Ottima soluzione per Coimbra ...peccato per il bagno

Stanza carina con un bell'arredamento in legno. Letto molto ampio e comodo. Colazione buona e varia con frutta fresca, dolci, pane e prodotti salati; peccato avessero finito il latte fresco. A pochi minuti a piedi dall'orto Botanico di Coimbra e dall' Università. Comodo posteggio gratuito in garage

Il bagno senza un minimo di privacy con la paratia di vetro del wc aperta sulla stanza Rumori e odori si condividono con chi è in stanza...una soluzione veramente poco felice

Gdyby nie brak możliwości porozumiewania się i brak miejsca parkingowego byłoby ok.

Lokalizacja, wygodne łóżko, smaczne śniadanie.

Personel nie porozumiewa się w języku angielskim i nic nie rozumie co się do nich mówi. Rezerwowaliśmy pokój i miejsce parkingowe ale drugiego dnia po powrocie do hotelu brak było miejsc parkingowych a personel rozkładał ręce bo nic nie rozumiał co do nich mówiłem. Tragedia!

A localização e o pequeno-almoço variado.

O staff é muito simpático mas apenas falam espanhol, o que torna a comunicação complicada. Como pagámos o quarto a meias foi um tormento explicar que precisávamos de 2 faturas com nif.

Reduto de conforto e encanto

Acima de tudo, da reabilitação do edificio. Conhecia-o enquanto colégio. Foi um prazer imenso poder voltar a usufruir do espaço e reviver o toque macio das suas madeiras nobres na linda e bem conservada escadaria iluminada pelo laternim que a culmina, o rendilhado dos varandins em ferro forjado em torno do pátio e tantas outras marcas da identidade, valor e carácter do edificio que foram respeitadas. É, sem dúvida, o sitio em Coimbra onde hoje me sinto mais em casa. Obrigada

Ter que partir. Mas até isso é bom: sinal que vou⁹ voltar.

Good for leisure

The staff, the location and the pool and the sauna

The breakfast and the lack of maintenance of some parts of the room. The room should have a desk.

Best value for money! Top location, great house and room, friendly staff.

Everything! The price was lower than many others. The location is top, bus stations are very close. The house is a monumental old building, very nicely renovated. There is a pool, good free wifi, the rooms were comfortable and clean, there was a balcony. Breakfast is ok, maybe not so many choices but they offer a very nice selection of fresh fruit which was a big plus for me.

Nothing! If I really have to write something here, I would mention that the sound insulation between the rooms is not the best, because the house is an old mansion and the floors are wooden.

Apreciei muito a simpatia e a disponibilidade dos funcionários.

O pequeno almoço não parece compatível com um hotel de 4 estrelas. A máquina do café não estava a funcionar bem e a oferta pareceu abaixo da média.

Relaxing place

Friendly and helpful staff, well served breakfast, Wifi DID work in all the building. No red tape to access the health center. They do provide you with robes and towels.

Although facilities are new, the building is not, so depending on your neighbor you hear a lot of noise. There were no empty plugs in the room, had to disconnect a lamp or the hairdryer to charge phone. The drane in the shower was clogged and let water flood the bathroom floor. There was no desk in the room although it was in the rooms description. All small details that didn't prevent me to enjoy, but should be looked into :)

Antes de tudo, referir a simpatia, amabilidade e prestatividade de todo o staff. O hotel está muito bem localizado e as instalações são muito simpáticas e agradáveis. Quarto confortável e espaços bem limpos. Pequeno-almoço simples, mas bom e com muitas opções. Estacionamento subterrâneo gratuito Destaco ainda o espaço de spa, com uma sauna, banho turco, sala de treino e uma piscina aquecida (ideal para relaxar ao fim do dia).

Good but not as expected

Room was nice... breakfast was very good ... price was very reosanable.

Elevator did not work for 4 days. The hotel is located on a hilly part of the city which is hard to be acessed on foot. The shower pressure is low and the water not enough hot. The reception ladies did not speak english.

Para 4 estrelas o pequeno almoco tinha pouca oferta e de fraca qualidade; as casas banho do quarto sendo de vidro conferem pouca privacidade/conforto; em um dos dia a agua do banho estava quase fria.

A zona da piscina é muito bonita. O quarto tem o seu charme e a cama confortável.

A disposição do WC. O Staff do pequeno almoço não é simpático e o pequeno almoço é simples.

Übernachtung in Uni-Stadt Coimbra.

Geschmacksvolle traditionelle jedoch moderne Einrichtung. Parken ist unkompliziert im Hotel möglich.

Die Empfangsdame konnte nur wenig Englisch. Die Matratzen waren etwas hart und die Kopfkissen dick.

Luxury at an affordable price. A really pleasant surprise!

