About this house rental

Relax and make yourself comfortable in this luxurious 2469 SF, 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home with backyard oasis, private pool (Not heated but generally comfortable for use between April and October) and hot tub for year-round use. Built by one of Arizonas premier home builders in 2006, this home is fully furnished with all of the amenities. Gourmet kitchen with granite counters and upgraded appliances, BBQ grill and WiFi. King-size bed in master bedroom. Two queen-size beds in bedrooms 2+3 and a sofa sleeper in the den. Sleeps 6-8 guests comfortably. Two flat screen TVs are available, providing a full array of local and cable channels. Newer washer and dryer available.

The home is centrally located, within minutes to three spring training ballparks, NASCAR, historic Wigwam Golf Resort, Luke AFB, Loop 303, Westgate City Center, White Tank and Estrella regional parks, Arizona Cardinals Stadium and premier shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Garage reserved for owner use, with parking available in driveway for up to three vehicles.

Your hosts have lived in this home for three years and in Goodyear for 14 years. We know the area and personally manage this property, having been professional real estate agents during our time in Arizona. This was such a beautiful home! We specifically chose it so we could relax and enjoy the sun and swimming. We run a vacation rental management co., so are very familiar with the business. The house was spotless, the beds were comfortable, the neighborhood was pleasant. The large couch made it easy to all watch a movie together. We appreciated the separate bedroom areas on opposite sides of the house. Our adult sons could stay up longer and use the den to watch tv. The AFB nearby was pretty awesome. Watching the pairs of jets fly over is thrilling. They seemed to keep it to reasonable waking hours, so we never heard anything in the middle of the night. There were plenty of restaurants around and some shopping. It was an easy drive to Phoenix. We would certainly stay here again!

Very nice home with all the comforts of home you would want. Very well stocked kitchen and pantry and gorgeous backyard with evening lights in pool and on palm trees. Hot tub was also nice. The master bedroom and bathroom are huge with a large walk-in closet. All rooms had ceiling fans and HVAC kept house nice and cool! Highly recommend this property! Suggest you bring your pool rafts to lay around & soak in sun in their pool.

Communication with Patrick and Heather was fantastic. They were very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked which anyone who cooks will appreciate. There is a coffee shop 1.8 miles away that's a great walk. The only thing I'd change is the soft mattresses in 2 of the rooms, but that's a personal preference.

Had a great time! House was nicely furnished and clean. Loved the pool and spa area. Unfortunately to cold to use the pool as it is winter in AZ as well! Hot tub made up for this. Kitchen nicely stocked with everything we needed to make our meals. Having laundry use was a plus for a longer stay. Goodyear is family friendly and close to shopping and hiking and golfing. thanks for a great stay!

The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Heather and Patrick were very friendly and helped with any questions I had. There were 3 TV's in the house. One in the living room, one in the owners suite and one in the office. The hot tub was very nice and I loved seeing the grapefuit and lemon trees in the back yard. I would book this house again the next time I came to visit.

We had to book quickly due to a family members passing. Our hosts were amazing! They communicated quickly and were very supportive with any questions. The house is beautiful and very comfortable. Even the neighbors were welcoming and warm. We will definitely be back under happier circumstances where we can enjoy all the amenities like the pool and the grill.

This gorgeous home is located in a quiet residential area. It is minutes from local activities. We visited family and took in a Cardinal NFL game. Everything is easy to find with well marked roads. Hosts were great and responsive. We’ll definitely return!

This property is amazing. The house is awesome. The property managers were on the spot with any questions we had. The house and yard are also very private. Loved It! The location of this property is a plus and a minus. The plus is that it has all types of shopping and entertainment options within 5 to 10 minutes with a great road system to get around on. The minus is that there is a fair amount of noise pollution during the week from the air force base to the north. Made listening to music or having a conversation while using the pool a little challenging at times. Overall, we will stay here again when we return to the area. Great value!

This place was absolutely perfect! Quiet and very peaceful location, the house had every essential you could possibly need and then some. Our host were very pleasant and responsive to our text when we needed assistance. As for cleanliness, Rosa really knows how to make a home sparkle. When traveling and staying in VRBO's, I love it when the home is clean, warm and inviting... and this home certainly did not disappoint! We all loved the way it was tastefully decorated, making us feel like we were truly a guest in someone's home. We were provided with plenty of amenities which added to the convenience and comfort while there. The well stocked kitchen was definitely a plus. With two couples traveling together, we loved the separation and privacy of having the master bedroom on one side of the house and the extra bedrooms, a full bath and sitting area being on the other side. Our visit was in January, so we weren't able to take advantage of using the pool, however; my husband did decide to use it as a "cold plunge" refresher (yep, he's one of those!). The hot tub could have used a bit more attention (we opted not to use it), but we totally enjoyed using the backyard space to hangout, enjoy the firepit and the surroundings. We have stayed in dozens of VRBO's over the years and this ranked at the top of the list. Thank you to Patrick and Heather for sharing your home and for checking in upon our arrival to see if we had any questions about the home or the area. We would love to stay again if our ventures takes us back to Arizona!

Amazing property. I've stayed all over the country at high end resorts, north south east and west. This was by far my favorite stay! We also stayed at the WigWam resort near by, highly rated place. The home was very lovely with a large kitchen and a master suit that I chose to pick before others could claim. Beds were comfy & pool was great. The only negative was the lack of water pressure in the master shower and master lighting could be better. That said, all of us very much enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for almost a week at this property with my sister, her kids under 6 and my teenage daughter. Everyone had a wonderful time and spent most of the week outside in the pool. The house had everything you needed from cooking utensils, spices, linens, pool floats, etc. The pool was lovely and helped cool us down during the early June heatwave, and the A/C was super cool and comfortable indoors. Would definitely stay here again!

The house is even nicer than the pictures. The backyard is extremely private and beautiful! Pool and hot tub a huge plus. All the dishes, pots and pans and utensils you’ll need in the kitchen! Beds are very comfortable. Location is outside of the busy fray and traffic of Scottsdale, yet close enough to get there. Lots of hiking/mountain climbing in close proximity. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and all the homes are very nice! The hosts were very communicative when we asked a couple of questions. You won’t regret renting this home for your next vacation!! I give it 6 stars!

The entire weekend was great. The house was exactly as listed. We had difficulty with the gate to get the garbage cans to the curb, but the owners were understanding. We would like to suggest the owners provide guests with a list of their favorite restaurants or must-do hikes as there were so many to choose from, it would have been nice to have a starting point. Overall impression was phenomenal!
