We enjoyed our stay up in Frisco! The hosts were great communicators and helpful. The unit is a bit dated, but totally comfy for our needs. We loved being able to walk or ride bikes to Main St. easily. It was enjoyable stay!

We love staying in Frisco. This place was perfect location & accommodations for our family. Would stay here again. Host responsive and helpful.

Loved the location. Walking distance to downtown, walking distance to a beautiful park with the creek running through it. Just perfect. The only feedback is that I wish the bunk bed had a smaller mattress on top. Due to the large mattress, my husband had to sleep up there instead of one of our younger children because we feared they would roll off. Everything else was just lovely.

Host was very good with communication and the place was quite comfortable and has a well stocked kitchen. Walk to town or along the river path. Dog friendly. Comfy beds. Comfy couch. Nice to have the wood burning fireplace. Plenty of room to put your stuff away. Loveland, Copper, Breckenridge, and A Basin are close. Several groceries and stores close by. Quiet. Family friendly. Large tub to soak sore muscles. Need I say more? We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our group was on the slopes most of the time but the place was great while we were there! We were able to hit all the Epic mountains from this location.

This was a great place for our family to spend a few days in the high country enjoying the snow. The house is beautiful, clean, well appropriated, and the location was perfect! Communication with Tina was easy, and the entire family had a blast!

I was doing a lot of cycling, and this property was ideally situated to access the Summit County trail network.

Great condo for skiing Breckinridge. Spent 3 nights. 15 minutes to the “Airport Lot”. We’ll outfitted kitchen. Plenty of space for 5-6 adults.

Homey and cozy space. Enjoyed preparing our breakfasts and dinners in a fully stocked kitchen. Nice to have the bathrooms fully stocked as well. Easy to come "home" after a long day on the slopes to relax and recharge.

We had 6 adults stay at the property for our annual ski trip. It was a perfect space for the number of people we had, if we had any other family members join us, it would be a little tight. It is a cozy unit that gives off a very homey feel. Only suggestions I have: fix / unclog the slow drain in upstairs hall bath and have the oven (top one) cleaned. Top thing for us was the location. We have stayed at several other rentals before (in Breck and Silverthorne area), it was so nice be located right in Frisco, really close to everything we needed. (And super convenient as we skied Copper). Good amount of parking space as well! Thank you for a nice stay!

Comfortable property and great location
Our family really enjoyed our stay in Frisco. The townhouse had everything we needed and provided plenty of room for our family of five. We were close to multiple skiing places and the neighborhood was nice for walking our dog. Tina was very friendly and responsive.

Comfortable but no hot tub and does have internet
The townhome was very homey and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with any cooking utensils you might need. However the listing is not accurate, they do have internet and 3 TVs and they do not have a hot tub.

Great for families
The hosts were great and responsive to all our needs. Location is great with central access to all the summit county mountains, and a 30 min drive to Vail. Wildlife is abundant, we saw a moose walk right by our car one morning.
We traveled with our toddler and he loved all the toys in the unit. They are stored in a cabinet so if they're not needed, you wouldn't even know they're there. Also love the sled they provided, we had a great time.
A couple notes about the kitchen, it wasn't fully stocked with some things we could have used. They have minimal Tupperware, few knives and when we arrived there was a pan in the oven with grease.
Other than that, we had a great time and would visit again.

Perfect location near Frisco Main St.
The best thing about this place is the location. It is right near Frisco, CO Main St. and provides easy walking or driving access to all the Restaurants and Shops Frisco’s Main St. has to offer. The surround neighborhood is nice, quiet, and well maintained with plenty of streets to walk along in the shadow of the nearby mountains. The rooms are spacious for a cabin and the beds are large, high, and comfy.
The cabin was perfect for the winter holiday and though we not expected 1”-2” of snow we got 8”-16” during the Christmas holiday. The fireplace was warm and cozy, the heaters worked great and the water pressure/showers were hot and high.
If you are looking for a place close to Main St. this is the perfect place for 4 people. We didn’t Ski/Snowboard while we were there, but this would be a perfect location for Ski/Snowboarding in the nearby Breckinridge areas.

