absolutely nothing to like about the hotel
it was shabby dirty smelly it was like going into a time capsule back to the 1960's the pool area was dirty, the decoration was in a rotten state the bedroom had furniture that should have gone to landfill years ago.the beds was lying on concrete with a plastic under sheets, the windows would open or shut fully. the external decoration was dirty falling off the guttering had more plants in it than the gardens had.

Nothing to like.
False advertising on tripadvisor meant I drove to the hotel only to have to cancel. “Free parking” is advertised all over tripadvisor. Upon my arrival they wanted me to pay £10 for parking.
Appalling bunch and incredibly rude management team. I am raising their false advertising with trading standards and have told my bank.
Despite their false advertising they still haven’t offered any form of refund or compensation. Luckily my bank and trading standards are there to stop corrupt businesses like TLH hotel.
Everything.
Rude, arrogant and obnoxious manager who refused to help despite them advertising incorrectly.

The fact that it was large but still the hotels had their individual character
Pools not clean
1.5 / 5.0
Dirty pillows upon arrival of which I have photos of also the windows were sealed shut , I had to get 2 members of staff and nearly midnight to enter my room and stand on top of a table to force the one window open where they were sealed shut and the other window would not even open , the beds were not very comfortable and the bathroom was very dirty including a very yacky shower head

The amenities for the children; pool, arcade etc was great.
The beds are poor quality, bumpy and the breakfast was poor especially the sausages ( cheap ). Also the breakfast finished at 945 so you felt rushed when you went in at 920 for instance.

Lovely breakfast & communal areas. Good location
Room was rather shabby apart from bathroom. When we arrived, virtually nowhere to park on entire campus. Eventually able to move from awful space to location behind Toorak. At breakfast had been assigned to a table with large bowls group but staff did sort it

Liked · The staff are extremely hardworking, as they are very busy with lots to do and are pretty organised in doing so. They are also keen to support and are amiable.
The room was a good size with a good bath (more thorough cleaning is advised).
I really liked the breakfast, lots of choice.
There was so many options for entertainment we were spoilt for choice, incredible talent every night. The on-site gym, classes, pool, spa, restaurants, bars and local beach are all good reasons for me to keep coming back to TLH.
Disliked · There wasn't any drinking water available in the rooms, the water in the bathroom was cloudy and not drinkable. I was working from my room and I found myself getting thirsty several times without any immediate water available. It would be an easy fix for the cleaning staff to add some filtered water to the rooms daily or on request even for a fee.
The bed moved every time I did, It needs fixing or replacing.
Walls are thin and you can hear everything, in my case from someone in the room opposite, solvable with ear plugs.
There is an issue around the dinner that does not make sense (to me). The fee for a three course meal is approx: £23.50 then a supplement is payable for additional options £5 for a specific starter and £12.95 for a specific main. My confusion is if we are choosing the supplemented meals why pay the £23.50 plus the supplement, why not just pay the supplemented rate? I am pretty sure it wouldn't cost much more, paying for both feels considerably over priced of course it's our choice as the customer to make.
The facilities on Booking.com list room service however, I was informed in person this wasn't the case, so it might be worth amending.
Overall a good stay, I am detail-oriented hence the comprehensive list.

Pool, was great a little cold but that's just my opinion..
Facilities were good..
Pool tables very poor...
Snooker tables were well kept ..
All in all a good Aztez Games is a good place to spend a little time ..
The toorak we stayed in smelt very musty as you walked in .
The rooms really do need modernising , walls were marked and window frames were a little poor..
But the bed was comfy and the room itself had what you needed in it ..
The carpets throughout the complex were a little dishevelled...

Reception staff friendly and helpful.
Restaurant food and staff good.
Perfect location for Riviera Centre
Radiator in room (221) not functioning - needs air bleeding, which I partially achieved.
Bathroom needs modernising; e.g. basin taps should be combined into a central tap.
No flannels provided.

Staff friendly room clean
The pool was in another hotel within the resort, the decor was in need of a complete overhaul and new mattresses because they were so hard. A couple of waiting staff really smelt of B.O.
Window sills rotting on room windows outside ledge. Musty smell in many areas and coach loads of pensioners so basically not a place for younger people.

Staff were excellent, nothing was ever too difficult for them !! i,e Providing an iron and ironing board very promptly. Extra milk Etc.
Rooms were very warm, but heaters were adjustable
Shower in room was appalling, very little pressure ( We had to keep turning round to get wet!!)
Unable to open windows due to broken sash cords

Great breakfast, great location, lots to do on site, free parking. Will stay here again.
