Mejor de lo que parece

Bien localizado y limpio

Parece una habitación de estudiantes, mucho ruido de la carretera y de las habitaciones de al lado. Techo muy bajo de la buhardilla que nos tocó. Y el ascensor lentísimo y sucio.

Descubriendo Coimbra!!🦋

Buena ubicación, cerca del centro histórico de Coimbra. Nos gustó la terraza donde poder cenar.... El colchón cómodo, descansamos bien!

El baño es bastante pequeño pero el resto de la habitación bien.

Un ottimo compromesso!

Possibilità della cucina e terrazza panoramica al quarto piano. Comoda al centro a piedi (ci sono dei lavori che precludono il passaggio dei mezzi sul ponte).

Caldaia purtroppo un po' rumorosa, ma solo per chi ha il sonno leggero!

Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Struttura nuova e pulita fornita di ogni confort . Belle camere spaziose. Non nel centro storico ma facilmente raggiungibile attraversando il ponte.

Cucina condivisa con altri ospiti del piano. Avevano fumato e si sentiva puzza di fumo in cucina

Ubicación perfecta y muy cómodo

Nos alojamos en un estudio que tenía una zona de cocina muy bien equipada con nevera. Muy cerca del centro y muy cerca de un parking cubierto gratuito.

Las habitaciones están bien aisladas del exterior. No se oía ruido de la calle, pero nos tocaron un vecinos muy ruidosos a altas horas del noche.

Zentral gelegen. Gut für eine Nacht wenn man auf der Durchreise ist.

Das Hotel liegt nah zum Stadtkern und es gibt in der Umgebung einige Restaurants und Cafés.

Die Zimmer sind aber klein und die Ausstattung schon in die Jahre gekommen.

Comfort in Coimbra

We loved how central the accommodation was. Parking and the self-service check-in were a breeze. We had a beautiful view of the old town and the university. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The air-con did not work properly.

Overall, it was a good stay, enjoyable, with a few points that may be improved.

The room was comfortable and clean. It was also fairly spacious. We appreciated the location, not in the city center, but very accessible, just on the other bank of the river and right next to the bridge.

The days we spent there were very hot (and fortunately the AC worked well) but the room was a bit too humid. It would have been nice to have some sort of parking offered and also a little balcony.

El trato por parte del personal fue excepcional. Estaban pendientes en todo momento por si necesitábamos algo. La habitación era muy espaciosa y cómoda.

Lovely location in Coimbra

We liked the location, the roof terrace and the balcony. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The bed is not okay. Very small and very hard. Time to change them....

Not a great place.

First of all, there's no safety in the key handling system, i'm told 2 hours before i get to the hotel that the key will be at the door and i'm 413. Once i get there i see 413 has no key and i hear people inside, 414 had a key and i was asked by the staff(on a call) to change to 414. The mattress is very rough like a stone, bathroom very small to the point that even to sit on the toilet is uncomfortable, same with the shower. Soundproofing doesn't exist, i kept on waking up with others passing and using showers in the morning. Theres a window on the side that leads to the terrace and anyone there can simply look in.

Well located, comfortable studios with good basic facilities

Excellent location near the centre of the city. Most places either walking distance or a short taxi. Comfortable and clean room with plenty of storage. Good kitchen and bathroom facilities. Reliable wifi. Staff helpful with additional requests Easy to access room on check in

Some additional hooks, etc in the bathroom would be welcome

Chambre très bien située/ propre /au calme / confortable

Facilité du check in avec une réception où on peut laisser nos sacs quand on arrive plus tôt le check in . Chambre très propre et très fonctionnelle avec volet électrique. Tres bon emplacement à côté d'un grand parking Facilité d'accès avec les codes donnés par message ' Communication facile et grande réactivité..

Great location, great value for money, did the job perfectly for us.

The apartment was great value for money, excellent location with convenient parking right next door and an easy walk over the river to the centre of the old city with loads of cafes and restaurants. it was easy to find and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotlessly clean. The aircon was great as well for the hotter days.

The bedroom was a bit smaller than we were expecting, with just enough room to walk around the bed as you came through the apartment door. Thankfully there was room under the bed to slide our suitcases. However, the positives far outweighed this slight negative.

We think a very good option for Coimbra!!!

The apartment was spacios, clean and comfortable. It was also very near to Coimbra old centre. 5 minutes walking over the bridge. A few good restaurants were also very near. Parking is free in the garage of the Convento Sao Francisco. ( 3 minutes walking). There is also a Aldi supermarkt in walking distance (8 min.). Communication with the owner André is fast and perfect.

Coimbra... com muito encanto!

Uma excelente estadia, numa cidade que nunca desilude, e numa localização privilegiada, junto às margens do rio Mondego. Será sempre para repetir!

clean property accurately described on the website at a reasonable price with extremely helpful staf

Nice size of room and very clean bathroom. Any teething problems such as the bedside light not working were quickly remedied and the staff couldn`t have been more helpful

The lift broke but was thankfully fixed within a day. I was on the second floor with a bike i was competing one so would have been dangerous to carry the bike up and down the stairs. The kitchen would benefit from some large mugs, a clean couple of tea towels and new cleaning cloths for washing the dishes. Idealy a dishwasher!

Nice room near city center

The place was easy to find, virtual check in was great, the host was very responsive. Room was spotless clean and really sound proof, even though the location is next to busy road. Parking nearby is free for the weekends.

The room was a bit too much perfumed, it had strong scent that we didn’t like that much. The elevator is also super slow, but at least there is one.
