This wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront villa is located in building three on the second floor at the SeaCrest Resort. Enjoy the ocean breeze from your two private balconies with incredible views of the Atlantic Ocean. This villa boasts a renovated kitchen, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a backsplash. The updated bathrooms also include quartz countertops. Villa has all new flooring throughout. The king suite has a full bath, a large walk-in closet, and a private patio to enjoy your morning coffee or watch the sun go down on the Atlantic Ocean. • Lagoon repairs are in progress for the foreseeable future. They have been drained, cleaned out and the liner will be replaced, then filled.
At this time work is scheduled to begin 1/15/2025 and will take six to eight weeks to complete weather permitting.

We had a nice time even though Tropical Storm Debbie tried her darnedest to stop us! Place was very nice. Great location. Few things need taken care of. The kitchen sink water does not get hot at all. Made washing
dishes difficult. The 2nd bedroom needs dressers to put clothes in. It took forever to dry clothes with the dryer.

This was a great place to stay for our Mother/Daughter trip to HHI. We loved it! Great view of the ocean from all the windows and balconies. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well accessorized and very organized. We loved the Keurig had the coffee pot feature with it.

Ocean front! Beautiful sunrises! Perfect location- walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Unit was clean and nicely furnished.

Gorgeous condo right in the beach! Enjoyed the deck looking out to the ocean every day and the huge oceanfront windows. Parked our car in the gated garage. Walked across the street for shopping, meals, and ice cream. Took bike rides on the many bike paths and ate fabulous meals

The condo was beautiful and the location was awesome! Easy walk to shops, ice cream, and restaurants. Also loved Pool Bar Jim’s which had amazing drinks.

This was a great place for our little family! Condo was set up well, and had an amazing view! Pools were a bit cold still due to it being May, but the beach access was so convenient and easy! We hope to return again soon!

This went well above our expectations. This was our family vacation that have taken in 10 years. The place was immaculate, beautiful and clean. Location was great.

All in All good experience/great location. My only real complaint would be the day of checkout the door automatically locked early in the morning well before checkout time of 10 am. My wife and I were coming back to the room from early morning jogs and had to bang on door to wake our children up to let us in. Thankful our children were inside to let us in or all of us would have been locked out.

Pros: 3202 is a very nice condo. The views are beautiful. The condo is laid out very nice and the kitchen is well appointed. The amenities to the Sea Crest property are wonderful as well. Nice finishes, recently updated kitchen and bathrooms, and comfortable living room furniture in condo 3202.
Cons: 1. The beds are not comfortable at all. The main bedroom where my wife and I slept, the bed caves in towards the middle. And the spare bedroom where our friend slept, the beds were just uncomfortable and worn out. So I would definitely invest some money into buying 3 new beds for this condo. 2. The washer needs cleaned out or replaced. It was impossible to do a load of clothes and not have sand in them when it’s done. We made sure to wash the sand out of our clothes in the tubs prior to putting them in the washer but they still came out with sand in them. I understand it’s a beach condo and other people may not wash their clothes out prior to putting them in the washer. But for people washing nice clothes separate from beach clothes, it’s very annoying to have sand all over them when they come out of the washer. 3. While the amenities were very nice, we found the times to be silly. The gym doesn’t open until 8am, which for some people may not matter. However, I tend to workout at 5am, and by 8am, we are already headed to the beach. The pools/hot tubs do not open until 10am and the pools close at sunset. Sunset during this time of year is around 7pm. 4. The final con deals with cleanliness. My wife, myself and our friend probably border on OCD, just as a disclaimer. And this has absolutely nothing to do with COVID. With that being said, we have found that since COVID, it almost seems that the cleaning for facilities has actually gotten worse not better, regardless of the protocols put into place. We always wipe off counters, doors, door handles, toilets and flat surfaces we use in every room. Everything we wiped off with cleaning wipes/Clorox wipes was dirty or had grime on it. Both bathroom doors had fingerprints and grime on them, indicating they hadn’t been touched at all. The spare bathroom had sand on the floor as if it may have been missed during the cleaning. The toilet in the main bathroom was obviously missed during the cleaning, I’ll leave out the details on that. The rest of the place was clean and had been tended to.
Overall I would give this condo 4 out of 5 stars. This rating is due to the mattresses and the cleaning.

First time at Hilton Head
As soon as I walked in the door and saw the amazing views of the ocean, I knew it was going to be a great trip. The condo was gorgeous...as advertised. The grounds were well groomed and the pools were amazing. We were much closer to the beach than I though we would be...I could hear the sounds of the waves from the balcony. We drove down, but everything you need is in close walking distance. I will definitely be back and hope to rent the same condo when I do!!

Very much enjoyed our stay at sea crest particularly this villa which has a beautiful ocean view. Property was very large, clean and ideally located across the street from many restaurants and stores at coligney beach. Highly recommend. Property managers were especially excellent and immediately addressed all issues. Thank you.

We’ve always wanted to stay at Seacrest, but we’re usually vacationing with extended family. It was just the 4 of us this time, and the condo was absolutely perfect. Everything we needed - inside and out- was right there. Loved the proximity to Coligny. That was cool! We look forward to staying in the warm weather months, but this was so much fun for the Christmas to New Year stretch!
