We loved the house at we stayed in. It was clean, practical , , well stocked , with good views on the top level. there were stairs, but we got use to them and appreciated the views on the top floor. There were beach chairs, kid sand toys, stair gate for little ones... We are planning on going back next year. Best beach house ever!

This was our second time staying at this property, and I certainly hope there will be more visits to come. It is comfortable, roomy, well-stocked, and perfectly located. There is no need to go anywhere else to visit the beach or catch the magnificent sunset. But if you want to leave paradise, Cape May shopping and dining is a short drive away. We enjoyed the beauty and quiet of this neighborhood, as well as the “regulars”, who are incredibly welcoming and friendly, and so, for the most part, we stayed put, on “our” beach or on one of the numerous decks or porches. The hosts are responsive and easy to work with. I’m already looking at the calendar for next year.

The house was amazing ! Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of bedrooms/bathrooms and spacious enough for 6 adults,1 child, and 2 large Labrador Retrievers. The best part of this house is location bc it is literally steps to the bay beach and has all the amenities you’ll need such as, beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, strollers. House is comfortable and beautiful! Definitely can’t wait to stay here again…

This was the second year we stayed at this property. The house is clean, well organized, and welcoming. The owners are spectacular: accessible, responsive, and friendly. Only wish there was an outdoor shower. I hope to have more memories there in the future.

We have stayed at the same property for 10 years and it was no longer rentable. We decided to try this house and can not be more thrilled we found it! Amazing location, beautiful house, all of the amenities you need. We will definitely be staying here again. The porches were my favorite part.

Our family stayed comfortably in this spacious, beachside gem. The grandkids loved the bunk room and how close the beach was! The screened porches were a great place to hang out for sunset views. A quick hop to Atlantic beaches, too!

Where do I start!! The description of the house was spot on! Everything about the house was perfect and more. We enjoyed the access to the beach, the sunsets, the closeness to Cape May, the quietness of the neighborhood, and the sounds of waves coming into the shore all night. This was the perfect place for a vacation! I will be back!

We had a wonderful time at this house. The pictures you see definitely do not do the house justice. It is so much more! The house was very clean, everything worked perfectly, the neighborhood is very nice and the views are outstanding. I would have no hesitation telling someone to go here and can’t wait until we can return!

Our family (3 adult couples and a dog) had a weekend in Cape May and this place was perfect! We cooked, and ate, played games, walked on the beach nearby and explored. The place is even better than in the pictures. We would not hesitate to stay here again, and we have recommended it to other family and friends.

Property owners are very kind and responsive, property is nicely located and very well appointed and furnished, with easy beach access and a large selection of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. provided. Nice upgrades from last year including all new paint and flooring. Pet friendly!

This is a comfortable, roomy house close to a private beach on the bay. My grandchildren had the time of their lives and especially liked the novelty of bunk beds. Highly recommend. Owners were wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at this Cape May house, just one block off the beach. The home was lovely and a perfect fit for our two families. The kitchen was well provisioned, and we loved the screened in porch for our morning coffee. We were tempted by the unicorn float, but instead made great use of the beach chairs. We highly recommend this property!

Wow what a beautiful property and very open, big and spacious. Neutral colors gives this house a nice calming and relaxinf effext. Easy checkin, great location, away from the hustle and bustle of being directly in town. The view of the sunsets from the top balcony was priceless! Will definitely stay here again!

We arrived to a clean, well designed house. Perfect size for 6 adults, two children and two dogs and it still felt like you had extra space. I loved all the porches and found myself taking little respites on the different ones. The owners thought of everything and were very responsive. Very good experience!

Really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The house is a generous size, with lots of room to spread out. The kitchen has everything you could need. The hosts were very responsive to questions. One block from the beach and close to other amenities, easy to get to from ferry. Hope to visit again.

My family & I spent a lovely 6 days at Mimi Casa, who’s location affords views of the beautiful sunsets from the balconies at the house. Or a 2 minute walk will take you right on the clean beach. We shared a wonderful delayed Thanksgiving meal with our NJ family & the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the meal. Bedrooms were very large & comfortable. I am quite certain we’ll be back!

We had a wonderful time at Mimi Casa on our yearly trip to Cape May. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, great for a morning walk or bike ride. The house was incredibly well-equipped, with every little detail considered. There are tons of beach chairs, umbrellas, games, and a heavy-duty beach cart (which is necessary to get everything over the dunes and onto the beach!) They really thought of everything. We made some wonderful memories here, and would definitely stay again in the future!

We stayed with our family of five, our dog and my parents. The layout of the house was perfect for our group. The close proximity to the bay beach meant there was always something to do. The neighborhood was perfect for bike riding and we went fishing at the pond that was close by. We used every part of the house and hope to come back next year!

We had an awesome time with family, couldn't of picked a better place! This was our first time using VRBO and we didn't know what to expect. Our questions were answered quickly, and we never felt like we were being a bother by asking them. The house was beautiful and clean. We all felt comfortable and with 6 adults and 2 children, there was plenty of space to spread out . The beach was close and private. We loved that we were close to Cape May, but "far" enough from the crowds. We enjoyed our first family vacation with 2 little ones. We made great memories at this vacation home and were sad to leave.