Family Thanksgiving
Wife and I, 3 grown children and 2 dogs enjoyed a wonderful stay in Frisco. Townhouse is spacious, convenient to downtown Frisco and kitchen has all pots, pans, etc. to prepare and enjoy a feast. Coffee station is a big plus and dogs loved the area. Hope to return sometime and get on the slopes.

Great location--just minutes from Main St
Townhouse is in a great location, close to restaurants and shops on Main St and the marina. House was perfect size for space we needed. Tina was very responsive up until after we arrived, but then unfortunately didnt hear response from her until the evening after we checked out (she explained there was extenuating circumstances on why she couldn't reply). Back entrance deck is in need of repair, and clean up--loose boards/ screws and old furniture piled up. House was clean with exception of refrigerator--both inside and out was pretty nasty. Requested it to be cleaned by cleaning service the afternoon we arrived, but as noted above, did not get a response until after we checked out. Front patio was lovely place to hangout.

Awesome weekend getaway
Tina’s property exceeded our expectations. Not only was the location absolutely perfect (everything was within walkable distance or within 10 min drive of anywhere we wanted to go), but the space itself was very cozy and bigger than I expected. The neighbors were very friendly, great neighborhood, awesome views. We really enjoyed our weekend & hope to be back!

Very comfortable, convenient location, and family and pet-friendly
We had a wonderful stay at this lovely townhouse in Frisco. Large comfortable couch for lazing around, big kitchen table for eating and game playing, good beds and plenty of space. The kitchen was well-stocked with the basics. Easy access and good communication with the owner throughout.

7 minute walk to Main St!
Main St is where all the action is, esp over the Fourth of July! It was nice to be pretty close. And this townhome allowed for my daughter to bring her dog which was nice. Heads up: the property description states a Murphy bed. The owner clarified it was a trundle under the bottom bunk. It was neither as it was just an extra mattress pushed under the bed. Also the hot tub was not available as it was half-filled with dirty water and didn’t look in working order. Don’t be scared away by the appearance of the back of the house, where you enter. It’s in great need of repair (the porch step is breaking, etc) and it’s too bad this is the first impression when you get arrive. The master bedrm & closet is large! The bathrm is small tho, & very dim as lots of the lightbulbs were burnt out. The other two baths were great as is the kitchen & big dining table area.
There are actually beds for 7people - an 8th can sleep on the sectional couch Or the extra twin mattress on the floor (that’s under the bunk). We had a great time!

Nice townhome in Frisco. It was great to be able to bring the dogs, and getting on I-70 was easy. Responsive host as well. Would recommend.

Great location, a few things missing during our stay.
We booked this place as we had two dogs with us. Overall stay was good. Clean place, great location within walking distance to Frisco Main Street. Plenty of space for 6 people and 2 dogs. Kitchen was handy and had everything we needed.
A few things to note: hot tub never heated up (notified owners, but it was too late in our stay to have it fixed while we were there), DVD player was not hooked up and we could not find cords/items to do so (the place only offered DVDs for entertainment), unit was constantly hot even when the heat was turned way down so it was difficult to sleep for those of us who run hot, check-in directions had to be requested (other places I have stayed ensured this info was sent well in advance).
Other items of note for the owner: soap was low in every bathroom and in the kitchen, towel/laundry instructions were unclear/maybe outdated, just a few little things that are usually not an issue in most other places.
Check out instructions were simple. Easy to access location. Would probably stay again, especially for price.

