Welcome to our condo! We have furnished it with quality contemporary furniture while striving to maintain a warm cozy feel through the extensive use of wood. Of course, part of the coziness could be due to the warmth of the radiant floor heating! For your dining needs, you will find a wholly outfitted gourmet kitchen, with everything from a coffee bean grinder to an immersion blender for fresh smoothies. If you prefer, you can step out the front door and with a two-minute walk enjoy hot coffee drinks from Abbey's or a burger on Main Street. This property is in an awesome location with easy access to many ski resorts and good local restaurants. The private hot tub was an added bonus.

Overall nice condo. Kitchen well stocked for your culinary pleasures. Short walk to Main St. Hot tub a bit murky and all the jets did not work. Would stay again but would request the hot tub be addressed by owner.

Property was very nice! The online pictures don't show how nice the unit really is. The place has lots of space for 5 adults to hang out together or separately. Each bedroom had it's own lovely bathroom with lots of nice towels. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with nice cookware, kitchen towels, coffee makers and assorted spices. Also, the unit was very clean. Location is great for access to several ski areas and walking distance to downtown Frisco. We have stayed in several different condos in Frisco and liked this one so much we are already booked for next year.

Condo itself was clean, comfortable and spacious. For a family ski weekend, the private hot tub was a major selling point when booking - unfortunately the hot tub water was cold, GREEN and low when we arrived. And the controls didn’t work. Called property management to ask them to address the issue…but the woman was more concerned with getting me off the phone (it was close to 5pm, their closing time) than she was with resolving the issue. She simply said she would generate a “work ticket” for me and that I’ll hear back from them. I never heard back during our 3 night stay.
We ultimately resolved the issue ourselves - took some web searches and a lot of added chemicals (some of which we purchased ourselves) to clean the water and operate the tub.
But aside from the poor service from property management re: the hot tub, the condo was very nice and the location was great with just a short walk to Main St.

This property was fantastic! Loved the location and the amenities. Lots of space for everyone and very comfy all around. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family. The only issues we encountered were an incorrect door code to get in; a new one was provided very quickly. As well as we had one person sleep on the pull out couch in the living room and not having a window covering on the front door was less than desirable. Looks like there used to be one, so maybe it’s being replaced. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great spot for an easy 3 minute walk to Frisco shops and restaurants. And great central location for hikes in and around Frisco and great spot to reach many other nearby towns / points of interest within 10-30 min drive.
The property is well described and worked great for our family of four - a great base for an active week of outdoor activities, exploring around Lake Dillon and enjoying Frisco … kids loved co.bar arcade before dinner each night!
Only challenge was the property management group PMI - they were responsive to our maintenance needs but not great at closed loop communication. Ultimately our needs were met within 24 hours but it would be great if they were more proactive in communicating updates and giving a sense of urgency to our need.
The property owner was very responsive to my outreach and overall we had a great week and would recommend this for its location for those wanting to base in Frisco.

The property was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the proximity to Copper mountain(10 minute drive). We loved the hot tub at the end of the day. Great location, clean, comfy beds. The location is close to main street to enjoy shops and dining in Frisco.

Short walk into Frisco’s downtown area so you really could go without a car. Very frequent shuttle service to local ski areas also in walking distance. Kitchen was well stocked and condo was very comfortable with extra blankets and pillows. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time at this property. The location was perfect for skiing at a variety of mounts within a short drive. Very comfortable accommodations and loved the hot tub. Just FYI the first floor bedroom is great but the bed frame is an ankle and calf bruiser. Great kitchen and living area to gather and enjoy your stay!

Location was perfect for what we needed. Close to all there is to do in Frisco and a great central spot for resort hopping. Place was very spacious and clean. Highly recommended!

Our family enjoyed the most comfortable weekend stay at this beautiful mountain home. Had everything we needed for cooking meals, comfy beds, plenty of room for 3 couples, big screen tv to watch superbowl, and private hot tub. Loved the location of this place, frisco is a lot less congested than Breck, and you are within walking distance to bus stops for breck and copper so you can leave your car in the garage. Also, easy walk to Frisco restaurants. This home is obviously well maintained (and stocked) I was worried about the price/night, but well worth it - management company gave clear and concise instructions. We will def come back!

Great location for visiting/skiing Frisco, Keystone and Breckenridge. Copper and Vail just a short, easy drive away. Great hot tub setup. The dishwasher doesn’t clean that well and many of the dishes are chipped. Be careful of the bed frames, they are shin-biters.

Fantastic condo , conveniently located to Breckinridge, Silverthorne and can easily walk to downtown Frisco! Everything one could ask for is provided! Already planning to return! Loved it!

This condo is spacious, modern, and well-appointed with 2 out of the 3 bedrooms being primary bedrooms (dual vanity full bathrooms en suite)! The owner and property manager are very accommodating and responsive. The heated garage is a serious luxury especially in wintertime (no scraping ice or brushing snow off your car every morning) and has a door tall enough to accommodate most full size SUVs/trucks/vans! Only downside is that sound seems to travel through walls more than you'd expect, otherwise everything about it is fantastic.

We toured the 9 breweries in the area on Saturday and this place was perfect to crash in. I did not receive the door code so we had to hang for a bit. Luckily the property manager was eventually able to get us in the unit. Great place and would definitely stay there again

The property is very nice, as described in the listing. It's two blocks from the Frisco Main Street, so a lot of restaurants and shopping is close by.
The hot tub was extremely low on water when we arrived. The tub was unusable in this state because the water would shoot out of the hot tub through the upper jets that were not under water. I contacted the property manager about it, and was told the hot tub maintenance would come out to look at it. The second day it still wasn't fixed. Not sure about the third day because we didn't try it. Finally on the fourth day it was fixed and the hot tub worked well. Unfortunately, this was our last night at the property.
Everything else in the property was as expected.

Walking distance from town, each bedroom has its own bathroom, kitchen was well appointed, hot tub and gas grill (hooked to gas) no worries about running out of propane. Quiet setting.

No A/C which is quite common/the norm in Colorado. There are fans in two of the bedrooms. Just keep windows and blinds closed during day and open during night and condo temp will be tolerable. I would recommend the cleaning service to close blinds. The condo was HOT when we arrived.
Condo was clean and very nice. Some of the furniture is different from the pics but just as nice. Beds are on soft side which most of us liked. Extra pillows. Kitchen adequately stocked. One of us used the hot tub and no issues. Master bath is huge and large tub was great to soak!
One hiccup was no laundry detergent as we thought we needed to throw sheets in laundry before leaving but didn't need to. Property management co brought them over the next morning. Very responsive.
