathrooms are also very good. This house is perfect to rent for people that want easy beach access and do not prioritize new interior finishes or furniture. I would rent this house again in the future.

Comfortable home for two families. Nice great room for all to hang out it. Good windows and light. Comfy beds. Easy access to the beautiful beach. Just a short bike ride into the Coligny park and commercial district. Ample kitchen equipment.

Great location. Nice to have two separate living spaces for multiple families. Lots of kitchen amenities that made cooking in each night so easy. Would have loved to see a bit more attention to detail from the cleaning crew. Found someone’s pink acrylic nails in the dining room. Would rent again.

We explored the whole island and this location is truly the BEST place to be! The quiet, tree lined street that leads right to the beach was amazing but then you are also only a short bike ride away from great restaurants and shops. There is no doubt that the house itself is not glamorous. The furnishings are quite old fashioned, but everything is clean and comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms have been renovated and are quite nice. Beware that the kitchen is very small, but who wants to be cooking on vacation anyway! We loved our stay and will definitely be back.

We loved our stay at the beach. It is only a short walk to the beach with no busy roads to cross. The home has been updated in the past few years with a new kitchen and bath. The kids really loved the bunk beds! The yard was beautiful with plenty of deck space to enjoy the outdoors in the evenings or a cup of coffee in the mornings.

The location of this home is ideal. You can easily walk back and forth to the beach on a whim. And that’s what we were here for, the beach. While comfortable, the house is dated and smaller than it appears in the pics. But the rate was terrific for the location. If you don’t need new luxury, this is a terrific option. It was comfortable.

The Alexander Beach House was perfect for my family for a week of rest and relaxation. It was extremely clean and plenty of space for six adults and two children.

The beach access is less than 100 steps and there is an outdoor shower to rinse off. The kitchen has modern appliances, all the beds are big and comfortable and there is more than enough than enough amenities to entertain one and all.

Thanks for providing a clean, well stocked home for a great week on HHI!

We had an incredible time at the Alexander house. We were two families of 3, so the layout was perfect to give the kids the downstairs level and the adults had the upstairs! The beach was SO close and because it's a private residential area it was never crowded which was a relief during Covid. There was a decent amount of cookware to use, but we didn't have extra things like condiments, laundry soap, trash bags etc.. so we had to do more shopping than we'd planned for.. but overall it was a wonderful house and we would stay again!

We loved our stay at this home. We have been to Hilton Head several times and this was by far our favorite place. We loved the easy access to the beach and the quiet nature of the beach. We also loved all of the room in the house. There was enough room for all of us to eat together, to watch shows, and plenty of places to sleep. We would definitely stay here again.

This was by far our favorite beach house rental! The location is PERFECT w/ short walk to the beautiful beach, the house was spotlessly clean, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The street is quiet, and shaded, and the bedrooms/beds were spacious and comfortable and house layout is beautiful. Bikes and games left at the house were great! What a wonderful home! We were able to spend the weekend there with a 3 y/o, easier to get to the beach than most condos "on the beach" and it was quiet both at the beach and in the neighborhood. We will definitely be booking this house again.

Great family stay

I've stayed in this house for many years and we keep going back. My boys love the new bunk beds and their own play space downstairs. The living room is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen and bath upgrades are lovely. It's a nice stroll (or ride) from Coligny and a very short walk to the beach. And we love sitting on the porch for a drink in the afternoons. We've always called this the best deal on the island.
