About this cabin rental
Bear Cubs is a premium deluxe cabin located only 1.5 miles off of the main Parkway in Pigeon Forge. Easy access to Dollywood, comedy and musical theatres, shopping and the Great Smokey National Park. Located within the private and wooded Brookstone Village Resort, an ideal choice for relaxation or a peaceful retreat.
The cabin consists of three levels of outside decks overlooking the mountains and three levels of interior living space. The cabin is completely furnished with Aspen lodge, log furniture. The cabin contains six large bedrooms, five full bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, living area, laundry, game room and lounge area. The following details all three outside decks and all three interior levels.
Top Level Outside Deck
The top level deck is partially covered with a beautiful cathedral ceiling and large ceiling fan. The deck has scenic views, and is furnished with several chairs and tables for lounging, sun-bathing, viewing sun rises or star gazing.
Ground Level Outside Deck
The ground level deck wraps around the cabin. The front side of the deck has rocking chairs for relaxing. The back side of the deck has a stainless steel, natural gas grill. There is also a large, outdoor table with plenty of chairs for a perfect cook-out on the deck.
Lower Level Outside Deck
The lower level deck has a large hot tub overlooking the mountains, plus a large outdoor table and plenty of chairs and lounge chairs. Or, if you prefer, go for a swim in the resort's pool just a short walk away.
Top Level Interior Living Space:
The top floor contains three large, KING BEDROOMs, high, cathedral ceilings, two large bathrooms, and Smart, Roku TV's in ALL bedrooms.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. The cabin was very clean, relaxing, and short distance to down town. We are looking forward to booking this property again!

We were impressed with this home as soon as we entered! The house was even more beautiful than the pictures showed! With 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, it fit our family perfectly. It was very clean and well stocked. It was close to the main parkway but was nestled in a quiet neighborhood. My grandkids enjoyed the nearby pool, and the hosts, Bill and Theresa, were awesome to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cabin! It was super clean. There were 6 bedrooms plus pull out couches that made it very spacious and able to handle our group. The view is absolutely beautiful from all 3 balconies! The cabin is located in a very nice area surrounded by other cabins. I had numerous questions for the owner and she was very quick to respond. We will definitely use this cabin again in the future!

Thank you for a cozy and wonderful stay. The pictures do not do this property justice. It was so much nicer and stocked then the pictures led you to believe. The owners also decorated for the holidays which was just the right touch for our family gathering of 10 people. The Cabin has every utensil and pan that you would need. The location is about perfect for all the Pigeon Forge activities. Thank you again and Happy Holidays

We got the whole family together for a getaway and this house was perfect! The house was exactly as promised. Comfortable beds, plenty of space, and plenty of amenities. The location was scenic and convenient. We hope to be able to visit again soon!

Our family had a great time staying in the cabin. It’s in a great location near the strip but once you get to the cabin it’s calm and peaceful. Owners were easy to work with and quick to respond.

We made this into a couple's trip, and we had an absolute blast. There was a small ant issue, but the Owner took care of that issue immediately.

This cabin was exactly what our family needed with 5 bedrooms with King size beds and 1 with a queen bed, along with 5 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining and great room, and a game room with a pool table. The cabin was very clean and stocked well! And it is located very close to Dollywood. Our family enjoyed it so much. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Our large family rented the house for the weekend to go to Dollywood and see the holiday lights. The location could not have been better! So close to everything.
We had some large storms from a passing hurricane and had caused some power issues. The owners quickly responded with a fix.

Our experience with the steep hills was horrible when it was raining. It was fine when clear weather. You have to know how to drive incline hills. I really enjoyed the cabin and family dos too.

The Bear Cubs Cabin exceeded my expectations! Very comfortable, large bedrooms with clean, fun decor! Plenty of bathrooms. Great sized kitchen and dining area for our large group of 16 - 10 adults and 6 children! Two fun living areas and 3 huge decks! Kitchen was fully stocked with all the kitchenware, plates, bowls, pots, pans, flatware, knives, it had it all! (My son even joked there may be more plates than Target!). Also, plenty of linens, bath towels, blankets, sheets, pillows……everything you need!
Air conditioning worked great! We had an issue with the hot tub and the owners were very responsive and prompt to having it worked on. Unfortunately it was not available for a few days, but we had plenty of other things to keep us entertained.
The location was perfect, close to all attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but also felt we were tucked away in nature! Every night @9:45 we could walked across the street and watch the fireworks and drones from Dollywood! That was very cool!
This cabin is baby and small children friendly, the downside is there is no outside flat/kid friendly green space area, and not very walkable due to the steep hills! Overall this was a good value and I would give this cabin an excellent rating . Our 2022 family vacation was a great success!

Siblings came from Florida, Michigan, Alabama, Iowa, and Indiana. Great to get together to visit our only aunt who is 91. Also met some cousins at a park for a picnic. The house worked well so everyone had a room for privacy and alone time when desired. We loved the porch.

Smokey Mountain Family Adventure

Master bedroom on top floor, freezing all the time. While main level never got before 75 degrees. Refrigerator on main level did not get very cold at all (and we was going most of the day so fridge was closed) But very nice, beautiful home.
