Location. Convenient and yet quiet.

Housekeeping could be better. Toilet was not clean for the 4 nights that we stayed. Floor towel was not changed despite indicating that we want it to be changed.

Multiple issues with housekeeping. They don’t care about the privacy. If you have a do not disturb sign near your door, they will knock the door without hesitation. And once you are out of the room, they will clean the room and move your stuff around. Make sure to always put everything in safe because you never know. Breakfast is just terrible. But even if you decide to give it a try, then make sure to visit the restaurant as early as possible. Officially they serve breakfast until 9:30. In reality, the omelette station closes at 9 am, but most of the food is gone before 8:30. They simply don’t restock the dishes.

Good value for its money.

The view from the window is stunning. Daily cleaning + cheap transfer. Good laundry service.

The food for breakfast is over by 8am even though the breakfast itself is till 8:30am. People coming after 8am have nothing to eat:(

you get what you pay for

-location is close to the beach - the value was reasonable

- when we first arrived in our room, there were bit of garbage still left there from the previous guest - they didn’t refill our toilet paper when housekeeping (we had to ask for a roll) - the shower drainage wasn’t properly working so the water filled up in our shower very quickly

The hotel is right in the center, so it's convenient to travel and eat, good service attitude

the corridor is full of cigarette smoke, the bathroom drain cover is poorly drained, the breakfast buffet is not really diverse

Good location, right in the center and 5 min walk to the beach, but since almost all the businesses are closed, it is a challenge to find food and drinks. Good sea view from balcony.

Hotel has reopened, but it looks neglected. Bedding was not fresh when we arrived, they also didn't clean the room and change towels unless specifically requested. Windows were not cleaned for ages. Water from shower goes all over the bathroom floor. The balcony is very small. Staff very unprofessional.

Excellent customer service and perfect location

The property is right at the central, 500m to the beach. We can walk to almost anywhere from the beach, to nearby cafe and restaurants. The room is spacious, clean and new. We stayed for 1 week and extended a few more days because we enjoyed so much. We got a free room upgrade with the beach view which is so nice. Hoang, the front desk staff was very helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great value for money

The location is so central, 500m to the beach. Room is spacious and clean. We came during covid lockdown but service was spot on. The staff helped us as much as they could, and were very friendly. It was such a great price for value!
