About this house rental

This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home, is located in the highly acclaimed, master planned community of Estrella Mountain Ranch. My wife and I both work together on cleaning the house for 3 hours after each guest leaves. We do our best to wash and clean everything in the house. Not only are the sheets and towels washed, but we regulary wash comforters as well. It is beautifully decorated and equipped for your comfort. This is your home- away- from -home. A place you'll want to come back to. Located on a short, quiet and safe street with a neighborhood park. Very little through traffic. The backyard is designed for entertaining and includes a 5 person hot tub, Webber gas barbecue, water feature, dining set plus ample additional lawn chairs.The home is 2450 sq' with wood floors, plantation shutters, open design with large great room, living room, kitchen & dining area. Master bedroom has an ensuite bath with two sinks, soaker tub, separate shower, private water closet and large walk-in closet The second bath is shared with the three guest rooms and includes a tub/shower combo with two sinks.The media center in the great room has a 60' high definition smart TV. Air-conditioned throughout and ceiling fans in all rooms. Renters have full access to the garage, for parking, storing golf clubs and such.

This home was great for the purpose of our visit to the Goodyear, AZ area. The owner Paul, is no non-sense, just straight the point of the business, so don't expect any fluff or small talk. The bedrooms were spacious, beds comfortable and the kitchen and common areas were nice and functional for everyone to gather. My only feedback I would offer is a heads up on the water filter needing to be changed and to have working water from the refriegerator would have been helpful. With 107 degrees in July in Arizona, water bottles are at a premium. We had to buy lots of them since the water from the refrigerator was not operable. We were charged for a cleaning fee with the reservation, however, there were several areas in the home where it had not been dusted causing a bit of issues on allergies. Outside of that, we would recommend the home.

Everything was wonderful and really enjoyed the trip! Only thing was the outlets in both bathrooms didn't work. I tried the breakers, but couldn't get them to turn on.

This home is lovely, open and easy to access. We plan on staying here again. We wanted to stay in the neighborhood of my brother's home so this fit. There was 5 of us, parents 89 & 91, and us 3 daughters. Single story was important as was open space to spend time together. This home was perfect for us and we really enjoyed our stay. Close to groceries and fast food, walking distance to Clubhouse and pool. Our host was easy to contact and very helpful. Kitchen, supplies, linens,etc. all well stocked and check out process was easy.

Loved the location, yes it’s a bit far out but it’s so quiet and scenic. The hot tub was our favorite, very relaxing. Nice home with plenty of space for everyone, we had a great time!

The kitchen was well stocked. The layout of the house was conducive for gathering together or for personal time away. Most importantly our host made us feel welcome. Close to shopping and other activities. Would definitely recommend.

Spent the weekend in Phoenix/Sedona/Avondale area for the Spartan race and the property was a great base for us. It was very clean in a nice neighborhood with easy access to food and retail stores. The jacuzzi was very useful after a long day of racing. Great stay!!

My sons and I stayed here after a backpacking trip in the Grand Canyon. It was the perfect place to rejuvenate after a physically taxing trip. The house was immaculate and the community pools were top notch. Highly recommend this place.

Paul and his wife were very nice-Large home-would be perfect for a small family. My husband did not enjoy the backyard-no mountain view just the wall. Otherwise if one likes the town of Goodyear--great home to stay -while in the area.

Beautiful large home with room for a quite a few more people than our small family. Host was a great communicator and worked on a problem with the hot tub. Would have liked to have used it the first day but we understand. Great space, in a wonderful neighborhood. Would gladly say there again.

If your a looking for a home to spend some time family or just get away this house is the most amazing home away from. I loved the beauty and size. Paul was absolutely amazing and his beautiful soul will stay with my family for life. Words can never express how grateful we are. I would choose this home a million times over.

We loved this house. Perfect space for 6 of us. Loved the amenities... Lakes to walk, pickleball, biking, etc. Paul was fast to help and answer questions. Highly recommend. Such a nice area.

Owner sends conflicting info via app vrs email. Place was nice but if you’re looking for customer service or quick response you want to stay somewhere else. If you want access to the pool or club you have to contact the owner prior to your stay.

Inside home is roomy, well equipped and well maintained. Clubhouse is great feature. Owner was very responsive before/during/after stay. Some outdoor items could use some care - waterfall not working, no hammock, overgrowth. Also additional instructions on use of items would be helpful.
