Spacious and stocked with activities. I had friends down from WA and we wished we had booked for a longer stay. Will definitely recommend 🙂

Situated in the small village of Binalong Bay/Bay of Fires Tasmania this property is ideal for a summer stop over for couples (plus pets). Well appointed, clean and comfortable and within easy walking distance of a beautiful beach and the Humbug Point nature reserve. Nothing flash, but good value for money. Recommended.

Great location, easy walk to the beach, very comfortable house with all the amenities needed for a family. We stayed recently for a week and have already booked a return stay (longer this time) in 2025.

Well appointed but a little worn eg carpet in bedroom threadbare. Suitable for dog owners and quiet location close to coast. Good walking from property but facilities in Binalong Beach limited.

We only had a two night stay in this beachside cottage located in a quiet neighbourhood with a very short walk to the picturesque coastline. If you like the beach, either walking, swimming or just beach combing this is the place for you. A home away from home which provided everything you require for a self catering holiday with a very well appointed kitchen. We would stay again.

The house is light and airy. The sun beams into the house in the morning which was a lovely time to start the day. It was very quiet and very relaxing. The views out on the deck are lovely with a large table and lots of seating options to entertain. The beds are comfortable and the house was nice and warm with the heatpump in lounge room. The kitchen had all the mod con's you need if not there is plenty of takeout and a few restaurants. The yard is perfect if you are travelling with your fur babies and they had a ball running around and there are plenty of tracks to take them for a scenic walk too. All in all if you need relaxation i would recommend to stay here.

Great little house in beautiful Binalong Bay. Very neat, comfortable and easy to relax in house. Our whippet loved the large back yard to run around in! Will be back for sure

The property required better heating as only one heater down one end of the house and no curtains in front of house. Be wary of owners charging for additional costs after checkout even if left in very clean state.

The Binalong Beach House was a relaxing place to stay with a good garden for the dog. It's a pleasant home with open plan living. We appreciated being able to bring our dog on a holiday to a well fenced yard, plus off street parking.

We loved our stay. So great to have a fenced yard and dogs allowed.
A beautiful and very quiet place to stay.
It had everything we needed.
If I was to pick anything, I noticed the smoke alarm wasn’t connected. But I’m thinking that’s because it’s right next to the kitchen.
Would definitely stay here again:

Lovely short break
The house is well equipped with even a coffee machine which was much appreciated. A very comfortable lounge room made it nice to relax in the evenings. We enjoyed sitting on the deck watching the sunset and walking down to the harbour and beach. Great to be able to take our little dog. Thank you !

Beach house
The house was very nice and well set up. Great verandah to relax on. The fenced garden was great for the dogs. The house was further from beach than expected however short drive to lovely beaches. We cleaned the BBQ up as it wasn't as clean as we'd hoped. After cleaning it we decided it was too dangerous to use as the burners had totally rusted out. Facilities in kitchen were fine. Some information on local dog friendly beaches and other recommendations would be helpful. Thank you.

Great family break
We enjoyed our break at the Binalong Beach House. The property had everything we needed, comfy beds. It’s a short walk up the hill from the Esplanade.
Unfortunately as we let the owners know guests prior to us had not been as considerate to the next guests (us) as there were a number of cleaning issues with kitchen items - this is not the cleaners job this is our job as guests to ensure everything is cleaned for the next guests arrival.
Great fenced yard for your pooch - and make sure you clean up your after your pooch too!!!

I struggled to access the house then was confronted with broken lights, blinds, tv remotes etc. No maintenance checks for an expensive but basic 2 bed house. I was charged $100 for a fly screen door I didn’t break - just an extra ‘tax’ on your holiday with a Stayz booking. Do these money-grabbing owners charge everyone who stays there for something? Binalong Bay doesn’t allow dogs on the beach in summer. Frankly I would advise staying elsewhere.

Lovely beach shack
My children and I had a wonderful stay here. The house is in a great location and has everything you need for a beach holiday. It is not a luxury residence but if you’re looking for a beach shack it’s great.