Great space and location! Easy commute to ski area and easy walk to town!
Inside is very homey and comfortable! Outside is being refurbished - almost all is done except the back of the unit. Although that made us skeptical when we drove in, once we were in the unit - we had no complaints! Very nice! Owner is very easy to work with also. Hot tub outside was a nice addition -it was serviced while we were here by a local company. You can tell it is very well maintained. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Great townhome in Frisco!
My group of 6 + 2 dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. There is a beautiful shared front yard that made taking the dogs out very easy. There was plenty of parking for 3 cars (2 full size trucks and an SUV). The location is very a very easy walk to town and a quiet neighbor to walk the dogs. The house is fully equipped with everything you need (towels, beach towels, kitchen items, etc). The only reasons I didn't give 5 stars is: water heater is too small for 3 full baths and there is no central AC (husband likes it really cold to sleep).

Comfortable and Roomy
This was a great stay for us. It is conveniently located to hop on the interstate to head to any of the area ski resorts and the town is close by with 3 options for groceries. The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked with dishes, pots and French Tarragon, and plenty of towels for showering and the hot tub. I loved the coffee bar. We had enough room for 5 children and a dog. And, the washing machine was great for keeping up with ski socks. The townhouse has lovely tile and and great colors. Our stay couldn't have been more perfect!

Fantastic location to Main street Frisco and great to deal with the owner.
We booked this townhome for a long weekend. We had 2 dogs and Tina was great to work with. There are a few reasons why I didn't give it a 5 star, some may not care though. We cooked a few nights and I did not bring measuring spoons or cups..I searched high and low & only found 2 measuring cups. NO big deal really, just frustrating at the time. Our food was still great! LOVED the front porch, the back side of the building is in need of repairs, but there is no HOA I am assuming. Taking the trash home with us was no big deal, but if we were there for longer than 4 days, might have been annoying. The bathrooms were clean and so was the kitchen, however, the floors were filthy and it appeared like someone had just left and slept on the couch that night. . I pulled out the vacuum and it didn't pick up.
All in All, we loved our time there, and would rent it again. Just hoping it will be cleaner next time. Beds were VERY comfortable!
Thanks for a great time!

Cozy & Awesome Location
Adorable 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse on quiet street right off Main St. in Frisco, Colorado.
We fell in love with Frisco since it is a smaller and more quaint part of the mountains. There was never a wait time for local restaurants and parking is a snap.
The townhouse is nicely decorated and updated. The beds are cozy with flannel sheets and custom comforters and pillows. I usually don't sleep that great on vacation but slept like a rock every night. I forgot my fan and it was a pleasure to see fans in every bedroom for that white noise sound if your a light sleeper. There is plenty of room over all and the the kitchen is nicely equipped with anything and everything. The bathrooms are nicely updated and the over all place is super clean and cozy. The wood fire place is an awesome feature and the private hot tub was another nice feature. There is also a bar area for beverages allowing more room in main fridge. This is a quiet end unit that is centrally located to multiple ski resorts. The price is well worth it compared to a hotel stay and we will make it a point to come back every year. The owners are easy to connect with and very helpful and friendly.

Comfortable stay, good location
Great place with comfortable rooms and nice bathrooms and kitchen. Loved having the tv room separate from the dining room so the kids could watch one of the many videos provided while the grown ups chatted and it wasn't a volume battle. Kitchen had what we needed. Only weird thing was having to take our own trash home. WiFi would have been nice.
We saw a moose right outside the window! Hung around for close to 10 minutes!
Overall, a great stay!

Great Mountain Getaway
We had a very nice time at this VRBO. It's hard to find a pet friendly place for a good price in the mountains! Great location! Tina got back to me in a timely manner and answered all of my questions. The place was pretty clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable. The master bedroom is huge and the other 2 are good sized. There was ample parking and 3 full bathrooms which is always a plus. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and pans. The wood burning fireplace makes the living room very cozy. It would've been nice to have wifi and/or cable. It was rather inconvenient taking the trash with us as well. It would be nice to have a trash service available. Otherwise, it's a great location and a great place!