Very friendly service. The room was stunning! In a great part of the city, near the university and the aqueduct, and not too far from the waterfront. All for a very reasonable price!

Not something I didn't like, but a recommendation. Definitely worth getting a taxi from the station if you don't like walking up hill!

Péssimo!!!!

Foi uma péssima experiência acrescida de sentir que fomos “roubados”!! A água do chuveiro mal aquecia, tivemos de tomar banho de água quase fria!! Não fizeram limpeza do quarto, nem tão pouco foram certificar-se de que havia produtos de higiene suficientes. A piscina interior, sauna e turco são apenas pretextos para cobrarem mais dinheiro. Está tudo desligado! Com um aspeto sujo, cheio de verdete, frio e mau cheiro! Água da piscina fria; chuveiros cheios de “verdete” e ferrugem, turco (depois de se ligar) com mau cheiro e também cheiro a mofo; sauna com mau cheiro e sem manutenção!As cadeiras com fortes sinais de uso e mau aspeto, extremamente degradado. O pequeno almoço deixava um pouco a desejar. Não havia reposição de alimentos. Uma injustiça muito grande o valor que se pagou face às condições de um hotel que nada tem de 4 estrelas…e não haver uma entidade que no mínimo nos ajudasse a reaver parte da despesa que tivemos. Inaceitável que estas entidades hoteleiras saiam impunes destas situações!! Eu poderia ter ficado noutros hotéis, mas foi a oferta da piscina e spa que nos aliciou para esta opção! No fim de contas, ficámos a pagar um montante que não correspondia à qualidade de um quarto 4 estrelas, sem limpeza e sem spa. Não recomendo!! Não é aceitável esta publicidade enganosa e a impunidade!

fabulous - with just a couple of niggles

fabulous hotel with character. Rooms more spacious than we had thought. Very clean. lovely indoor pool and sauna, really relaxing after loads of walking in the city! great breakfast, really good location by Botanical Gardens and easy to walk everywhere. Bath robes! car park or seemingly pretty safe street parking right outside.

WC and shower not very private - just a frosted glass screen. No wastebin in our room. We would have given 10/10 but for the Saturday night street disturbance - I was woken at 3.am by large group of people shouting outside and revelry which did not stop until 6.am! it turns out there is a discotheque nearby and people come to the kebab shop just down the street. Despite the terrible night, I would come here again, (maybe with earplugs as a precaution!). it's great value and overall comfortable with lovely facilities - but I'd request a room on the other side especially if it's the weekend.

Tutto. Camera classica ed elegante. Bagno con finestra, Piscina, sauna, bagno turco, colazione. Colazione varia, frutta fresca di tutti i tipi molto buona, salato, dolce. Posizione a ridosso del giardino botanico e a 10 minuti a piedi dall'università .

Coimbra em trabalho

Localização próxima de alguns elementos históricos, o que permite umas caminhadas para visitar os mesmos. Já quem gosta de caminhar à noite :-) nas redondezas não faltam bares e discotecas. O Staff é disponível. O quarto era amplo, limpo e arrumado todos os dias. O SPA foi uma agradável surpresa.

O acesso à garagem tem uma rampa que para carros mais baixos se torna difícil entrar e sair... e não deveria fechar às 23:30. Deveria ter o mesmo sistema de entrada no hotel, ou seja com cartão ou código. O pequeno almoço para hotel de 4 estrelas era um pouco fraco, com pouca variedade... a melhorar...

Hotellin sijainti ja rauhallisuus oli meille mieleen.

Majoituspaikan sijainti oli hyvä. Huoneemme oli rauhallinen. Aamiainen oli meille hyvä. Jonain päivänä oli jopa tummaa leipää ja maustamatonta jugurttia. Huoneessamme oli parveke. Huone oli lämmin.

Yritin käydä saunassa kaksi eri kertaa. Kummallakaan kerralla sauna ei ollut lämmin. Respan henkilökunta ei käytännössä puhunut lainkaan englantia, mutta yrittivät kyllä parhaansa ja olivat ystävällisiä. Aamiaishuoneen henkilökunnalta olisi toivonut hymyä ja tervetulotoivotusta.WC ja kylpyhuone oli omituinen. Ei kunnon ovia eikä yksityisyyttä. Lisäksi ei ollut paikkaa, minne laittaa pyyhkeet kuivumaan. Suihku oli rikki, toivottavasti se tarkistetaan ja korjataan

Uma opção clássica, confortável e histórica.

Absolutamente tudo perfeito! A disponibilidade de materiais de higiene pessoal (sabonete líquido, shampoo e hidratante de excelente qualidade e fragrância são um diferencial, além da decoração clássica e histórica. A localização é excelente. Perfeita também para quem vai a algum.compromisso na universidade. Tudo maravilhoso!
