We had such a nice time! This bungalow is centrally located and was perfect for our stay. Close to all restaurants, shopping and local attractions, it made our stay very easy. We would book this one again.

Property was great for our stay in Bend. Walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants. Easy to find and centrally located for our excursions around the area. House was what you’d expect for a small bungalow.

My husband and I stayed for a week in July. The location was great. We could walk into downtown just 4 blocks away. Lots of shops and fun restaurants. We were able to listen to live music at a local brewery and another night live music and a festival in a nearby park. The house had everything you would need. We tend to cook a couple dinners in and the kitchen supplied many spices and condiments. Detergent was provided for the wash machine. There was an outside patio, but unfortunately it was too hot to use it. A quick 30 min drive and we were at many beautiful hikes in the mountains. The only thing missing was a couple of beach chairs. We found that they were need when watching live music or swimming at the many lakes. We would stay again.

When we walked in, we immediately felt at home. The open living room/kitchen layout was cozy and the kitchen well-stocked (as were the bathrooms). We like to cook when we travel and everything we needed was on hand. Traveling with our two small pups, we appreciated the fenced backyard and the walkability of the historic neighborhood. Safe, quiet and just a few blocks from Old Bend and the Box Factory district, which has a fantastic grocery and pet store. Host communications were welcoming, timely and detailed. Very easy check-in/-out. Highly recommend!

My family was fortunate to stay in this beautiful home over Memorial Day weekend. Everything about this home was great, comfortable living room, updated kitchen, and a nice yard. Its location was ideal, within walking distance of beautiful parks and great restaurants. To top it off, the owners were very nice and responsive to the few questions we had during our stay.

I was overly impressed with our stay at this quaint downtown bungalow. Not only was it close to downtown, easy walking distance to shops, breweries, and Drake Park, it was incredibly well stocked. My overall experience with vacation rentals has left me having to restock basic necessities, but the owners have thought of and generously provided more than enough in all aspects from kitchen supplies to toiletries. Bring your wardrobe and toothbrush/toothpaste and you're good to go or stay

We lucked out and had a snowy weekend in Bend! Best stocked place we have ever stayed in - fantastic to have everything we needed plus some. Cute house in a walkable location to downtown Bend. We didn’t arrive until late, so figuring out the heating was essential and took us a night of starting out really cold, then too hot, but the rest of the stay we figured it out. We would definitely stay again!

The house is in a great location in the old part of Bend and easily walkable to the vibrant Downtown Bend area with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops. The owners sent me an email ahead of time and checked in on us. The house was clean and had everything we needed in it, including a great waffle maker. The only issue to be prepared for is that the home does not have central heat nor radiant heat and relies on a fireplace and couple space heaters. Being January, it was very cold out and difficult to get a consistent temperature throughout the house.

We wish the fire place had been turned on before we arrived. It was so cold in the house when we arrived. Took awhile to warm the house up. Also would have been nice to have the porch light on when we arrived. It was so dark. But all in all a nice place to stay! We had a great time!

Fantastic place for our family to stay. They communicated with us and let us know where we could find the best local places to eat and/or grab a drink.
Very friendly and thoughtful.

This is a very cute and very central rental. The kitchen is one of the best stocked kitchens that I have seen in the many, many, rentals that we have stayed. We walked every where including downtown, drake park, Market of Choice, the old mill district, breweries, and the Hayden amphitheater. Everything was clean and check in/out was easy. Thank you Craig! We will be back!!!

Great vacation home in very good location. Easy walk to coffee shops, brew pubs, shopping and the river. Grocery store less than 5 minutes away. Check in process was super easy and everything I needed was available to me. My dog especially enjoyed the fenced back yard.

This house worked out great for our family of 5 (3 kids 6 and under). Nice location, big kitchen, good set up. Would definitely recommend!

The property was perfect for us. The location is key as it is easy walking to downtown and also Drake Park, the Lot, and many breweries. We took day trips to Crater Lake, Smith Rock (hiked the 8 mile loop), kayaked on the river and then floated on the river on a warm and sunny day. Also took a day trip to the McKenzie Falls loop and Clear lake. Mountain biked with Cog Wild. It was nice to come back to the house after a good day and have a beer and then a short walk to dinner and more beer. Also took 26 to the fossil beds museum and Painted Hills. We were busy this week.
The front room was bigger than I expected and comfortable for night time TV watching. Also, worth noting was how incredibly stocked the house was, TP, PT, dish and laundry tabs etc it was there and plentiful.
Check in was simple. Neighborhood was quite. There were Subarus everywhere lol
See ya next time.

My partner and best friend/her fiance really enjoyed staying here for three nights. It is so close to downtown Bend, a very short walk. The neighborhood is adorable. The home is perfect for what we needed. Will likely stay again in the future!

Very nice property in a great location. Walking distance to everything we wanted to do, other than a quick drive to hike Misery Trail and Monkey Rock. Good food nearby, nice little breweries, interesting shops and of course the Deschutes River was beautiful. My adult kids and wife and I all had a fantastic time. The single shower was not a problem as we all just took turns. Cozy house for gathering at the end of a busy day was just right. Will rent again!

The best part about staying here was it was a 5 minute drive to just about anywhere we were trying to go. It was also very walkable to downtown and areas such as Avid Cider and Monkless Brewing. The neighborhood was quiet and comfortable. Craig and Jamie were very helpful whenever we needed something. We will be staying here again in the future.

My husband and I had a lovely week-long stay here for our annual ski trip. Location was great—easy walk to downtown—and we loved having a backyard for our pup. Quick, helpful communication from the hosts when we had a question. It was a small but cozy spot with the fireplace and the best equipped kitchen we've had. Great pick if you like old-school charm/quirkiness.

This was great for a long weekend with family. Walking distance to pretty much all of downtown bend and right of the main road to the mtn. Great little spot will stay again.

Stayed for three nights in mid-February. Park the car, you can't beat the location. Easy walk to downtown Bend, Drake Park, Market of Choice, etc. House is small but cozy. Kitchen is well stocked. I ate in quite a bit. Enjoyed the DVD selection. Note there isn't a dining room table, but there's still room to sit down to eat. Gas fireplace keeps the house plenty warm but I was happy I brought slippers as the floors can get cold. Also easy access to Bachelor and the Twin Bridges Scenic Bikeway, which I took advantage of to get in an early season ride.

Three adults were very comfortable. The Hosts have equipped the place well beyond anything I’ve ever seen… you’ll want for nothing. The place can get chilly (was there in January 2023 during a very cold spell), but it heats up very quickly and stays warm.
If I ever head back to Bend, this will definitely be where I rest my head!
