Great location
4.8
quiet location but within convenient walking distance of town
spacious room with lovely views from balcony
well equipped kitchen
if we’d had young children we’d have been very wary of the height of the balustrade on the balcony

The apartment was excellent, with stunning views.
Ideal location to relax and unwind. Clean and well equipped.
Would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again in the future.
There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Excellent location, good service
Nothing I disliked

The apartment was clean and cosy(ground floor ,good for 1 person or a couple ) and had all the items you would need for your holiday. The hosts Louise and Sean were very welcoming and informative of where to go. The walk from town centre and beach takes 10-15 min . Lovely scenery The Hill is slightly steep but was good exercise for us. We would return and the garden is well maintained.
NA.

sea view and the balcony was lovely
location was up a very steep hill but that is Torquay so I do not condemn the property for that.

Beautiful location in a grand restored victorian villa with exquisite gardens. We have to return visit as my wife was limited from exploring the garden because she was recovering from a fractured ankle .Room with ground floor access helped enormously. Parking on sight was great considering the central location makes this often difficult in Torquay.
Sean and Louise are such a hardworking host/owners.Always charming and helpful but NEVER intrusive. I wish them well with their business they so deserve it.
no washing machine ! nothing else

Stayed for a long weekend in late May 21 and we were lucky with the weather. Great view from balcony over the bay and apartment was roomy and clean. Louise was an extremely friendly and helpful host and showed us all round. Even lent me an iphone charger lead. Made even more memorable by being eyewitnesses to the incredible £6m motor yacht fire. It eventually sank against the harbour wall and no-one was injured. Worth doing the Paignton - Kingswear steam railway trip with the ferry across to Dartmouth and the river cruise. I would have hired my own motor boat if I had known it was possible. For foodies we would recommend "The Seahorse" in Dartmouth for great value high quality lunch and "The Elephant" by Torquay harbour for a truly outstanding tasting dinner. You normally need to book in advance - we got lucky due to Champions League Final I think. Both venues in the 2020 GFG. Locally 0.7m "Old Vienna" in the room guide worth a visit.
Not much. My wife would have prefered a separate lounge and bedroom but I knew what I was getting so that was my fault! Kitchen 9.30am checkout bit early than most but got us up and about early. Kitchen cutlery was strictly just two of each which would have been a little inconvenient if we were cooking.

A really beautiful building on a quiet, elegant road. Our hosts were attentive, welcoming and always helpful whilst being discreet. It's a historical building and is listed so there were obviously challenges to convert it to apartments without spoiling the beauty of the building and we felt this had been really tastefully done. We stayed in Roma apartment which is perfect for a short or longer stay. It's only 10 minutes walk from town (quite a steep hill!) and we caught the bus from nearby which was handy as the fuel shortage was on.
Honestly can't think of anything. I just wish all places we stayed at were this standard for the price.

This was full of history , very old period property , and well looked after and lovely gardens , and a great view from our balcony

We loved everything
There is a big hill to walk up to get back to the apartment
4.8
Excellent cleanliness. Approachability of hosts.
Room dimensions smaller than expected, found the seating a little unsupportive, would have liked a little more cutlery etc
(rather than one item of things each)

Excellent accommodation very comfortable beds. Hosts supplied lots of information prior to our stay. Gardens were beautiful with lots of furniture. Hosts supplied a lot of cleaning products and it was very clean on arrival. Close to the harbour.

Extremely comfortable apartment, set within a beautiful house, with lovely, plush home comforts. Our apartment had an amazing sea view and it also overlooked the gardens, which were beautiful. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Torquay.

We stayed in the Genova apartment and it was perfect and spacious for the 4 of us. I particularly loved the view from our patio. The whole place had has classic charm with such warmth and a welcoming feel. Every detail was thought of by our hosts Sean and Louise. The were the perfect hosts. I would happily come back here. thank you Sean and Louise for a splendid holiday in your beautiful home.

Lovely apartment, well equipped and set in beautiful gardens
Very comfortable and convenient
Quite a steep walk back up the hill from the own centre

Location at the top of a hill meant the views were exceptional. So worth the slow walk home from the beautiful harbour. Lots of taxis if you don't like hills !
Beautiful listed building, so much to love.
Hmmmm nothing

The outside patio area, gardens and warm welcome. Comfortable bed.
Being really, really picky .... the shower was a bit wimpish. Watching the telly whilst in bed was a bit challenging.

We had a lovely week at the Vomero apartments, we would highly recommend the Venezia suite with its own patio and sun loungers. It was so clean and very well equipped, had everything we could possibly need,
Nothing we loved it

The Roma apartment was excellent for the two of us. Really comfortable bed, slept really well.
Louise and Sean were lovely. Even though due to covid restrictions we didn't see them after we arrived, they kept in touch by text every day to ensure we were happy xx
